The involved departments, under the unified command of the leading group of poverty alleviation and development in the County, 转，同时拉了再推进去，产品在里面摇晃，玻璃瓶容易碎，这就是我说的豪华配置的感觉。 包括我们的层板灯，原来都是进口的，现在我们自己研发，我们研究的玻璃层板从后面出光的，不能像常用的灯光一样，不行，必须用LEG的灯光，在灯光方面我们也有加强。就跟现在的汽车的汽车用LEG的灯光，橱柜也是一样。 主持人:刚才您提到的橱柜价值一百万，价格不菲呀，对于这么昂贵的奢侈品定位，对于对消费者和行业市场有意义何在, 何朝富:首先让顾客感受和体验的是这个橱柜的配置确实有很多的讲究，不是普通的柜子，刚才说了我们的柜子里面五金和电器都可以选择，没有关系，只是让你感受和体验，这里面有一个过程，像2000年北京和现在的外地相比，北京的市场已经起来了，发展很快，现在是外地发展很快，这个理念在到位，现在我们提到橱柜的概念，行业里面没有人钻它，到底要把它做成什么样子，消费者不知道哪个电器应该怎么放，插座应该怎么控制，他不知道，我们既然做就要做专业，插座要多高，为什么这么高，设计师要很清楚，说下面的插座1米3，百分之百这个高度，为什么是这个高度，因为台面上要放杯水倒了以后，就会到这个洞里面去，很危险，底下1米3的时候，是看不见的，没有问题。 第一是亲身体会，第二是了解五金到底应该在什么地方，望京有一个客户，订完我们的柜子，设计师做完了图，东西也选完了，他还在大厅转，我就说需要我帮忙吗，然后就看图纸，最后我推荐了柜、龙头、灶台全都换了，我说选择什么柜，他说要选择白的，我说白色不禁脏，这个1700元的就不要了，换成 2080的又禁脏又实用的，增加了1000多元的费用，但是非常开心、非常高兴，他说就不知道这个东西该怎么用，转了半天，推荐油烟机的时候，我说应该选国外的造型国内的配置，为什么说国外的造型国内的设置，老头老太太天天做饭，要享受国外的外排和内排式，把网子放在洗碗机里面一起洗，中国没有洗碗机，我们人性化考虑，就说买有油烟机有油盒，非常方便，我就告诉他们这些东西该怎么用，然后分区，装垃圾的地方，切菜下面是刀叉盘，透气、控水用，放抽屉板不舒服。消费者很多不理解，我就一一给你解释出来，知道这个地方是放锅的，有的人怀疑我，说这个地方能放进去蒸锅吗,我说没问题，他把高压锅拿来，352，高压锅没有那么高，一下子就放进去了。 主持人:中国有句老话是一分钱一分货，在您接待的客户里面有没有说科宝橱柜贵的, 何朝富:有，而且不少，在2003年我印象很深刻，老头老太太不进门，在玻璃窗户那逛，我说你们进去看吧，我说你们太贵了，我们买不起，我说你没看怎么知道贵啊，也有便宜的啊，结果最后算了2万多块钱，他们买的房子在和平里，1万2，老头老太太很保守的，年轻人虽然保守，但是敢看敢逛，老头老太太都不敢看，后来他们在我手上订的，2万多块poverty alleviation, making stable poverty of village and exit in a timely manner, should support poverty alleviation into, from the ... The involved departments, under the unified command of the leading group of poverty alleviation and development in the County, 钱，第一句话要说博洛尼的价位很丰富，从1700多元起价，不能说我们没有低端的，你要买我们的产品，进来第一句话，我们的报价单是从1790元到1万多元，每一款的款式不一样、风格不一样，你要选择什么样的，这样时间长了以后，人家都知道博洛尼还是有低端价位的，也不绝对都是高端的，科宝的家装就是真正适合老百姓用的东西。 