Goose or turkey: A fat tasty bird is the main ingredient to any Christmas dinner. 　　鹅(火鸡)：一种胖胖的家禽，是圣诞晚餐的主要菜肴。 　　2. Roast ham/cranberry sauce: Sometimes people have a roast ham and eat it throughout the holiday period. Cranberry sauce is the perfect sweet accompaniment. 　　烤火腿(小红莓果酱)：有时，人们在整个圣诞期间都吃这种烤火腿，小红莓果酱则是最好的“伴侣”。 　　3. Roast potatoes and Caramelized potatoes: Two types of potatoes at least are essential! 　　烤土豆、焦糖土豆：两种圣诞餐桌上的最基本食品。 　　4.
