Use screws to fasten the mount angles to both
sides of the front panel of the MRMU.
用螺钉将安装挂耳固定在MRMU前面板两侧。

Use panel fasteners to secure the mount
angles of the MRMU to the captive nuts on
the front columns of the cabinet.
用面板螺钉将MRMU两侧的安装挂耳固定到
机柜前面侧柱的浮动螺母上。

Slide the MRMU gently along the guide rails
into the cabinet until the front panel contacts
the slides on the front columns of the
cabinet. Align the holes in the mount angles
with the holes in the slides.
按照内部组件位置图将MRMU沿滑道轻轻推
入机柜,直到前面板靠在机柜前面侧柱的固
定导槽上,并使安装弯角的安装孔与固定导
槽的安装孔对齐。

Secure the mount angles on the sides of
the KVMS to the mounting rail on the side
columns at the front of the cabinet using
panel screws. Tighten the panel screws.
用面板螺钉将KVMS两侧的挂耳固定到机柜
前面侧柱的方孔条上,拧紧各个螺钉。

Push the KVMS gently in place.
将KVMS轻轻推入机柜内。
Place the KVMS on the corresponding
guide rails of the integrated configuration
cabinet. See the figure titled Internal
Components of the Cabinet.

If you remove a board from a subrack, install a filler panel to cover the vacant slot. Otherwise, the heat
dissipation, electromagnetic shielding, and dustproof performance of the subrack may be degraded.
从机框上拆卸单板后,机框上空闲的槽位一定要安装假面板,否则会影响机框的通风散热、电磁屏蔽和防
尘。
Removing the filler panel

Remove the filler panel horizontally.
将假面板水平拔出。
To accommodate a board with a slot, unscrew the
two captive screws on the filler panels in an
anticlockwise direction.
对于需要安装单板的槽位用螺丝刀沿逆时针方向拧
开假面板上的两颗松不脱螺钉。

安装后插板
Align the upper and lower edges of the board with the slide rails. Slide the
board along the slide rails until the positioning pins of the board are
inserted into the positioning holes in the subrack.
将单板上下沿(上下两边)对准导向槽(插槽),先将上沿送入导向槽,然
后将下沿送入导向槽,直至单板的定位销插入机框上的插销定位孔。

Ensure that the upper and lower ejector levers are in good contact with the
beam. Then, push the ejector levers inwards until the inner sides of the
ejector levers touch the panel.
确定上下扳手已同时扣到横梁扣位,闭合上下扳手,直至上下扳手内侧贴住
面板。

Tighten the captive screws in the clockwise direction to secure the board.
用螺丝刀沿顺时针方向拧紧松不脱螺钉以固定单板。

The preceding instructions are suitable for the case where a subrack is installed for the first time and is not
powered on. Thus, after an interface board is installed, you need not open ejector levers.

Ensure that the upper and lower ejector levers are in good contact with the
beam. Then, push the ejector levers inwards until the inner sides of the
ejector levers touch the panel.
确定上下扳手已同时扣到横梁扣位,闭合上下扳手,直至上下扳手内侧贴住
面板。

Tighten the captive screws in the clockwise direction to secure the board.
确定上下扳手已同时扣到横梁扣位,用螺丝刀沿顺时针方向拧紧松不脱螺钉
以固定单板。

The preceding instructions are suitable for the case where a subrack is installed for the first time and is

1 Lay the power cable downward along
the mounting rail of the cabinet, insert
the other end of 3V3 power into the 3V3
socket on the left of KVMS, and fasten
the injection molding screws.
电源线缆沿方孔条下走线,另一端的3V3
电源接口与KVMS左侧的3V3插座连接,
并拧紧连接器注塑头上的螺钉。
Connect one OT terminal of the yellow
and green PGND cable to the grounding
point of the KVMS, and the other to the
nearby grounding point on the mounting
rail of the cabinet. Fasten the screws.
将黄绿色保护地线的一侧OT端连接到
KVMS的接地点上,另一侧的OT端就近连
接到机柜方孔条的接地点上,并紧固螺
钉。