主持人:刚才提到老夫妇二人在体验馆面前望门兴叹不敢进，而现在的体验馆又如雨后春笋，在这里您能不能介绍一下消费者面对这么多体验馆，怎么去伪存真, 何朝富:确实是面临这个问题，因为包括我们马上要做欧洲家居体验馆，这也是体验馆，大家都在做体验馆，我从某公司内部看了体验馆，就问他，我怎么找不到卫生间的感觉，怎么感觉没有，不像博洛尼的体验馆，这就是每个体验馆的不同，你是不是真正吃透了，这是最重要的核心，直到今天为止，博洛尼让我的经销商拷贝我的体验馆它都不会拷贝，让我们自己的经销商，不要说别人，根本谈不到这一点。包括我们请到首席设计师来为我们做中国设计，我们提出中国市场的需求，必须按照中国市场的需求来做这个东西，绝对不能百分之百拷贝，你只能用他的思想，但是原汁原味搬是不可能的，博洛尼做了体验馆，法尼尼也要做欧洲家居体验馆，这个设计和博洛尼是两个概念，这个级别又不一样，重要级也不一样。让顾客第一眼进去以后，看到你的体验馆能够找到自己想要的东西和想感受的东西，人家说到了某体验馆以后，死活就觉得博洛尼的体验馆就比它好，这就是区别。 主持人:法尼尼体验馆，具体什么地点，什么时间开业, 何朝富:计划是8月份开，就在北居然之家的边上，面积大概是五千平米左右。现在的体验馆是建筑面积六千多，使用面积是五千多平米。 主持人:听说博洛尼有针对精装修房的“精装后”装修服务，您和我们聊聊什么是“精装后”。 何朝富:今年市场的毛坯和精装房比例失调了，精装占到三分之二，毛坯占到三分之一，精装后发觉自己想要的要求达不到，通过谁来改变,通过设计师改变，比如说我自己，觉得自己的想法已经不错了，很好了，通过几个搞设计的一碰，发觉还有新的招术，马上就不一样，买房的人有几种人，一种是图简单、省事，还有就是图地段好，没有说是因为想要这个东西就要，基本上都是要改变的，现在80%的人群都要讲究个性，怎么来满足,从设计师角度来改变，从配饰、灯光、产品来满足个性化需求。 poverty alleviation, making stable poverty of village and exit in a timely manner, should support poverty alleviation into, from the ... The involved departments, under the unified command of the leading group of poverty alleviation and development in the County, 有几种满足方式，首先通过博洛尼的产品来改变，用设计贯穿、风格贯穿、配色贯穿，都可以都能达到客户的要求，墙面已经刷挖了白色，在什么方式下让它变，什么方式不让它变，变的话可以贴墙纸，到我们店的客户百分之百都是满足，因为我们在4月份刚培训成立的，接了30单“精装后”，单单收设计费，不算设计费不酸“精装后”，设计师要拿提成的，它的设计费要比毛坯的设计费高，因为它是做细活，毛坯是做大框，铺完就完了，三分装修七分装饰，没有装饰是不行的，为了满足精装的个性化，成立了精装设计师，每周有一次评审会议，每一次出一套方案，先评审，评审完了之后我会给大家讲课，上次在推广网络部进行讲课，在店内和店外讲课，这两种不一样，我自己做讲解，首先要跟顾客谈，博洛尼本来是意大利的，欧洲的设计、欧洲的风格，通过我这么多年看的展会，把所有展会的东西集中到一块，给大家做演讲，怎么贯穿、套色等等都给大家讲，顶多有两个到三个颜色跳，红的、黄的、蓝的、绿的、紫的、粉的都叫做跳色，每个空间都可以用，我们要讲究元素，在空间里红颜色是跳色，我拿来把它贯穿空间，只能占30%，如果红颜色太多了，我就不能用会了，只能用黑颜色来压他，金、银占5%，黑色占30%。 同时看到在世界顶级的设计，那些设计师怎么玩，很简单，墙角是直的，你要把它变短，你要做一个喷绘的花，镂空的，这个墙角就完了，从花色里面找一个颜色做，通过这些跟顾客讲，看看我的展厅，是不是跟欧洲是同步的，那天讲完课一下签了40多单，就一场活动。 “精装后”和配置中心很多人不理解，不知道，我们做这个工作之前我们从销售调查、网络调查、客户调查、设计师调查，然后开碰头会，做深入的调查，顾客需要什么东西，尤其是“精装后”设计师，需要满足什么东西，最终的结果是什么。通过这些我们做一些课程，然后进行销售培训，要把握这些东西。 