1.3billionChinesepeople,workforthepartymembersandcadres,massesarethelandwithinthejurisdictionofthecommonpeople.Thesecondcharacteristicofthemasses,isthatwehavecommoninterests.Massesaremanifestationsofeachspecificpeople,butthecrowdisacomprehensivepoliticalconcept,referstopeoplewithcommonpoliticalandeconomicinterestsinthedoingmasswork,thepartymembersandcadres,willbeinapassiveposition.Thethirdcharacteristicofthemasses隐患整顿状况相关部门出台的考评细则现场自评自评小组依据计划进行自评，经过面谈、发问、查阅文件、现场查察、测试等方式来采集客观凭据，并记录自评结果，对受评部门作出自评。自评员应按检查表的项目逐项检查，不轻易偏离检查表，常常比较来核证自评方向，采集凭据应采纳随机抽样的方式进行，保证所抽取的样本拥有代表性，并认真作好记录。4.5召开安全标准化自评会议本企业所进行的自评平时以会议的形式进行，安全标准化自评由厂长主持，管理者代表负责会议的准备工作，作好会议签到和并予以保存。参加自评的人员应按安全标准化自评计划的安排，对所提交的报告进行逐项的解析并评审。安全标准化自评中对付确立的改进项目进行原由解析，并提出改进的建议，落实责任部门。4.6安全标准化自评报告自评结束后三日内，由标准化自评员编写《危险化学品从业单位安全标准化自评/核查报告》4.7改进、纠正和预防措施的实行与考据对所需组织整顿的问题，由议论小组以“整顿通知单”或其余文件形式下达到各责任部门，限时完成整顿。议论小组对实行状况进行追踪考据，若受审部门未实行纠正措施，自评构成员应向上司报告。4.8安全标准化自评计划、自评检查表、自评报告和不吻合项报告等记录由管理部保存归档。.
