to meet relative rules, regulations and convention which are listed in the Group 1 of the specifications. 整个电气设备的安装满足ISO，IEC的，符合规格书Group 1中所列的相关、规则和公约的要求 。 Electric works on the vessel shall be carried out in accordance with these specifications and builder's practice. 船上的电气工作依照规格书和船厂的惯例执行。 The type and construction of electric equipment incorporated or packed with the appliances, shall be in accordance with the manufacturers' standard. 组合式或成套的电器设备的型式和结构根据厂商的标准。 If any items in the hull or machinery part of the specification necessitate the installation of electrical equipment not mentioned in the part ,such equipment shall be provided by builder. 如果规格书中船体、机械部分必须安装却没有提及的电气设备由船厂提供。 An ambient temperature of 45deg.C shall be assumed for all electric equipment on board, unless otherwise specified. 除非另有说明，船上所有电气设备按周围环境温度45oC设计。 901 Electric system 电气系统 The distribution system shall consist of three-phase AC. three-wire insulated system, single phase AC. two-wire insulated system and DC two-wire insulated system. 配电系统应包括交流三相三线绝缘系统，交流单相双线绝缘系统和直流双线绝缘系统。 902 Applicable voltage, frequency and phase 适用电压、频率和相位 General power system: AC 440V, 3PH, 60Hz 动力系统 AC 440V, 3PH, 60Hz throughout the vessel except for ground detecting circuits, secondary circuits of potential and current transformers will be grounded at switchboard or control panel. two (2) windings type transformer which the secondary winding shall not be earthed. 便携设备的电压，象盘车机电机及起重机的便携控制箱等，应通过双绕组型变压器变压低于交流50V，次级不接地。 903 Arrangement of equipment 设备布置 The arrangement of the electric equipment throughout the vessel shall be such as to provide ready and safe access to all parts for inspection, maintenance and repair as far as practicable. All electric equipment shall be so located that as far as practicable they are not exposed to risk of mechanical injury or damage from water, steam, oil or excessive heat and where inflammable gases cannot accumulate. Where necessarily exposed to such risks, the equipment shall be suitably constructed or protected. 全船电气设备布置应尽量便于检验、保养与维修。所有电气设备应尽量位于不易受机械损伤和水、蒸汽、油或过热的影响，和易燃气体不易堆积的地方。必须布置在此类地方的设备，应加以适当的结构和保护。 904 Name plate 铭牌 The nameplate shall be made of flame-retardant and non-corrosive material such as acrylic resin or brass or stainless steel etc. The letter on the name plates should be in English. The caution plates should be in English and Chinese. 铭牌应用丙烯酸树脂、铜或不锈钢等阻燃无腐蚀材料制作。 铭牌的文字采用英文。 警告牌采用英文和中文。 905 Color scheme of electrical equipment 电气设备的颜色配置 In general, the electric equipments to be painted and finished in accordance with maker’s standard, but Main switchboard, Em’cy switchboard, console, starters, control panel, distribution board shall be Munsell 7.5BG7/2. 通常电气设备根据制造方的标准涂漆着色，但主配电板、应急配电板、控制台、启动器、控制板、分配电板应为Munsell 7.5BG7/2。 Interior metal surfaces of electrical equipment shall be painted with manufacturer's standard colors. 电气设备的内部金属表面根据制造商的标准涂漆着色。 Resin made surface of electrical equipment shall be of manufacturer's standard colors. 电气设备的树脂材质表面采取制造商的标准着色。 Standard color of push buttons and lamps 按钮、灯的标准颜色。 The following colour code shall apply to push buttons and indicating lamps throughout the installations: 下列的颜色代码适用于全部装置的按钮和指示灯 Green 绿色 -Push buttons 按钮 -“Start” for single speed motors 单速电机的“启动”按钮 -“Start-high speed” for two speed motors 双速电机的“启动--高速”按钮 -Lamps 灯 -Motor (single speed)-Running 电机（单速）--运行 -Motor (two speed)-Running on high speed 电机（双速）--高速运行 -Circuit breakers-closed 电路断路器--闭合 Amber or Yellow 琥珀色或黄色 -Push buttons 按钮 “Start –low speed” for two speed motors 双速电机的“启动--低速” -Lamps 灯 Motors (two speed)-Running on low speed 电机（双速）--低速运行 Red 红色 -Push buttons 按钮 -“Stop” “停止” -Lamps 灯 -“Warning, danger, alarm, abnormal condition” “警告，危险，报警，异常” Blue 蓝色 -Lamps 灯 -“Heaters on” “加热” White 白色 -Lamps 灯 -“Supply available”, and all other duties “电源有效”，其他功能 91 CABLE 电缆 911 Cable application 电缆应用 All cables accepted by the Classification Society shall be provided. 所有电缆应得到船级社认可。 All wiring terminals to be marked Alpha number. 所有接线柱标以希腊字母和数字。 In general, cables are flame retardant type and meet the requirements of IEC 332-3A. In addition, fire resistant cables shall be used according to the rules. 通常，电缆采用阻燃型并满足IEC 332-3A要求。另外，耐火电缆根据规范要求使用。 