省人才交流中心实习报告 实习报告 一、实习目的 1、熟悉现实企业中人力资源管理的运作体系和管理~把所学理论知识应用于实际~锻炼社会实践能力~并在工作中学习新知识~对所学的知识进行总结提升~以指导未来的学习重点和发展方向。 2、在理论和实践的支持下~培养自己的HR能力~为将来从事HR行业奠定基础。 3、培养自己的职业素养~为下学期寻找工作提供帮助~但求“赢在起点”。 二、实习时间 2010.7.20—2010.8.20 三、实习单位简介 四川省人才交流中心是四川省人力资源和社会保障厅直属事业单位~成立于1984年6月~于2003年6月迁入四川省人才市场新址(成都市小南街99号)~面积2400余平方米~是西南地区规模较大、层次较高、设施一流、服务优良的大型综合性人才交流服务机构。中心拥有一支熟悉政策法规和业务知识、办事高效、服务热情周到的专业队伍~具有灵活、完善的市场化服务手段~向社会提供:人才交流大会、大中专毕业生就业服务、人事档案管理、全程人事代理、代办社会保险、人才引进、人才、人才测评、人才信息查询、人才推荐、人才网站、人才派遣等多层次、全方位的服务项目。 中心成立二十年来得到省委省政府~省人事厅和省级机关、社会各界的高度重视和大力支持~被社会誉为四川省最大人才信息集散中心。 中心坚持以人为本~树立服务至上的理念~积极为经济建设和社会全面发展提供人才保障~以“开拓、创新”的精神和“务实、诚信”的作风为四川发展新跨越作贡献。 四川省人才交流中心代理部负责办理人事代理业务的专业性服务部门~具有人事档案管理人代理人,业务的职能优势~通过运用社会化管理服务方式和先进的代理服务手段~在协助用人单位降低人事管理成本~提高效率~帮助社会人才by Western bad ideology of effect, community value orientation increasingly diversified, social thought divergent surging, serious party political life, and strict party of discipline and rules, and strengthening members cadres education and management, task also is heavy, some members thought political Shang problem also compared highlight, some belief confused, on Communist belief not really, on Marx doctrine theory confidence insufficient, on China features Socialist faith not firm. These issues relate to ignore party rules the party Constitution study, lack of knowledge of the party have a great relationship. Central situation, decided to all party members in the "two" study and education. This year, the XI General Secretary on many occasions "two" study and education made important instructions, profoundly illustrates the significance of education. XI General Secretary stressed, deployment "two learn a do" learning education, is to promoted party education from "key minority" to General members expand, from concentrated sex education to regular education extends, firm General members of Marx doctrine 解除流动的后顾之忧~促进和实现人才资源优化合理配臵之不理发挥了积极作用。可为各类用人单位和个人提供人事档案、人事关系管理、保留身份和工资关系、计算工龄、转正定级、职称评定、出国政审、工作调动、辞职审批、办理户口、计划生育、接转党组织关系、代理社会保险等全方位的人事代理服务。 四、实习内容 人事代理部为我们安排的实习任务主要有两项:一是录档案~二是整理档案。为了丰富我的实习内容~我将这段时间以来的所见所闻也列入其中。 1、 录档案 工作很简单~把档案中的内容准确输入电脑。工作也很难~难在长时间的坚持~此刻重复先前的动作~今天重复昨天的故事~录到你手软~录到你眼花。就其工作本身而言没有什么乐趣~所以工作有些枯燥。正如李老师所说~我们要像小猫一样善于找乐、自娱自乐。于是我并没有机械式的录资料~而是把翻阅档案看作是翻阅一个人的人生,比如~看到张三是清华毕业~工作后却现平平;看到李四专科毕业~工作没几年就做到了经理的职位。。。。。。诸多奇怪的现象都会引发我的思考~指引我未来的职场该何去何从。把每一件简单的事做好就是不简单~把每一件平凡的事做好就是不平凡。以积极的心态对待枯燥的工作~这就是情绪管理与阳光心态的塑造吧! 2、 整理档案 相比于录档案,整理档案就是进一步的升华了。把档案分门别类的整理出来~贴上标签归档。如果说录档案是考验一个人的耐力~那整理档案就是锻炼一个人的细心~倘若放错就只有返工的份儿了。。。。。除此之外~我也学会了一样“技能”~整理资料要规范化。 3、 业务了解 在刚到单位的时候~老师就给我们发了一本手册。以后有时间的时候我就看一点~同时也登入单位的网站进一步的了解~不懂的地方就问老师~或者百度搜索。一段时间之后~我对业务已经有了比较熟悉的了解~尽管不能从事很多工作~但作为学习就是一种收获。 4、 学习为人处事 我与贾老师对面~同时她也是我们的指导老师~从她身上我学到了很多~比by Western bad ideology of effect, community value orientation increasingly diversified, social thought divergent surging, serious party political life, and strict party of discipline and rules, and strengthening members cadres education and management, task also is heavy, some members thought political Shang problem also compared highlight, some belief confused, on Communist belief not really, on Marx doctrine theory confidence insufficient, on China features Socialist faith not firm. XI General Secretary stressed, deployment "two learn a do" learning education, is to promoted party education from "key minority" to General members expand, from concentrated sex education to regular education extends, firm General members of Marx doctrine 如~有时早上她会去擦柜台~渐渐的我们就学会去干了,面对前来办理业务的同志~贾老师总会视情况给予不同的回答~在老师的帮助下~我们也学会了处理一些简单的问题。。。。。。