办公室长得不好看更容易被欺负 　　People who are considered unattractive are more likely to be belittled and bullied in the workplace, according to new research. 　　最新研究显示，在职场中，长得不好看的人更容易被人轻视和受人欺负。 　　The study by Michigan State University found that unattractive workers were treated more harshly than their attractive colleagues when it came to promotions and which tasks they were given to do. 　　密西根州立大学的研究发现，在升职和完成相关工作等方面，相比长得好看的人，长相普通的员工受到的对待更加严苛。 　　And that being 'ugly' played more of a role in how someone is treated than their age, gender or how long they had worked there. 　　相比一个人的年龄、性别和工作年限，长得“丑”的影响更大。 　　Previous research has found that attractive students tend to be more popular in school. The workers were each asked how often their colleagues 'engaged in cruel behaviour' towards them.
