With the completion of the second part of the Spanish Style Street in 2011 Wuhan Optics ['ɔptiks] Valley Pedestrian [pi'destriən] Street has begun to be transformed from a shopping center into a theme commercial center. After four-year development, Optics Valley Pedestrian Street has rapidly developed into the center of shopping and fashion. The third period of the construction will aim at developing the theme commercial center. It added three themes and six anchor ['æŋkə] stores(主力店). Theme 1 is Wedding Street. （婚庆街） Theme 2 is Pub Street.（酒吧街） Italian style constructions, full of romantic atmosphere. It could attract many white collars to have a drink there after work. Theme 3 is Original Fashion Street. (原创潮流街) six anchor stores are: supermarkets among the top 500 of the world（世界五百强超市）; department store with international high-quality goods（国际精品百货）; Electrical appliances store of foreign brands（纯外资家电卖场）; IMAX (['aimæks]Image Maximum）cinema(3D科幻电影院); supermarket of fashionable sports supplies（时尚运动用品超市）and Go-kart movement hall(卡丁车运动馆).
