二、 计算内容
钻孔D12、D16、D19、D21、G27、G30 的使用期沉降计算、预压期沉降计算及残余沉降计算。
三、 计算说明
真空联合堆载预压
:首先吹填海砂至+5m,然后在上部铺设0.5m中粗砂垫层,并打设排水板打至④1层顶部,间距1m,正方形布置,排水板打设完毕后在处理范围四周打设粘土防渗墙,然后进行真空联合堆载预压处理,处理完毕后回填开山石至使用高程5.7m。
施工流程如下:吹填海砂至标高+5.0m→铺设0.5m砂垫层→打设排水板→边界处打设粘土拌和墙→铺设一层单面压膜防水编织布→铺三层密封膜→铺设一层土工布→铺设0.2m砂层及0.3m碎石屑→回填并堆载开山石1.2m→施工完毕,1000KN.m普夯。
加荷速率如下图所示:
真空联合堆载预压沉降计算过程如下:
使用期沉降计算:
本范围堆场使用荷载按60kPa计算,长期作用考虑准永久系数0.8。由于大面积均载作用,不考虑地基附加应力的扩散。使用期堆场上部结构层按80cm厚度考虑,折算成均载为20kPa。使用期总沉降量包括:
①面层结构和土基顶部吹填砂及回填料引起的附加应力产生的沉降;
②均载60kPa作用下的沉降,准永久系数取用0.8;
③预压补填料荷载作用下的沉降。
沉降计算采用分层总和法计算,排水板从回填海砂顶部打到第④1层顶部,使用期按30a计。采用DJS程序计算出使用期30a沉降值见各钻孔沉降汇总表(表1)。
真空联合堆载预压沉降计算:
道路、堆场区预压荷载(预压荷载指沉降稳定后在土基顶面5.7m以上的荷重)按80kPa算,真空预压荷载真空度为80kPa,上部堆载39.6kPa。
预压荷载作用下的沉降包含以下几个方面:
①土基顶面使用标高5.7m以下至原泥面之间吹填+回填土荷重引起的沉降;
②真空预压荷载80kPa引起的沉降,恒载按90d计算;
③预压补填料荷载引起的沉降。
沉降计算采用分层总和法计算,排水板从吹砂顶部打到第④1层顶部,采用DJS程序计算出真空联合堆载预压90d的沉降计算结果见各钻孔沉降汇总表(表1),各钻孔土层在预压期结束时的固结度见表2。
根据以上计算得出的沉降值可算残余沉降:
残余沉降计算:
残余沉降=使用期沉降值-真空联合堆载预压的沉降值+处理范围以下下卧层沉降。
通过调整预压荷载和预压时间使残余沉降<30cm。