Insert the plug of the power cable into the DC power socket at the rear of the

交换机的网线连接示意图
Overhead cabling mode
上走线示意图
Route the network cables of a LAN Switch along the
cabling trough of the LAN Switch to the rear of the
cabinet, and then bind or connect the cables to other
devices.
交换机的网线一般先通过其下方的走线槽到机柜后
部,然后再绑扎或连接到其它设备。
Underfloor cabling mode
下走线示意图
1000Base-TX
Lead the cables through the cabling holes in the
two corners at the rear top of the cabinet into the
cabinet and then lead the cables downwards to the
external area between the middle column and the
rear mounting rail to the related devices. The
overhead cabling mode is suitable for the
equipment room with the cement floor.
线缆从机柜顶部后边两侧的过线孔进入机柜,沿机
柜两边中立柱与后方孔条之间外侧区域下走线至相
应设备。上走线方式适用于水泥地面机房的环境。
When the cabling rack is adopted, the signal
cables must be fixed on the beam of the cabling
rack and bound in the shape of a rectangle. When
the distance between the cabling rack and the top
of the cabinet is longer than 0.8 meter, the
downward cable ladder must be adopted to fix the
cables for protection.
使用走线架时,信号线缆应固定在走线架横梁上,
并绑扎成矩形。当走线架与机柜顶部高差在0.8m以
上时,应安装下线梯以固定线缆,以免拉力过大,
损伤线缆。
Lead the cables through the cabling holes in the
corners at the rear bottom of the cabinet into the
cabinet and then upward along the external area
between the middle column and the rear mounting rail
to the related devices. The underfloor cabling mode is
suitable for the equipment room with the ESD-
preventive floor.
线缆从机柜底部后边两侧的过线孔进入机柜,沿机柜
两边中立柱与后方孔条之间外侧区域向上走线至相应
设备。下走线方式适用于铺设防静电地板的机房环
境。
When the underfloor cabling mode is applied, ensure
that the height of the piled cables under the ESD-
preventive floor does not exceed 3/4 of the height
from the ground to the inner surface of the ESD-
preventive floor.
下走线时,线缆在防静电地板下多排叠加布放的高度
不能超过防静电地板下净空的3/4。

检查串口信号线缆是否正确连接。

Use straight-through network cables to connect ports 23 and 24 on a LAN Switch to ports 23 and 24 on another
LAN Switch.
Make the straight-through network cables neat and route them along the cabling trough.
Ensure that the network cables are correctly connected.
When bending the straight-through network cables upwards or downwards along the cabling trough, maintain the
proper bend radius to protect the network ports on the LAN Switch from stress and chafing.
Attach one end of a monitoring serial port cable to COM2 port on the SDM in the basic subrack.
Route the monitoring serial port cable in underfloor cabling mode along the inside of the spacing between
the rear column and the rear mount rail of the cabinet. Bind the cables and secure them to coils.
Ensure that the monitoring serial port cables are correctly connected.

安装KVMS切换线缆

将KVMS切换线缆的VGA接头一端按照标签插接在KVMS切换
器端的VGA插座上。
将KVMS线缆沿后立柱与后方孔条之间内侧的区域下走线,并
绑扎固定在束线圈上,信号线与电源线分开绑扎。

检查信号线布放情况,确认其对应关系为OMU(0)-PC1、
OMU(1)-PC2、iGWB(0)-PC3、iGWB(1)-PC4、INU-PC6。
Plug the VGA-labelled end of a KVMS cable into the VGA
socket of the KVMS.
Route the KVMS cables in underfloor cabling mode along
the inside of the spacing between the rear column and the
rear mount rail of the cabinet. Bind the cables and secure
them to coils. Ensure that signal cables and power cables
are separately bound.
Ensure that the mapping between each signaling cable and
port is as follows: OMU(0)-PC1, OMU(1)-PC2, iGWB(0)-
PC3, iGWB(1)-PC4, and INU-PC6.

将鼠标、键盘的USB和PS/2转换线缆连接到各对应后插单板的
USB接口上,将KVMS线缆另一端的VGA接头连接到各对应单板
的VGA接口上,并且将KVMS线缆的鼠标、键盘接口和USB转换
线缆的鼠标、键盘接口进行对接。
NOTE
如果系统中存在两对iGWB,则另外一对安装在2号框中(即两对
iGWB都安装在各自所在机柜的最底下机框中),此时,该机框中
的这对iGWB也需要连接到KVMS上,连接关系为iGWB(2)-PC7、
iGWB(3)-PC8。
If two pairs of iGWBs are in use, install one pair in subrack 0 of
the integrated configuration cabinet and the other pair in
subrack 2 of the service processing cabinet. In addition,
connect each pair to the KVMS. For the pair in subrack 2, the
iGWB-KVMS connection is as follows: iGWB(2)-PC7 and
iGWB(3)-PC8. Note that subrack 0 and subrack 2 reside at the
bottom of two cabinets.
Connect the USB-PS/2 switcher to the USB port on the related
back board. Connect the VGA-labelled end of a KVMS cable to
the VGA connector of the related board. Also connect the
mouse port and keyboard port of the KVMS cable to those of
the USB-PS/2 switcher.

Operation procedure
操作步骤

将信号线缆的一端连接处理器板的后插接口板上,根据所
连接的设备确认另外一端插接位置。

信号线走线都在后立柱与后方孔条之间,绑定在横梁内部
区域。

将网线理顺,用扎带绑扎固定。 粘贴标签。检查并确认网
线连接正确。
Attach one end of a network cable to the interface board of
a UPB. Based on the type of the connected UPB, decide
where the other end of the cable should be attached.
Route the network cable along the spacing between the
rear column and the rear mount rail. Then secure it to
the inside of the beam.
Make the network cable neat. Bind and fasten the cable
using a binding strip, and then label it. Ensure that the
network cable is correctly connected.