主持人:到现在我们聊个三个问题，首先是什么是体验中心，其二讲了不同体验中心不同特点，第三解读了“精装后”服务，那让我们还回到产品这来，比照国外的消费者，您认为中国的消费者有什么不同,对于中国家装行业有哪些观点需要调整改变, 何朝富:刚才讲到欧洲的消费确实和国内的消费是两种概念，欧洲像比如说杂牌军在欧洲不存在，欧洲基本上是一些有品牌的厂家，没品牌的基本没戏，想都别想，欧洲不像中国有建材城，欧洲没有，那边根本没有大的logo，不让你做，外立面装修他们出费用，绷一块布，在上面做logo做宣传，欧洲的市场已经成熟、定位了，中国的市场要在什么时候定位,十年以后定位。现在还定不了位，不行的厂家就倒闭、关门，包括现在有的建材城为什么把家装公司赶走，家装公司的杂牌军太走，真正定位的就这几家，北京会留下十个家装公司，其他全部淘汰，目的是什么,小厂家在里面捣乱，大品牌不赚钱，同时市场整体下滑，你说这个东西要不要保护，要保护。在国外的消费群体，包括国外的服装打折，十月份、一月份是打折季节，过了这个季节就没有，中国是天天打折，就是消费观念不一样，而且国外是买就买名牌，买就买好的，但是国内就不一样，仿得差不多就可以买。长城饭店的采购部总经理他就选择了我们的橱柜，他说他家里橱柜坏了，多少钱没关系，给我换一个，我说我帮你看一眼，用不用换，后来到他家看了一下，我就就凑合用吧，别换了，换整套不值当，因为他们要换房子，就先凑合着。慢慢这个市场就会洗牌淘汰，博洛尼有一个庞大的研发团队，poverty alleviation, making stable poverty of village and exit in a timely manner, should support poverty alleviation into, from the ... The involved departments, under the unified command of the leading group of poverty alleviation and development in the County, 每年都有新的东西出来，引领这个潮流，如果说博洛尼没有这个东西，我是看着别人在走，仿着别人在走，我只会越来越吃亏，跟不上，就跟服装一样，服装是半年一变，国际上的家居是两年一变，两年必须要调整，板材要调整。 有的时候我想起来，还是很佩服我们的企业的，在欧洲我都没有见到所有玩家具的能玩十几种、上百种，BNB就玩黑橡、黄橡，我们玩很多种木，光樱桃木就有三种颜色，谁玩得了，库存都备不起，这就是市场供应的能力，中国消费者慢慢自己越来越明白，越来越理性化，为什么博洛尼在五一期间的定单橱柜翻一倍，为什么，说明消费者是理性的，不是盲目消费，我的折扣没有给升，有的是7折、8折我真的没有给，这就是消费者的理性化。在国外看小孩没有钱的，但是从内到外、从上到下都买的阿玛尼，就是感觉会好。你买博洛尼，我百分之百质量保证，五年该保五年保五年，三千多号人它不会马上就关吧，三个工厂不可能一下就关吧，我们马上在10月份要开始建一个新工厂。 主持人:既然何总来网络公司做客，那一定要回答几个关于网络的问题。据我了解科宝还是一个部门在做网销，但是提到网销一般人的感觉都是集采、团购，低价、便宜，很难跟高端联系在一起，这里有三个问题问您，第一是网销在科宝公司的整体销售是什么位置,具体扮演什么角色,第二个问题是网销的销售业绩如何,第三个问题是您针对现在家装市场网销的现状，满意吗,对网销的发展有什么建议, 何朝富:博洛尼的网销首先定位是不同，首先我的网销和我的品牌是相符合的。第二是网销给人感觉是便宜，但是博洛尼不是，博洛尼是相当于一个大学课堂，你是网上的网友，我们博洛尼要开一个课题，如何选择产品，如何选择东西，别的厂家根本不具备，也没有讲得多深。我们为了让你来，可能会有专门针对你们这些人有一些小小的优惠，仅此而已，不会因此把我的价格品牌往下杀，我是针对你做了一个小小的优惠，可能是针对于网上的朋友，大家相识不容易，可能会赠积分或者是有一些优惠，我会给你们上课，讲一个很深的课题。