Cables shall be of ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) or cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated with sheathed with steel wire braided or copper wire braided type marine cable or equivalent type. 电缆应为乙丙橡胶或交联聚乙烯绝缘，带钢丝编织或铜丝编织铠装型船用电缆或等同类型。 The cables with PVC outer sheath shall be used where exposed to weather and in the ref. chamber, galley and dangerous spaces. 露天处所、冷藏室、厨房和危险场所采用带聚氯乙烯外护套电缆。 For portable appliances, oil-resistant flexible cable or cord shall be used. 便携式设备采用采用耐油软电缆或电线。 Special cables, such as coaxial cables, compensating cables etc. shall be used where necessary. 特殊电缆，如同轴电缆、补偿电缆等根据需要使用。 912 Cable installation 电缆安装 All cables shall be installed according to builder's practice and in compliance with the requirement of the Classification Society. 所有电缆的安装根据船厂的习惯和船级社的要求。 Cables shall be fixed in accessible position, as far as practicable. 电缆应尽量布置固定在易于接近的位置。 In general, cables shall run in groups and parallel and be fixed on steel hangers or trays. The cable hangers and trays shall be of steel with corrosion resistant finish. 通常，电缆成束平行固定在钢制托架上。电缆托架为钢制耐腐蚀。 Where the cables are exposed to mechanical damage, they shall be protected with steel pipe or steel cover. 电缆易受机械损伤的地方，应用钢管或钢制覆盖物加以保护。 The cables installed under the engine room lower floor shall be protected with flexible conduit or steel pipe. 电缆布置在机舱花钢板下的应用软管或钢管加以保护。 Where cables passing through water-tight decks or bulkheads, water-tight cable glands or other appropriate methods shall be employed. 电缆穿越水密甲板或水密舱壁，应采用水密填料或其他合适的方法。 Where cables passing through beams, non-water-tight decks and bulkheads etc., suitable bushing or coaming with round edge shall be used for their protection. 电缆穿越梁，非水密甲板、舱壁等，用合适的套管或圆边围板加以保护。 The cable shall be secured with steel hoops, or nylon binding tapes except that cable shall be secured with stainless steel hoops and buckles on part exposed to the weather. 电缆用钢制扎带或尼龙绑带加以紧固，露天场所电缆用不锈钢扎带、带扣紧固。 The cables passing between superstructure and fore part of the vessel to be laid along the main deck through galvanized steel pipe with sleeve couplings and expansion joints. 上建和艏部之间的电缆布置在沿着主甲板带套筒连轴节和膨胀节的镀锌钢管里。 Penetration of fire protection bulkheads or decks of steel structures shall be protected by pipes, cable glands or coaming stuffed with flame retardant compound according to the fire protection class and number of cables. 穿防火舱壁或甲板的，应使用电缆管、电缆填料函、围板加以保护，并根据防火等级和电缆数量用阻燃剂加以封堵。 In rooms and inner passages, where lining walls over steel walls and ceiling over overhead decks are provided, cables shall be concealed behind the lining walls as far as practicable. 房间和内走廊，倘若带装修，电缆应尽量布置在装修板后。 Cable for sounder transducer and speed log transducer to connection box to be protected in with flange connection pipe. 测深仪换能器和计程仪换能器到接线箱的电缆布置在带法兰的连接管内。 913 Spare cables 备用电缆 Spare cable to be provided as follows: 备用电缆按下表提供： From—To 从-到 Qty. 数量 Type 型号 Wheelhouse — ECR 从驾驶室到集控室 2 16×1.52 1 3×2.52 92 ELECTRIC SOURCE 电源 920​ General 概述 Three (3) sets of main generator each driven by diesel engine shall be installed in the engine room. 三台柴油主发电机安装在机舱内。 One (1) set of emergency diesel generator shall be installed in the emergency generator room. The emergency generator shall be used for supplying the loads such as radio equipment, interior communication equipment, nautical instruments, emergency lights, one set steering gear and emergency fire pump etc, when the main generating station fails. 一台应急柴油发电机布置在应急发电机室。当主发电机不能工作时，应急发电机负责给 无线电设备、内通设备、航海仪表、应急灯、一台舵机和应急消防泵等供电。 921​ Main generator 主发电机 Type: 类型 Drip-proof, brushless, self-ventilated type 防滴，无刷，自通风 Output: 输出 abt 900kW x 3 sets Voltage: 电压 AC 450V Phase: 相位 3 PH Frequency: 频率 60Hz Power factor: 功率因素 0.8 (lagging) Rated speed 额定转速 900rpm Rating: 额定 Continuous at full load. 满负荷连续运行 Insulation: 绝缘 Class“F” Exciting system: 励磁系统 Brushless, self-excitation. 无刷，自励 Enclosure 外壳防护 IP 23. Protection grade IP 23 of generators: To be suitable in respect of water based fire fighting system certified by class for IP 23. 发电机防护等级IP23： Other particulars and construction of the main generators shall be in accordance with manufacturers' standard. 主发电机的其他细节和结构依照厂商的标准。 Each main generator shall have a space heater within the generator frame to prevent the condensation of moisture while the generator is stopped and interlock with main circuit breaker. 