三级甲等综合医院创建汇报 ——XX医院创建三级甲等综合医院工作汇报 XX医院院长 XXX (2013年1月20日) 尊敬的各位领导、各位评审专家: 新年快乐~ 在新春佳节即将来临之际, 我们非常荣幸地迎来了XX省医院等级评审委员会的专家对XX医院三甲创建工作进行正式评审验收。这是对我院工作的最大支持和鼓舞。在此,我谨代表XX医院全体干部职工对各位领导、专家的到来,表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢! 下面,就三甲创建工作作简要汇报。 一、医院基本情况 XX医院始建于XX0年,201XX年1月创建为二级甲等综合医院;2011年XX月经XX科委、XX卫生局批准,XX编办核准,在我院成立XX省XX临床防治研究所,实行院所合一管理。 目前,医院占地XX万?,业务用房XX万?。资产总值XX亿元,设备总值X亿元,编制床位XXX0张。设临床一、二级学科XX8个,独立专业病区XX个,医技科室XX个,综合性门诊部1个,健康体检部1个,职能科室XX个。在职职工XXX人,卫生专业技术人员XXX人,其中,高级职称XX人(正高级13人),XX省突出贡献中青年专家1人,县级拔尖人才XX人,专业学科带头人XX人,统招博士3人,硕士XX人。是XX医科大学等三所医学院校教学医院,XX省住院医师规范化培训基地。 医院先后荣获全国卫生单位先进集体、全国院务公开示范点、XX省白求恩精神示范医院、XX省“三好一满意”活动先进单位、XX省优秀基层党组织等多项荣誉。 二、创建工作措施 (一)县委县政府高度重视,保障措施坚强有力。 县委县政府高度重视我院三甲创建工作,至始至终把创建作为XX县的重大民生工程来抓,批准了XX大学编制的《XX医院三级甲等综合医院创建规划》,在人、财、物等方面提供了强有力的保障。从组织领导上,县委XX书记多次就三甲创建工作作出重要批示,明确指出要从人才引进、硬件建设、设备投入等方面全力确保三甲创建工作需要;县政府XX县长亲自挂帅担任创建工作领导小组组长,定期召开领导小组工作会,及时研究解决医院基础设施建设、人才引进、人员编制等方面的问题;县四大班子分管联系领导多次到医院现场调研指导工作,多次召开创建工作专题协调会。从资金投入上,虽然县财力十分有限,县政府安排了三甲创建专项建设资金XXX万元,以及XX年贴息贷款XX亿元,解决了创建中的重大难题。从人才引进上,县上“万名人才引进工程”重点倾斜医院,赋予我院不受编制指标限制,自主招录本科毕业生、研究生和引进优秀专业技术人才、学科带头人的政策,给予医院引进的研究生和副高以上人才政府一次性安置费、每月津补贴等XX项政策优惠,5年累计安排医院人才引进奖励资金近千万元。近3年来,医院引进三甲医院工作前学历本科副高级职称以上学科带头人1XX人、博士X人、硕士XX人。 (二)医院精心谋划部署,组织措施层层到位。 一是健全创建组织。成立了院级创建领导小组、专项工作组、科室创建小组,制订了《三级甲等综合医院创建实施方案》、《三级甲等综合医院创建倒计时方案》等实施办法。二是明确创建责任。与各科室、各创建组签订《创建责任书》,拟定了《XX医院三级综合医院评审任务分解书》,各科室主动向医院递交创建决心书。三是充实重点部门创建力量。选调了XX名科主任、护士长到医务科、护理部任职,加强医疗、护理创建工作力度。四是组织f psychological development features b. and teaching about of information technology application c. education research method D. by taught subject of expertise e. method f. education new concept 54. ...
