But in some department, the lecturers are new staff, and their experience and level are limited. I have proposed outsourcing solutions, to let training company do it, but faced budget problem. *In view of this situation, I arranged internal training and arranged new lecturers be trained by experienced lecturers. *Finally,new lecturer’s level had rised apparently and were competent for training. 不容易协调各部门时间.不容易找到各部门都空档的时间. *首先了解各部门在那段时期内的大日程安排. *挑选大多数部门可以的时间,避开那些特别重要的活动期间. *建议那些时间不OK的部门调整他们的时间以适应我们的培训. It’s not easy to coordinate various department.It’s difficult to find a time they all avialble. *So I will get the schedule of every dep in that period. *Select a time when most of the dep are available and avoid the important activities. *Advise the dep who are no available to change their schedule to attend our training. 面对困难 解决:1.分析困难,处境,能否独立完成等 2.想解决,如不能独立完成的,则寻求别人的帮助. 1.analyze the difficulty,the situation and if I can solve it by my self. 2.Think of some ways to solve the problem.I I can’t solve it by my self,I will search sbelse’s help. 有不和时 1.​ 对事不对人 2.​ 争论前提前做一些准备,找出更多依据 3.​ 争论时以和气的态度,清晰地表达自己的观点. ​ I will solve it in view of things not in view of people. ​ And do careful preparation before discussion,find more basis. ​ Try to present my ideas in a more clear and civilized manner in order to get my points across.
