分层走班制教学具体实施办法 为了使我校的分层走班教学能尽快的走上正轨,形成良好的学风、班风和教风,从而提高我校的教育教学水平,提高学生学业成绩,特制定此办法。 一、分层走班制教学环节 学教教教课作课测学教 生学学师堂业后试生师 分安管备教布辅考奖奖 层 排 理 课 学 置 导 试 励 励 二、分层的科目:理科数学、英语、物理、化学、生物,文科数学、英语。艺体班按A层进 行教学、管理及奖励。 三、各环节的具体操作 1、学生分层 每学期期考结束后进行分层。根据学生的学习水平、纪律表现、学习态度、学习兴趣进行分层 (1) 年级领导小组按期考各科分数进行排位,按从高到低分为C层、B层、A层。各层人 数比分别为C层/B层/A层=3/4/3。 (2) 学生自主选择:学生可根据自己实际情况自主选择,但只能是从高层往低层选择,而 不能从低层往高层选择,即在年级安排的情况下,C层的学生可选择B层或A层,B 层的学生可选择A层。 (3) 班主任或任课教师指导选择:班主任或任课教师可根据学生学习水平、纪律表现、学 习态度、学习兴趣,与学生进行沟通交流,指导学生进行选择,班主任或任课教师有 权指导学生从高层往低层选择,也可以指导学生从低层往高层选择。 (4) 年级领导小组最后确定分层名单。 2、教学安排 (1)教师安排:分层走班教学能否取得显著成效,关键在于层次班任课教师的教学和管理。因此为,、,、,三类层次班配备任课教师,要综合考虑,适人适位,并能调动每个教师的工作积极性。 ?数英必须有四个任课教师,其中一名老师上艺体班,另三名老师上分层班。 ?理化生必须有三个任课教师,其中一名老师上一个分层班和一个艺体班,另两名老师各上一个分层班和文科行政班。 ?根据我校的实际可由高二或高三的老师兼课 ?数英的教师必须文理各一个班 ?每个任课教师都要任教至少两个层面的学生。 ?师资要做到让每个学生都得到最优质的教学资源,要力避“好老师教好班,差老师教差班”的不当做法。 根据以上原则师资配备由教务科协同年级组、教研组和备课组安排。 (2)课表安排:分层的科目,在课表安排上必须在同一时间,但文科数学、英语与理科数学、英语必须错开。 3、教学管理:教学班级实行双重管理原则,即行政班主任与任课教师同时管理。 (1)各层任课教师要安排好学生座位并制定好座位表一式7份(一份放在班上,一份自留,一份交年级,一份交班主任),座位表上要注明学生姓名、行政班级、座位号等。 the provisions of Hunan province safety production supervision and management responsibilities > (Hunan Zhengban made 2013 No. 4), resolutely implement the safety production of the party with responsibility, a pair of responsibility. The style of the big consolidation activities, cadres and workers 6 people were 5、课堂教学 (1)教师在教学中应采用多种多样的教学方式,摒弃“满堂灌”的教学方式,下面是一张教学方式与教学效果金字塔,从这张图示中明显表明了哪一种教学方式更能提高自己的教学效果。 (2)课堂教学中老师一定要完成课堂教学环节,复习 引入 新课讲授 例题讲解 学生练习 小结 作业布置 (3)建议课堂教学采用“分组、合作、探究”的教学方法。由老师提出本节知识点和要解决的问题,让学生自己合作讨论解决,让懂的学生教不懂的学生,绝大多数学生解决不了的问题,老师引导解决。 (4)对不同层次的学生应采用不同的教学方法。对A层次的学生重“灌”,对C层次的学生重“引”,而对B层次的学生则根据情况采取比较折中的办法。对于A层次的学生,强行要让他去“悟”,很多时候是悟不出来的,一次次悟不出来,便是一次次的打击,一次次的失败。所以,对于他们,还是以“多灌少引”为好。对于C层次的学生,许多问题引导他们自己去“悟”,这远比直接告诉他们答案好得多。他们一旦提高了这样的悟性,会受益终身。 6、作业布置。在作业布置上,不同科目不同层次要有不同的要求,所以任课教师在布置作业前要多思考。作业布置是注意以下几点: (1)要考虑不同层次学生的实际情况,要体现学生的个体差异,以好学生吃得饱、差学生吃得了为宗旨 (2)无论对于哪一层次的学生,给他们设立的目标都应建立在他们最近的发展区,不能借口差异降低要求,迁就低水平学生。 (3)对C类学生的要求不能只停留在识记、了解层次上,要循序渐进,对他们进行必要的思维要求和训练。 (4)布置的作业要层次分明,结构合理,题量适中;作业量不能太多,也不能太少;更不能太简单,难易要适中,多少要适量。 (5)对不同层次学生作业的要进行评价,评价直接影响着学生学习的积极性。如果教师的评价过于简单、单调,甚至评价不当,都会挫伤学生学习的积极性和脆弱的自尊心。评价时要客观,既要注重结果,更要注重学习过程。多元评价,使不同层次的学生在心理上均产生心理优势,从而使学生增强自信,最大程度地激发他们对物浬的学习兴趣和潜能。使学生全身心地投入到学习中去。 7、课后辅导。辅导分晚自习下班辅导和个别辅导 (1)因为每个层次的学生来自不同的行政班,故在安排老师晚自习下班时,尽时兼顾到各行班班。 (2)对学生所提问题,A层学生详讲,B层学生讲引结合,C层学生多引少讲。 (3)对学生所提问题,其他学生能解答的,让学生教学生,老师不讲。 (4)针对总成绩好但有溥弱学科的学生,进行个别辅导。在辅导时不但要进行知识性的辅导,还要进行学习方法的辅导,更要对其心理辅导。 (5)对后进生的辅导,并不限于学习知识性的辅导,更重要的是学习思想的辅导,要提高后进生的成绩,首先要解决他们的心结,让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性,使之对学习萌发兴趣。要通过各种途径激发他们的求知欲和上进心。在此基础上,再教给他们学习的方法,提高他们的技能,并认真细致地做好查漏补缺工作,后进生通常有些基础差,存在很多知识断层,这要特别注意给他们课后辅导,把他们以前学习的知识断层补充完整。有时老师自己忙,无法给他们亲自辅导,可以借助老师的小助手——班上成绩优异的学生,让他们互相辅导,别看是学生教学生有时教学效果比我们老师自己亲自讲解要好得多。这样一来,the provisions of Hunan province safety production supervision and management responsibilities > (Hunan Zhengban made 2013 No. 4), resolutely implement the safety production of the party with responsibility, a pair of responsibility.
