A:There is a real trade off here. G:If you hire new workers, you lose time rebuilding loyalty A:If I retrain my old worker, I lose time while they are in training. G:The bottom line is . you are going to lose time. A: And time is money. G:There are 3 factors to consider. Cost, time and loyalty A:Cost? You mean how much? It will cost to retrain the worker? G:And how much it will cost to train new ones. A:Both will take time. G:No.2 Time. Time spent in training, and time lost in production. A:And lost time means lost revenue. G:the third factor is loyalty. We talked about worker loyalty already. A:And our loyalty to them. Our factory is like a family.
