Digital Temperature Sensors
ON Semiconductor offers a complete selection of digital
temperature sensors to meet the ever growing thermal density
in smart meter designs. Digital temperature sensors convert
temperature data into digital format and send the information
over an I2C interface bus. Temperature set points and limits
may also be programmed over the bus. This information may be
applied to dynamically calibrate the real time clock increasing
system accuracy, performance and reliability.