别的厂家百分之百没有这个课题，我们的这种方式和模式跟别人也不一样，我们每一堂课都是自己去开发，现在的课题是我们店长自己干，比如说网络是大钟寺组织的，店长就去讲如何选择橱柜，橱柜的选择，每一堂都是PPT的正规的课程。 这就是跟别人不同的地方，同时让顾客感觉到还是一个高端，不是一个很差的品牌，不是低端，不是一个便宜货，这是通过聊天过程中我了解到，他们认为这种模式非常好。不是像别的厂家，赶紧买吧，全场七折，这是绝对便宜的大陆货，我们肯定不会有那样的情况。 我们做了好几场网销，五一做了一场网销，非常好，那天签了80多单，效果非常不错，因为这种活动要看怎么去做，要是做好了，是可以的，这种活动其实是最高端的人群，来这干吗，讲别墅的工艺，讲别墅的配置，讲别墅的选择，是一套一套课题出来的，这就是为什么我们做得这么成功，有好处，如果公司没有这样的人力，没有开发这一块，没有想到这一块，没有用，我们的活动做得很有意思，就是在哪呢，他今天来了，明天又来了，他还想听，这样的人群有，你的课题馆，为别人免费上这堂课，不收钱，这就是优势，我们在小区做也都有开发课题，包括“精装后”的讲课，我要求是在总店讲和在店外讲不一样的，在店外讲更多讲我的体验馆，在店内讲更多是讲欧洲的设计和欧洲的风格，同步感受欧洲，同步感受poverty alleviation, making stable poverty of village and exit in a timely manner, should support poverty alleviation into, from the ... The involved departments, under the unified command of the leading group of poverty alleviation and development in the County, 我的体验馆，都是相关联的，不能说到了我的体验馆还说我的体验馆好，让顾客亲自去体验。 网销每个人做，标准不一样，感觉很杂，有一个大的网站，比如新浪，一听这个品牌，就是像服装一样，就是名牌，信誉高，小网站一看就没有信誉，就像小广告，一点意义都没有，打广告不要做杂，你打大牌广告可以，打小牌广告反而砸了自己的牌子，自己越来越走下坡路，没有意义了，广告也是一样，网络也是一样。 网络是一个好东西，发展速度很快，传播速度很快，这是最快的，比人传播人还快。以前没有做网络的时候，消费层是不一样的，低端消费层、中端消费层、高端消费层，低端的消费层传播速度最快，其他两个要差一些，靠的就是网络传播。像今年五一，第一天网络部做的小区活动就签了80多单。我们在网络上有的时候是店长级的可以上去回答疑问，他们回答疑问包括跟业主、版主聊聊天，这样的活动比较多，店长对产品没有我们熟、没有办法，他们可以来组织，我们可以弥补这一块。 主持人:您做的是零售业务部总监，销售是赚钱的部门，市场部是花钱的部门，博洛尼市场部做的有声有色，您是否可以透露透露博洛尼销售和市场是如何运作的,这赚钱的部分是不是比花银子的部分说话硬气,(笑) 何朝富:没有，我们是有预算的，一分不能少，我们零售部门和他们之间的配合最紧密的就是小区、网络这类东西，还有做一些宣传，我们跟推广部每周一次反馈会，相互沟通，有问题都相互配合、相互理解，包括总店原来他们是缺讲师，以前是固定的，现在到总店找讲师，一共12个讲师，每个单店都有一个讲师，随时想要随时有，图很急着要，没有问题，赶快做给你，市场部比我们权威，别看他们是花钱的，展厅是要跟他们递申请，然后他们派人装修，所以说他们的权力很大的。 市场部非常重要，因为你的品牌提升就是靠市场来提升，销售的口碑没用，市场是提升你的品牌的，包括平面策划，都需要市场部来完善，没有推广部公司就百分之百没有了，我们的市场部规模很大。 主持人:由于时间关系，感谢何总百忙之中做客新浪，本次聊天到此结束。 本次聊天结束 poverty alleviation, making stable poverty of village and exit in a timely manner, should support poverty alleviation into, from the ...
