（Pilotage）通过东海大桥的外国籍船舶，必须申请引航。ForeignvesselspassingthroughtheEastSeaBridgeshallapplyforthe pilotage经洋山港主航道进入洋山港的外国籍船舶及需申请引航的其他船舶应当在上海洋山深水港区引航待泊锚地检疫1号锚区内等候引航员上船。引航员应当在指定的区域上船引航。ForeignvesselsenteringtheYangshanPortthroughthemainchannelandothervesselsrequiringthepilotageserviceshallwaitingforthepilotstoembarkatthepilotageanchorageoftheShanghaiYangshanDeep-waterPort. Pilotsshallembarkthevesselsatthedefinedarea.船舶分类（GroupsOfShips）第1类船舶：（一）国际航行船舶；（二）150总吨及以上拟在小衢山与西马鞍山岛之间穿越洋山港主航道的船舶；（三）500总吨及以上油船、化学品船、液化气船；（四）客船；（五）主机额定功率750KW及以上拖轮；（六）1000载重吨及以上的拖轮船队或者顶推船-驳船组合体；（七）1000总吨及以上其他国内航行船舶。Typeonevessels：1.Vesselsontheinternationalvoyages;2.Vesselsof1000grosstonsandmorewanttocrosstheYangShanmainFairwaybetweenXiaoQuShanandXiMaAnShanisland.3.Oiltankers,vesselscarryingbulkchemicalsandliquidnaturalgascarriersof500grosstonsandmore; 4.Passengervessels;5.Towboatwiththeratedpowerof750KWandmore;6.Towboatfleetsorcompositeunitsofpushingvesselandbarge;7.Othervesselsof1000grosstonsandmoreonthedomesticvoyages.第2类船舶：除第1类船舶以外的其他船舶。Typetwovessels:Vesselsotherthantypeonevessels.注：其中紧急情况报告适用第1、2类船舶；其他报告仅适用第1类船舶（第1类船舶中的2项不适用航行计划报告）Note:ReportofemergencyisrequiredforTypeoneandTypetwovessels;otherreportsarerequiredforTypeonevessels.(The2itemofTypeonevessels notapplyforVoyagePlanReport)交通服务（TrafficService）VTS中心可提供：1、交通安全信息（应请求）；2、交通组织；3、本港安全信息广播；4、水文气象信息（应请求）；5、助航服务（应请求）；6、锚地安排（应请求）；7、支持联合行动（应请求）。TheVTSCentercanprovide:1.Trafficsafetyinformation(onrequest);2.Trafficorganization;3.Safetyinformationtransmittedatthisport;4.Hydrometeorologyinformation(onrequest);5.Navigationalassistance(onrequest);6.Anchoragearrangement(onrequest);7.Informationforsupportingthealliedactivities(onrequest).注：双正点或紧急情况在VHF工作频道上进行助航标志、水文气象、航行警（通）告等涉及航行安全的信息广播。Note:Timefordailysafetyinformation:Atevennumberedhoursorundertheconditionofemergence.禁止（Prohibitions）任何船舶不得在航道、禁锚区内抛锚;禁止在航道、桥区、锚地、码头前沿、施工作业区及其他通航水域内从事渔业捕捞、养殖;禁止在航道内试航或测速；未经批准，禁止在锚地进行过驳、装卸和熏蒸作业;禁止船舶穿越避航区航行;Novesselsshallanchorinthechannelsandprohibitedanchorage;Engageinfishingandaquicultureisprohibitedinthechannel,bridgeareas,anchorages,thewharfapron,constructionareasandothertrafficwaters.Navigationtrialorspeedtestingisprohibitedonthefairway.Ship’sareprohibitedtocarryoutcargotransferring,dischargingorfumigationoperationsatanchorage.Navigationintheavoidingareaisprohibited.
