公司拥有1台FKP20曲轴内铣机床用于连杆颈加工。此台机床经10余年的使用后,系统不同程度地出现老化、系统故障增多等问题。鉴此情况,公司提出对其连杆颈加工机床进行数控改造。

摘 要
改革开放以来,加工贸易在我国不断发展壮大,逐渐成为我国对外贸易中的主导贸易方式,对拉动经济起到了重要作用。但加工贸易发展存在着一系列的矛盾和问题。本文写作的宗旨主要就是为了在对加工贸易进行研究和探讨的基础上,找出加工贸易问题的“症结”所在,以便采取切实可行的政策措施,充分发挥加工贸易在我国外贸以及整个国民经济中的重要作用。
我国的加工贸易发展水平总体上比较低,一些项目存在着低水平重复建设的情况。使用国产料件较少,主要依赖进口料件的局面未得到根本改变;我国加工贸易现有的管理方式不能完全适应加工贸易的迅猛发展,管理水平较低;一些不法厂商利用加工贸易大肆进行走私、逃套汇和骗退税,造成国家税收大量流失,对我国外贸和国民经济健康发展产生了不良影响。
总之,在当前特定的国际、国内环境下,加工贸易的发展既存在机遇又面临挑战。特别是随着经济全球化,对外贸易备受瞩目,因此对加工贸易进行深入研究与分析也显得尤为重要。

Abstract
Since the reform to open ,the processing trade is continuously developing strongly in our country, and gradually became a predominance method of our foreign trade, which is an important fuction to rise the economy.The processing trade development exits many problems.The purpose to write this text is finding out the " key sticking point" place of the processing trade problem after the deep research of the processing trade. After that we can found out the in order to adopt slice solid viable policy measure, well develop processing trade outside our country trade and whole national economies of important function.
The level of our processing trade development is lower.Some item develops in low level.The usage of the national product anticipates less, the situation of counting on imports anticipate is not changed at all.The current management to the processing trade in our country can't adapt to the fast fierce development of the processing trade completely, which level is lower.Some illegal businessmen make use of the processing trade to smuggle, escape the arbitrage with the rebate,which result in that a large quantity national tax run off.These produce the bad influence to our country foreign trade and the national economy development.
In fine, under this current particular nations, local environment, the development of the processing trade exit both the opportunity and the challenge.With the economic getting wider, the foreign trade has to be paid more attention.So proceeding thorough the research of the processing trade seems to be particularly important now.

摘 要:ZX31型摇臂钻床属于大型立式钻床,能够进行多种形式的机械加工,如钻孔、扩孔、铰孔、镗孔、刮平面以及攻螺纹等。(毕业设计网 )
摇臂钻床的运动部件较多,采用多台电动机拖动。一般采用三相交流鼠笼式异步电动机拖动,用机械变速箱调节主轴转速和进刀量,变速箱为机械有级调速,钻床的主要运动豆油较大的调速范围。

概 述
ZX31型摇臂钻床属于大型立式钻床,能够进行多种形式的机械加工,如钻孔、扩孔、铰孔、镗孔、刮平面以及攻螺纹等。
摇臂钻床的运动部件较多,常采用多台电动机拖动,一般采用三相交流鼠笼式异步电动机拖动,用机械变速调节主轴转速和进刀量,变速箱为机械有级调速,钻床的主运动和进给运动都有较大的调速范围。
Zx31型摇臂钻床适用于在重大型零件上钻孔、扩孔、铰孔、刮平面及攻螺纹等工作,在具有工艺装备的条件下可以进行镗孔。
Zx31行摇臂钻床,其零部件通用化程度较高,本机床具有如下特点:
(1) 采用液压预选变速机构,可节省辅助时间;
(2) 主轴正反转、停车(制动)、变速、空挡等动作都用一个手柄控制,操纵轻便;
(3) 主轴箱、摇臂、内外柱采用液压驱动的菱形块夹紧机构,夹紧可靠;
(4) 摇臂上导轨、主套筒及内外柱回转滚道等处均进行淬火处理,可延长使用寿命;
(5) 主轴箱的移动除手动,还可以机动;
(6) 有完善的安全保护装置及外柱防护和自动润滑装置。

摘 要
目前商品化的锂离子电池负极材料主要是石墨化碳材料,其理论容量为372mAh/ g,因此开发新型负极材料已成为研究的热点。金属锡的理论比容量为990mAh/ g,且其操作电位高,不存在共嵌入的问题,但由于锡在嵌锂后自身体积膨胀较大,锂的反复脱嵌会导致锡的逐渐粉化,造成与集流体的电接触变差,循环寿命缩短。为了利用锡金属的优点,同时解决其存在的不足,将锡与碳复合并实现制备材料的多孔化有望得到高储锂性能的新型锂离子电池负极材料。
本文以P123为模板剂,在酸性条件下,合成SBA-15介孔材料,并利用Al对其改性。以糠醇为碳前驱体,通过浸渍方法,将其引入介孔氧化硅的孔道中,再利用SBA-15介孔材料为模板,高温炭化及炭热还原技术,去掉硬模板剂得到介孔碳材料。通过组装锡,制备介孔碳孔道内组装锡的新型复合多孔锂离子电池负极材料。并对其进行储锂性能研究。

Abstract
The current commercialization of lithium-ion batteries are mainly of carbon graphite materials, its capacity value 372mAh/g, so the new negative material has become the focus of the study.