每台主发电机结构内带一空间加热器，防止电机在不工作时受潮，并与主断路开关联锁。 An automatic voltage regulator for each main generator shall be provided. 每台主发电机提供一自动电压调节器。 One (1) temperature sensor shall be provided for each bearing of the generator for temperature monitoring. Sliding bearing shall be adopted for the D/G. Other construction and characteristics of the emergency generator shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's standard. 应急发电机的其他结构和特性依照厂商的标准。 The emergency generator shall have a space heater within the generator frame to prevent the condensation of moisture while the generator is stopped. 应急发电机应带空间加热器防止电机不工作时受潮。 An automatic voltage regulator for emergency generator shall be provided. 应急发电机应提供自动调压器。 923 Transformer 变压器 For general service 供一般用途使用 Two (2) sets of 3 phase transformers shall be installed in the engine room for general lighting system, domestic service, interior communication, nautical instruments, galley equipment and radio device etc. One (1) transformer shall be capable of supplying all general service so that only one (1) transformer is for working and the other is for spare. And for radio equipment one set DC24V free-maintenance lead acid battery shall be provided according to the rules and maker's standard. 提供一套供发电机启动用DC24V酸性免维护蓄电池。一套供无线电设备使用的DC24V酸性免维护蓄电池，根据规范和厂家标准供应。 One(1) set of charging and discharging board (float charging type) for general use battery shall be provided. 提供一套通用蓄电池充放电板（浮充式）。 Emergency generator engine starting battery shall be charged by a charger supplied by emergency generator maker. 应急发电机厂商提供应急发电机启动用的蓄电池的充电器。 Radio battery shall be charged by charger incorporated in radio console. 无线电蓄电池带充电器安装在无线电控制台内。 The power socket, cables with plugs etc. for life boat battery charging shall be equipped near the lifeboat. 供救生艇充电的电源插座、带插头的电缆等应靠近救生艇。 925 Shore connection box 岸电箱 One (1) set of shore connection box for receiving AC 440V volts, 400 amperes, 3 phase 60Hz shore source shall be provided in emergency generator room. The box shall be of drip-proof type with a three (3) pole molded case type circuit breaker, phase sequence indicator, “POWER ON” indication lamp, KWH-meter, voltmeter. On the bulkhead of laid room a hole with water tight cover shall be provided for passing through the shore connection cables. 提供一套岸电箱，接收AC 440V，400A，3 phase 60Hz岸电，安放在应急发电机室。岸电箱为防滴式带一个三极MCCB，相序指示器，“电源开”指示灯，电度表，电压表。杂物间舱壁开一个孔并带水密盖子以供穿越岸电连接电缆用。 93 DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM 配电系统 930 General 概述 In general, separate main feeders shall be fed from the main switchboard to essential pump motors, and one (1) of steering gear motor and other large capacity services. 通常，重要泵的电机，一台舵机电机和其他大容量的设备应各自从主配电板单独配电。 Non-essential services and other small motors shall be connected to each distribution board or group starter panel fed from the main switchboard. 非重要的设备和其他小电机连接到各自的从主配电板配电的分配电板或组合启动屏。 Separate feeders shall also be fed from the emergency switchboard to one (1) of the steering gear motor, one (1) of the E/R exhaust fan and emergency fire pump motor , generator engine pre-lub. oil pump, rescue boat crane or life boat winch etc. 一台舵机电机、一台机舱排风风机、应急消防泵电机、发电机预润滑泵、救助艇吊、救生艇架等也应从应急配电板单独供电。 The general lighting system and AC 220V general consumers shall be fed from AC 220V feeder panel of the main switchboard. 正常照明系统和AC 220V一般馈电应从主配电板的AC 220V配电屏供电。 Emergency lighting system and AC 220V system of radio equipment and nautical instruments shall be fed from AC 220V feeder panel of the emergency switchboard. 应急照明系统，无线电设备和航海仪表的AC 220V系统从应急配电板的AC 220V配电屏供电。 DC24V system of alarm, some interior communication equipment and nautical instruments shall be fed from the battery charging & discharging board. 报警、部分内通设备和航海仪表的DC24V系统从蓄电池充放电板供电。 931 Main switchboard 主配电板 (a) General 概述 One (1) main switchboard for receiving power from the main generators and for the power distribution shall be installed in the engine control room. 一主配电板安装于集控室，作从主发电机组受电和向外配电。 The main switchboard shall be multi cubicle, metal enclosed self-supporting, dead front type and complete with necessary fittings and instruments. 主配电板采用多屏结构，金属外壳，自立式，前封闭，包括必要的部件和仪表。 Between cubicles shall be clo
