Participation and empowerment:参于和授权 Process by which employees are empowered to take more responsibility for their performance by participating in decisions on how they do their jobs and how the company is managed. null*Job enrichment:丰富工作 Addition of motivational factors related to job activities. Job redesign:重新设计工作 Restructuring of work to achieve a better fit between employees and their jobs. Often implemented by one the following methods:null*Task combining:工作联合 Enlarging jobs and increasing variety so that employees feel their work is more meaningful.
