政治微博论文：政治微博 政务微博 意见领袖 公共领域 【关键词】政治微博 政务微博 意见领袖 公共领域 【英文关键词】Political microblog Administrative microblog Opinion leaders Public domain 政治微博论文:政治微博研究 【中文摘要】随着微博的蓬勃发展,大量的信息的发布、转发、被关注,形成了一个微博系统。微博系统是一个社会各方面的大集合,它的运行对现实社会产生了巨大的影响。其中,以政治为内容的微博,也取得了迅速的发展,对现实政治系统产生了影响,由此,本文把政治微博作为研究对象,重点考察政治微博的分类、运行特点、运行逻辑、功能和意义。本文根据微博的内容,对政治微博的概念进行界定。对政治微博的按照主体分类展开。在不同类型的主体那里,政治微博的特点和作用是不同的。按照政治微博发布主体的政治职业化程度,分为政务微博、意见领袖的政治微博、普通网民的政治微博。本文分别分析了不同的主体的政治微博的特点,以及政治微博运行中并存的两种不同的逻辑。在此基础上,分析了政治微博发生、发展的功能和意义。本文认为政治微博的发展是公共领域发展的一部分,是中国公共领域发展的最先进的水平。政治微博的发展为中国政治系统注入了新的活力,将促进中国政务公开,提供监督,培育公民理性,增强公民的政治认同,促进中国民主化的发展。同时政治微博的发展处于幼年 时期,发展十分脆弱,各类主体的政治微博都出现了不足,本文提出了 相关的预期,希望在各方面的努力下,政治微博可以继续发展壮大,不 断成熟,在中国的民主化进程中,扮演正面的角色,发挥积极的作用。 【英文摘要】With the the rapid development of microblog, a lot of information has been released and concerned, to form a microblog system. Microblog system is a large collection of the various aspects of society which has a huge impact on the social reality. Made up of political information, the microblog had an impact on the real political system.Thus, as an object of this study, the thesis emphasis on the occurrence of political microblog, the logic of its development and function and significance.This study define the concept of political microblog by content. Analysis of the political microblog commence in accordance with the main classification. Different types of main political microblogs has different features and functions. In accordance, with the degree of political career political microblog is divided into administrative microblog, views leaders microblog, microblog of the general public. This paper analyze the political microblog conducted a cross-section and longitudinal analysis of the characteristics of political microblog. The main features of the various political microblog, as well as the active logic and passive logic of political microblog.On this basis, this paper analysises the political microblog’s function. In this paper the development of political microblog is part of the development of the public domain, and is the most advanced level of development of public domain. Political microblog’s development has injected new vitality to China’s political system, and will promote the Chinese government affairs public, and provide oversight, foster civil rational, and increase citizens’ political identity, and promote the development of China’s democratization. The same time, the development of political microblog is at the age of infancy, and is very fragile.
