I voluntarily enroll in China Zhengkai International Marathon and all related activities (hereinafter referred to collectively as ”tournament”). 2. I fully understand and agree to abide by the order, rules, regulations, requirements made by the organizing committee and the measures taken. 3. I fully understand that there will be potential risks in the tournament and have already prepared to avoid them. I am willing to take the risk of accidents during the events, also agree to take full responsibility of injury, death and other losses that might occur due to my health condition and have no claim on organizing committee. 4. I agree to accept the medical treatment provided by organizing committee and will pay for all the expenses made due to medical treatment. 5. I authorize the organizing committee and designed medias with a free use of my portrait, name, voice and other personal data for the organization and promotion of tournament. 6. I agree not to damage, change or cover official number bib by any means before and within the period of tournament. 7. I agree to provide valid identity documents and information to organizing committee for verification of my identity, and agree to take full responsibility of any consequences made of false identity documents and information. 8. I agree on the accidental insurance made by organizing committee on behalf of me, and fully acknowledge detailed insurance coverage without any disagreements. 9. Confirmed registration will never be changed for any reason. 10.
