You may visit selected Roberta leather goods retailers for maintenance services, with the presentation of the valid product’s warranty vard. 注意事项： 皮革吸收力强，应注意防污，高档磨砂真皮尤其要注意； 皮革长时间闲置不用时，应定期用护理用品给皮料和金属件进行保养； 皮具应放至阴凉处保存，防晒、防潮； 皮具应以直立方向收藏； 皮具使用时，避免直接接触手霜，香水以及化妆品； 皮具受潮或打湿，必须在皮包内装满纸张，自然晾干，避免直接加热； 绒面皮和丝绒布料去污不能用水，要用干净的毛刷梳理； 如有发现任何洞孔、破烂烧损现象，不要擅自修补，请联系专业服务人员。 Care Instruction: Fine genuine leather shall be kept away from dust, especially high grade suede. When a fine leather product is not used for a long period of time, it shall be maintained periodically to preserve its optimal quality. Fine leather products shall be preserved in a cool environment, away from sunlight and moist. Fine leather products shall be stored in standing/vertical position When in use fine leather products shall be kept away from hand cream, perfume, and other cosmetic products. In the event that velvet product is stained clean it with a dry brush gently. Water or other cleaning liquid shall not be used. If any hole is found on the product, please do not attempt to fix on your own. Instead, please contact our professional service people. 皮具保养 1、​ 用干燥的白色软布将皮具面灰尘擦掉 2、​ 取适量的皮革护理液，天然蜡或绵羊油在软布上，轻轻擦拭在皮具表面上，擦拭要均匀，放置5分钟左右 3、​ 用干净的软布再次擦拭皮具，即增加皮包的光亮度 4、​ 若皮革上有污渍，请先用干净湿海绵沾性温德洗涤剂抹试，然后让其自然干 （Genuine Leather Maintenance） 1. Use a soft cloth to remove the dust from surface of fine genuine leather 2. Apply adequate amount of leather wax on the cloth, and polish the leather surface gently and evenly .Leather for 5 minutes when this is done. 3. Use a clean soft cloth to polish the leather surface again, to enhance the visual appearance. 4. In the event that a stain is found on the leather, apply neutral cleaning liquid on a wet sponge to wipe off the stain. Let it dry naturally. 丝绒保养 丝绒布需用干净的软布或柔软的毛刷轻轻擦拭，切勿用水清洗 Velvet Maintenance Use either a clean cloth or a soft brush to gently wipe the dust off velvet surface. Never use water or cleaning liquid. 布料保养 因布料上的油污很难清洗，故应该避免碰到。若不慎沾到，可用软布蘸温水加适量中性洗液清洗 自然晾干，不能曝晒 如布面沾到灰尘，请用干净的软布轻轻擦拭 Fabric Maintenance 1. Fabric products shall be handled with extra care as it is difficult to remove a stain from fabric materials. To remove a stain on fabric surface, apply neutral cleaning liquid on a wet cloth to wipe off the stain. 2. Allow the product to air dry naturally. 3. To remove dust from fabric surface, use a clean soft cloth to wipe off the dust. 五金保养 1、​ 当金属件表面出现氧化变黑的现象时，可用干净的软布（棉布）蘸取少量“专用五金去污剂”来擦拭，可擦掉表面污渍 2、​ 用干净的软布再次擦拭五金件，即可恢复其光亮度 Mental Maintenance 1.​ In the event that the metal surface is tarnished, apply metal tarnish remover liquid on a soft cloth to wipe off the tarnish. 2.​ Use a clean cloth to polish the metal surface again, to enhance the visual appearance. 保修 时间：自商品售出日起6个月以内时间（含6个月） 保修内容：顾客正常使用情况下，此时段内产品出现任何质量问均可凭产品信誉卡到各Roberta专卖店进行免费保修。 维修周期：根据损坏程度的不同，修理周期为两周至一个月。 产品有偿维修： 时间： 1.​ 免费保修期内：自商品售出日起6个月以内时间（含6各月） 2.​ 免费保修期外：自商品售出日起6个月以上时间（不含6个月） 维修内容： 1.​ 在顾客正常使用的情况下，产品出现任何质量问题，均可凭产品信誉卡到Roberta专卖店进行维修。 2.​ 在保修期内，由于顾客自行使用不当出现的产品破损，公司部予以免费保修待遇，根据损坏程度收取费用。 3.​ 在保修期外，由于各种情况发生地不同质量问题，公司将根据产品损坏程度进行维修，并收取适当的工本费用。 维修周期：根据损坏程度的不同，维修周期为二周至一个月。 Roberta Leather Products Repair Policies: Complimentary Product Repair Services: Effective Period: within 6 months from purchase date. Service Coverage: 1.​ You may visit selected Roberta leather goods retailers for repair services, with the presentation of valid product’s warranty card. 2.​ Non-normal usages of Roberta products under warranty period. 3.​ Roberta products outsides of warranty period.
