关于学生上课打瞌睡玩手机问题处理办法 关于学生上课打瞌睡玩手机问题的解决办法 周洁 对于学生上课打瞌睡,玩手机问题已成中职学校普遍问题,更是我校在教育教学管理中面临最头痛的问题。那么,是一意孤行实施严管,还是从根源入手,结合我校特别是我班学生群体特点,对本问题所在原因及与科任老师和同学们探讨下,我班将采取以学生自觉为主,班级管理为辅,并结合多措有效的方法对本班级所面问题进行解决。 一、学生上课打瞌睡玩手机的原因: 第一,学生睡眠不足是其首要原因。多是看电视、上网、玩游戏时间过长引起睡眠不足,或者家长娱乐影响学生睡眠不足等等。 第二,学生意志力不强,少有困意即欲倒头大睡。 最后,学生学习基础差,学习兴趣不浓或是教师讲课吸引不住学生让学生昏昏欲睡,或是直接玩手机来消磨时间。 二、班主任及科任老师管理方法 对于玩手机问题,我班将采取“上课手机暂存”措施。也就是我班的墙壁将设置手机暂存处,每个同学的手机有独立的手机暂存兜,上课时学生自觉上交手机到手机暂存处,这里也将设计科任老师手机暂存兜,一方面希望科任老师以身作则,另一方面希望科任老师起带头作用,带领学生做到自觉,杜绝上课玩手机现象。 可以说玩手机问题是相对容易解决的,但问题又出现了。不玩手机是不是睡觉现象会更加严重呢,所以针对学生不同情况而产生的the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on. (3) Note 上课打瞌睡问题,结合实际,班主任及科任老师管理上可用以下方法: (一)班主任与家长沟通交流,确保学生充足的睡眠 对于住宿生,我校寝室管理非常严格,能保证学生的充足睡眠,对于走读生,班主任老师和家长沟通与交流,家长应给孩子一个良好的环境,尽最大努力督促孩子早休息,在家娱乐的家长改变娱乐时间,保证孩子充足睡眠。总之,学校和家长应共同努力形成合力,齐抓共管从源头上治理。 (二)保持室内空气清新 教室内空气清新,是避免打哈欠的基本条件,而且能使学生精神更加充沛,所以班主任安排学生课下必须通风,必要时,上课时也可以开窗通风(冬季)。 (三)科任老师在课前做善意的提醒 上课第一时间,科任老师询问“你现在瞌睡吗,”要是瞌睡的话,请离开你的座位,站在教室后边或前边上课,不瞌睡时,可随时回到自己的座位中去。刚开始实施时,这样的提醒可以每隔15分钟发出一次。这样善意的提醒,即能使学生做到自觉,同时又能减少科任老师与学生之间的冲突。 (四)对学生的学习严格要求,增强他们对学习的兴趣 1、课前预习,勾出自己不懂的,课上老师讲的时候自然就会专心致志的。 2、课后复习,把学过的知识系统的理解一遍,如果有不太明白的知识就去问老师或者向同学请教请教。 the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on. (3) Note 3、如果课本内的知识接受起来不费劲,可以尝试着做做课外的习题,丰富自己的知识面,这样即能让自己自信起来,又能让自己对学习充满信心,所以老师讲课时一定会好好听。 (五)学生自主与学生之间帮带相结合 1、课间出去洗脸,吹吹风,透透气。 2、可以主动向老师提出站起来听课。 3、如发现有同学有睡意,邻近同学可做提醒,必要时可掐一下其同学。 (六)班主任找问题同学谈心交流 班主任用心去教育学生,用心和学生交流,为他的梦想打气,为他的目标鼓劲,这样,学生往往会被打动,也就不会排斥班主任及科任老师的管理,自己也会主动控制打瞌睡问题。 当然,针对其根源,我觉得以上的处理方式只是治标。对于班里那些学习基础好的同学,这样的方法可以说有效,但对于学习基础相当差,自我管理意识低的学生,治理上课打瞌睡的根本之法在于改革课堂教学,让这些长期在学习上吃败仗的学生能获得学习上的成就感,这才是治本之法。 注:由于本人为高考班班主任,所以以上办法只因本班实际情况而定。 the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on.
