DUPONT SUZHOU POLYESTER CO HAND PROTECTION 手部防护 1.​ PURPOSE 目的 This procedure provides general reference for minimum protective equipment for hand protection. 本程序提供了最起码的手部防护设备以保护手部。 2.​ GENERAL 总则 Gloves or other hand protection shall be used when the nature of the work being performed presents a hand injury hazard. However, the various types of hand or finger protection are not to be used around moving machinery except in those cases where the job has been specially analyzed by supervision of the employee doing the work and the use of protective hand or finger equipment is specified. 当参与工作时，可能对手产生伤害，应用手套或其它方式对手部进行保护，但各类手部及指部的保护系统不可在还在运行的机器旁使用，除非被从事该项工作的员工管理层确定可以在机器旁使用手部和指部保护设备。 3.​ SCOPE 范围 This procedure applies to all people in DSPC site. 本程序适用于苏州杜邦现场的所有人员。 4. RESPONSIBILITY 责任 4.1 S&OH dept. is responsible for verifying and authorizing all hand protective equipment specifications using in site. 安卫部负责确定和批准现场所使用的所有手部防护用品的规格。 4.2 Area supervision is responsible for designating the areas for hand protection with S&OH Dept. and posting hand protection signs in the designated areas. To ensure all people working in that areas wear proper gloves. For new or transferred employees, it is the responsibility of supervision to ensure that those employees have wearable and appropriate gloves for the task they will be performing. 区域管理人员有责任会同安卫部确定手部保护区域，并在确定的区域张贴手部保护标识。保证在这些区域内工作的人员戴合适的手套。对于新员工和转入的员工，其主管有责任确保员工戴着合适的手套进行工作。 4.3 Store must keep proper stock for gloves and purchase based on the requisition from OPOQ. 仓库必须备有适当的手套库存，并根据OPOQ系统的要求进行采购。 5. PROCEDURE 程序 5.1 Type of hand injury 手部伤害的种类 (a)​ Cut or punctured by sharp objects 被尖锐物体割伤或刺破 (b)​ Burned by hot objects or chemicals 被高温物体烫伤或化学品灼伤 (c)​ Pinched between objects 被物体夹伤 (d)​ Struck by objects (stored energy) 手被物体撞击伤（储存之能量) 5.2 Type of hand protection 手部保护的种类 (a)​ Leather Gloves 皮手套 Use: wear leather gloves when handling or working with rough, heavy, hot, sharp or dirty material and for all other purposes where the hands may be in danger of injury from striking, scraping, rubbing or coming in contact with any object. 用途：当用手持握或工作时接触粗糙的、笨重的、热的、尖锐的、脏的或其它形式有可能对手产生冲击、刺伤、摩擦或者其它物体接触而产生对手部伤害时须戴皮手套。 (b)​ Short Cuff 短手套 Use: wear short cuff when handling or working with rough, heavy, dirty material and for all other purposes where the hands may be in danger of injury from striking, rubbing or coming in contact with any object. 用途：当用手持握或工作时接触粗糙的、笨重的、脏的材料或其它形式有可能对手产生冲击、摩擦或者其它物体接触而产生对手部伤害时须戴短手套。 (c)​ Long Cuff 长手套 Use: Heat-resistant gauntlet type used when the work is of such a nature that gloves without gauntlet does not give adequate protection to the wrist. 用途： 抗热长筒手套用于若无长筒手套就不能准确对腕部进行保护的工作场合 下。 (d)​ Rubber or Rubber-coated Gloves 橡胶或橡胶涂层手套 Use: wear rubber or rubber-coated gloves when handling acids, caustics, corrosives or other chemical as required on Material Safety Data Sheet. 用途：橡胶或橡胶涂层手套用于提拿酸、碱及强腐蚀性物质，在材料安全数据表上有说明需佩戴手套的化学品。 (e)​ Neoprene or neoprene-coated gloves 氯丁橡胶或氯丁橡胶涂层手套 Use: neoprene or neoprene-coated gloves shall be worn when using or handling oil, solvents etc, that are injurious to rubber or rubber-coated gloves. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet. 用途：氯丁橡胶手套或氯丁橡胶涂层手套必须用于使用或处理油、溶剂等可能对橡胶或橡胶涂层手套产生伤害的时候，可参照材料数据表。 (f)​ Heat Resistant Gloves 抗热手套 Use: heat resistant gloves shall be worn when handling extremely hot materials where the nature and temperature of the material is such that leather gloves might be burned through. 用途： 抗热手套用于提拿特别热的材料，若用皮制手套可能引起熔化的场合。 5.3 Hand Protection Way 手部 保护的方法 (a)​ Plan each job activity 对每项工作进行 (b)​ Anticipate potential hazards for hand 预想一下对手部潜在的危险 (c)​ Check material for rough, sharp edges, hot, stored energy etc before handling 在处理材料之前，检查是否有尖锐边缘，粗糙面，烫及能量储存 (d)​ Select proper gloves for different task situation, the standard practice for the task should provide clear instruction on hand protection requirement, whether gloves are needed and what kind of gloves should be worn. 针对不同情况，选择合适的手套，各区域在SP中明确戴何种类型的手套 (e)​ Use tool or other aids to maintain distance between the hand and the hazard. 使用工具或其它辅助方法使得手部与危险处保持一定距离 (f)​ Gloves should always be considered a “secondary level of defense”. The best safety device for your hands is your mind. By being alert and aware you can avoid poor positioning of your hand, keep then out of Danger Zones. 手套永远作为进一步防护，最好的防护是你的安全意识，随时保持警觉及注意手的位置，使手远离危险区域。 5.4 Special hand protection required because of illness or injury must be approved by Plant doctor. 如因生病或受伤需特殊的手部保护，必须有厂医批准。 6. TRAINING All personnel whose jobs require the use of hand protection are required to be trained on the use of such equipment. In addition, periodic retraining is required to certify proper use. This training should be documented and filed by function area.. 在工作中，需要使用手部防护用品的所有人员，应接受有关防护用品使用方面的。另外需安排定期的再培训，以确保正确使用。培训需由区域并存档。
