I. Product Overview
NDB-1 series motor protectors for AC 45 ~ 60Hz, voltage of 24V to 380V power supply circuit consisting of a motor control circuit and AC contactor and other switching equipment. When the main circuit of the motor appears non-work state phase failure, overload, phase imbalance, the protector timely breaking electrical contact switch, disconnect the motor three-phase power supply, quickly and reliably protect the motor.
Protection using straight-through sampling detection technology, SCR output, simple structure, easy to use, reliable, and has no power consumption, long life, no arcing during operation, etc., is ideal for motor protection electrical products.
Protection in line with EN60947-1, EN60947-5, EN60204-1 standard GB14048.4 standards.
Second, the main technical parameters
(I), the protection function: phase protection, phase unbalance protection, stall and overload current protection.
1, phase protection: When the motor three-phase power in any one phase-phase or phase inside the motor off, the protection action lag time ?1S.
2, phase unbalance protection: When the motor's three-phase power in any two-phase operating current difference of more than (50 ? 10)%, the protection action lag time ?1S.
3, overload current protection: When the motor current reaches 1.2 times the rated to 6 times, the protector of the action lag time for 80S ~ 10S (inverse time characteristics).
(Ii), the output interface Reset: Reset power control loop; reset time: (60 ? 10) S.
(Iii) Working mode: continuous work style.
(Iv) for the voltage range: AC24V ~ 380V / 45 ~ 60Hz.

Fifth, use the instructions and safety precautions
1, as shown in the graphic operation, AC contactor to the motor through the three-phase power lines are the three wearing protective line hole, any phase sequence and protector connected in series into the AC contactor end of the secondary circuit.
2, due to the protection of the output interface is a non-contact AC solid state electronic switch, it can not use a multimeter to measure the resistance profile when tested on-off characteristics of the switch.
3. If the protection circuit for automatic control, protection action after going to restart the control loop must cut the protector of the output interface power reset, otherwise it will refuse to start. 4, when the protector duplication of work, the time interval should be greater than twice the reset time, it may cause the protection does not work properly.
5. The interface used for protection or breaking load, its capacity can not be greater than 4.4 times
the provisions of this may damage protection, and cause dangerous accidents. Protection can not be used to control the DC contactors.
6, the protector of the environment should be kept clean, dry, protection may not be used in potentially explosive media, corrosive metal or destroy insulation gas, steam, electric dust and mold presence of severe environments.
7. AC contactor coil voltage is greater than the user's current 380V or greater than 2A, to be used as an intermediate relay interfaces.
8, the current protection on the tuning scale for reference only, when you use basis having to adjust the situation further.
