To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities ?高温性水肿 炎热夏季或高温下作业～有时可出现下肢或手部的轻度水肿。这可能由于炎热刺激～引起体表血管扩张、动脉血流量增加或浅静脉的扩张、郁滞～致使毛细血管过压增高～体液在皮下疏松结缔组织间隙渗聚而形成轻度水肿～这种水肿易发生在足和手等处。 ?体位性浮肿 又称旅行者水肿见于久走或久立者。有的人长时间行走后～下肢静脉回流会受影响～毛细血管渗出增多～形成下肢浮肿,也有的人因需久立工作～使下肢静脉回流受阻～出现下肢浮肿。 ?肥胖性水肿 多见于身体肥胖的女子～水肿部位在下肢。其原因在于～肥胖者皮下脂肪增多～血管易于扩张～使血液淤积～加之下肢静脉压升高～水肿便会发生。身体肥胖者应加强体育锻炼～适当减肥～水肿自然会“消声灭迹”。 ?月经前水肿 约有25,的妇女于经前10至14天可出现水肿～且多为下肢轻度浮肿～严重者可有颜面及手部浮肿～并常伴有烦躁不安、易怒、失眠、头痛、乳房胀痛。随着月经来潮～排尿增多～症状逐渐消失。少数病人水肿可在经期或月经来潮后发生 ?孕妇正常妊娠后期水肿由于膨大的子宫压迫下腔静脉～血液回流受阻～常有轻度下肢浮肿。但在休息后消退～尿内无蛋白～血压亦不高～这可与妊娠中毒症状相区别。 ?老年性浮肿 人到老年，心、肝、肾功能减退，血管壁渗透性增高，因此常会出现浮肿。这种浮肿，经各种检查，均无异常发现。 ?药源～隍水肿有不少药物～能影响体内的水钠代谢～引起浮肿。如经常服用醋酸可的松、强的松、避孕药、消炎痛等药物的妇女～可导致水肿～但停药后可逐渐消失。此外～据文献报道～少数患者的水肿系长期服利尿剂所致～停药后即可消失。 rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ... To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities ?晨起眼皮浮肿有的人早晨起来眼皮就出现浮肿。其原因是睡眠中～眼睑活动减少～血液流动缓慢～导致局部毛细血管压力增加～驱使液体离开血管进人疏松的眼睑组织而引起水肿～这种浮肿并非疾病所致。 ?特发性水肿 即无原因可寻的水肿，多见于中年妇女。这种水肿多在下肢，与情绪和体位有关。直立时加重(平卧时减轻，体重早晚相差I(4公斤以上(正常人多在0(5—1(4公斤以内)。 病例3:我经常腿涨脚脖子肿一按一个坑，冬天好些，夏天很明显，最近验血验尿都正常。到底是什么原因呢, 张三医生:可以造成腿部肿涨的原因太多了建议最好到医院检查后对症治疗: 1、心力衰竭及腿部静脉炎是造成腿部慢性(长期)肿胀的两大主因。据临床实践表明～静脉炎只会造成患者—的腿肿胀～而造成充血的心力衰竭则会使得两条腿都肿胀起来,静脉炎会引起疼痛～心力衰竭引起的肿胀则不会痛,造成腿部肿胀的各种疾病都有各自不同的发病机制及特征。 2、心脏病、高血压、病毒感染或是心瓣膜病变等等疾病使心肌变得衰弱无力～这时心脏无法将血液顺利送入肺部～血液便开始倒流入静脉当中～然后就会汇流入位于心脏下面的器官——肝脏～使得肝脏充血而肿胀起来。如果情形未见改善～最后血液甚至会回流腿部的静脉里而形成腿部肿胀。 rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ... To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities 3、患有严重肾脏疾病的人～全身各处都会出现肿胀的现象～腿部、脸部或是手指无一幸免～之所以会发生全身性的肿胀～是因为蛋白质从尿液流失太多所致。 4、后期阶段较严重的肝病～会因两种机制而引起腿部肿胀。一种是因为肝细胞受到破坏无法制造足够的蛋白质～所造成的结果就像肾脏病变致使蛋白质流失所引起的状况一样,为了平衡血管内和血管外围组织的蛋白质含量～血液里的液体会流入组织内而造成组织肿胀。另一种就是肝脏有瘢痕(结疤)～使得从腿部流往心脏的血液无法通过肝脏～造成血液回流的现象。另外～腹腔里肿大的腺体或是肿瘤也可能会压迫到静脉～因而造成腿部的肿胀。 5、饥饿造成腹部肿胀及腿部现象是因为饮食中缺乏蛋白质～造成血液里的液体从血管中渗出、进入身体的组织中～当腹部肿胀时～就是腹腔里容纳有这类的液体～这和肾脏、肝脏发生病变时的情况相同。 6、严重的甲状腺机能不足也会引起全身性的身体浮肿～当然也包括了腿部。形成此种症状的原因和前述肾脏及肝脏发生病变时的情形一样～都是为了平衡蛋白质在血管及组织内的含量～使得液体自血管中流出～进入组织内而引起肿胀。 7、药物引起腿部肿胀:甲睾酮(Testosterone～最常用作治疗阳痿的药物),长期使用类固醇(治疗关节炎、气喘、癌症等),雌激素,口服避孕药,某些抗抑郁剂(硫酸苯乙Nardil),降血压药剂～甲基多巴(AIdomet),以及最近新发明的～用以治疗心脏血管病变的钙离子封阻剂等等。 rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ... To do list list of administrative powers and responsibilities 8、心包膜受到病毒或其他感染～或是施以心脏手术之后而发生病变～变得又厚又硬～就像是为心脏穿上—套胄甲一样～这种情形会阻碍心肌的正常收缩与放松。结果造成血液无法充分流回右心室而溯流进入静脉～造成颈部静脉及腹部的肿大、最后则是造成腿部的肿胀。 9、如果脸部和腿部同时都有肿胀的现象～那可能是由于:甲状腺功能不足、某些导致全身性不适的过敏反应、心包病变而压迫到心脏、吃了经旋毛虫感染却又因烹煮不当的肉而引起的旋毛虫感染(旋毛虫病)～或是肾脏方面的疾病。 10、如果肿胀的腿部有棕色的色素沉淀现象～尤其是沉淀的位臵是在脚踝周围时～则这种肿胀情形通常是慢性静脉曲张所造成的某种长期性疾病所引起的。棕色的色素沉淀是因为血液经过血管壁进入附近的组织里所形成的。 科学饮食改善腿部浮肿 1、选择钙类食品～如苹果、芹菜等～注意钙质的摄取绝对不能少。钙摄取不足会影响神经的传达～甚至产生肌肉痉挛～加重腿足肿胀的程度。 2、看好含钾的食物～如香蕉、西瓜、葡萄、柚等。为了使体内盐分维持一定浓度～当盐分摄取过多～身体就会想多喝水～导致水分囤积体内。如果因此肾功能降低会使下半身浮肿～形成水肿型的虚胖。 rAt present, we have formed a "three-three" Park. …… Industrial Park, according to ... ...
