In other words, you should read and speak english everyday .Memorizing new words and phrases is also helpful. 逻辑是什么：逻辑就是虚词！介词，连词，助词，+短语或者成语，关于时间的单词！ 聊话；   学游泳！ swim   第二天:减肥，lose  weight!   话题！   1篇--10篇！   生活，英语！   影响！   教练，教法。教材！
