罗卡定律

凡两个物体接触时，就会产生互相转移现象，一定会带走一些东西，也一定会留下一些东西。这就是法证学之父艾德蒙罗卡在1910年建立的一套黄金定律。      我想人与人之间也是如此吧，不管接触的时间是长还是短，总会在我们的心里留下一些人或事。有些我们可能会很快忘记，可有些却会永远留在我们的心里。什么是永远，永远就是到我们死得那一天。不管这些带给我们的是快乐还是痛苦，我们都必须学会去接受它，因为这些都是我们成长所必须经历的东西。      当我们老去时，再回头看看这些人和事时，我们会庆幸我们经历过这些。如果没有这些人和事我们的人生将会犹如一口枯井，毫无生气，亦会如同一杯白水，淡然无味。所以请怀着感恩的心态面对这一切吧！ 艾德蒙·罗卡 　　凡两个物体接触，会产生转移现象。即会带走一些东西，亦会留下一些东西。 　　——法证之父艾德蒙·罗卡 编辑本段艾德蒙·罗卡 　　1910 年，法国警官艾德蒙罗卡建立了一套黄金定律，那就是人类无论做过何种接触，一定会留下微迹证。简而言之“凡走过必留下痕迹”。他的报告奠定了现代刑事鉴识科学的基石。 　　利用罗卡的原理，刑事鉴识人员分析犯罪现场所发现的纤维，就可查出大量线索，如衣服款式、衣服售出地、甚至连织品制造商都可以查出来。藉由分析微小的纤维，微迹证鉴识员能够确切指出嫌犯曾身处现场，进而定罪嫌犯。 编辑本段罗卡定律 　　罗卡定律：凡两个物体接触，会产生转移现象。即会带走一些东西，亦会留下一些东西。 　　罗卡定律原述： 　　From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia 　　The Locard exchange principle, also known as Locard's theory, was postulated by 20th century forensic scientist Edmond Locard. 　　Locard was the director of the very first crime laboratory in existence, located in Lyon, France. Locard's exchange principle states that "with contact between two items, there will be an exchange" (Thornton, 1997). 　　Essentially Locard's principle is applied to crime scenes in which the perpetrator(s) of a crime comes into contact with the scene, so he will both bring something into the scene and leave with something from the scene. Every contact leaves a trace. 　　“Wherever he steps, whatever he touches, whatever he leaves, even unconsciously, will serve as a silent witness against him. Not only his fingerprints or his footprints, but his hair, the fibers from his clothes, the glass he breaks, the tool mark he leaves, the paint he scratches, the blood or semen he deposits or collects.