贾老师没有直接给我们安排任务~但却用行动教会我们应该怎么做~在此衷心的感谢老师。 5、 高标准要求自己~提升自己的职业素养 大家上班的穿着都很随意~领导没有严格要求。为了达到这次“赢在起点”活动的目的~自始至终我都着正装~高标准要求自己。现在我已养成了穿正装的习惯~感觉以前买的衣服有些幼稚~充分体现了我职业化心态的转变~这应该是我最大的收获。 五、对实习单位的建议 省人才交流中心的办公环境和业务能力应该代表着川内的最高水平~可能由于这次实习的目的与实习单位间存在一定差别~所以导致了我一些建议的产生~只从理论考虑~仅供参考。 1、 办事效率有待进一步提高 这里感觉不到快节奏的工作状态~员工没有工作压力~归根结底这里是事业单位~没有过多的工作任务~有种“随波逐流、得过且过”的感觉。曾多次看到大家上网聊QQ~作为政府的职能部门实在是不应该。建议每天给大家分配适当的工作任务~定时监督任务的完成情况~这应该属于绩效考核的范畴~可在实习期间没有发现考核的迹象。 2、 升职空间太小~对个人和单位的发展前景不利 据了解~大多数员工没有编制~有些人工作几年了也没有提升~长此以往大家就会没有工作热情~工作氛围也就“死气沉沉”,干多干少都一样~“同酬不同工”不利于个人和单位的发展~所以很难吸引有志青年。建议增加奖励机制~调动大家的积极性~比如适当设臵一些职位~对工作上进的同志给予物质的激励和精神的表扬。。。。。。 3、 工作单调 工作简单但是单调~也在一定程度上影响大家的工作状态。建议单位给予一定的“轮岗”机会~增加工作的新鲜感,增加一些活动~比如每天结束部门可以开一个简短的总结会~吃饭时间大家聊点话题等等。 by Western bad ideology of effect, community value orientation increasingly diversified, social thought divergent surging, serious party political life, and strict party of discipline and rules, and strengthening members cadres education and management, task also is heavy, some members thought political Shang problem also compared highlight, some belief confused, on Communist belief not really, on Marx doctrine theory confidence insufficient, on China features Socialist faith not firm. XI General Secretary stressed, deployment "two learn a do" learning education, is to promoted party education from "key minority" to General members expand, from concentrated sex education to regular education extends, firm General members of Marx doctrine 4、 高标准要求~规章要贯彻实施 每天都是9:00工作~可据我观察大家都是9:30才正式投入工作~诸如这方面的问题最好改正,上级领导来视察就穿工作服~不来视察就随意穿~工作服代表一个单位的形象~体现员工的精神风貌~应该倡议大家穿,部长在的时候大家一个样~不在的时候又是另一个样~这种工作状态也要不得。 六、对主办方的建议 1、工作安排欠妥当 平时的培训与实习内容存在较大的差距~比如说我们几个去省人才交流中心实习的~从事的工作与HR没有多大关联~平时主要是与电脑和档案对话~如何体现“人力”~如何体现“管理”, 2、主办方单方面与企业联系~缺乏营员的参与 在未进入单位之前~大家对所从事的工作一概不知~等熟悉了相关工作流程~才觉得很不适合自己的胃口~唯有“溜走”~这样的实习意义也不大。建议实习单位分配之前事先把单位和实习的内容告知大家~如果大家觉得接受不了~可以自己去联系,在我们实习过程中~单位就有两个实习生是自己联系~没有薪酬的实习应该也不是那么难找,。 3、同工不同酬 既然大家都是统一听从老师的安排~就要尽量做到公平。有人实习会有800-900的补贴而有人一分都没有~在这种情况下~大家总会或多或少的有。为了“赢在起点”能够长期举办下去~做大做强~做成品牌活动~建议主办方:一是要尽量站在营员的角度考虑~既然都联系到单位了~再多做点工作也未尝不可,二是尽量公平~可以事先把所有的薪酬汇总再平分给大家~让大家都有补贴~也算是付出之后的一点“安慰”。 七、实习总结 一个月的实习结束了~一个月的时间听起来漫长~如果每天都全心投入工作~又比想象中快的多。一天又一天看似平凡甚至有时稍觉枯燥的实习生活~经过时 间的积累~如今回想~这不仅是一次人生经历~更是一笔一生收益的宝贵财富。 实习是理论与实践的相互结合~在实习过程中~我努力将所培训的理论知识与工作相结合~塑造自己的阳光心态~学会情绪管理~及时转变职场角色~可谓by Western bad ideology of effect, community value orientation increasingly diversified, social thought divergent surging, serious party political life, and strict party of discipline and rules, and strengthening members cadres education and management, task also is heavy, some members thought political Shang problem also compared highlight, some belief confused, on Communist belief not really, on Marx doctrine theory confidence insufficient, on China features Socialist faith not firm.
