Customers will buy the bag that makes them be satisfied, and they will also find that the shop always has the most fashionable and cheap bag. We also sell bags on line, customers can get their favorite bags without going out from their own houses, and only clicking their mouse is OK. The project needs 56,500 Yuan to start. The bag shop will satisfy the customers’ needs, and get good profit. Services The bag shop will offer services based on customers’ request and suggestions. Schedule The project will start three days after it is approved and the budget is made available. It will take approximately 8 weeks to finish, with two weeks needed to do decoration of the shop, two weeks to train the salesman, and one week to put the shelves, equipment and furniture, then put the bags on the shelves. 10. Risk management Before putting the plan into practice, the management finds that the following problems might affect the successful completion of the project. These problems, also called risks, generally fall into three categories. , People –related The salesman of the shop may not be good at selling the bags at all.
