Xining science and technology innovation work by the national Ministry of LOGO当以简洁明快为上，不能只为追求“元素”而牺牲简明，但二者是否就真的不可兼得呢 不是“杭州地铁LOGO学生起诉老师剽窃”一案在昨日开庭，我还不知“杭州地铁标志”早已定案。通过查阅相关资料了解到，当初有关部门对地铁标志征稿，并没有向全社会公开，只局限于少数几所高校;对社会的开放度也不够，没有广泛征求市民的意见。虽然“设计”属于专家之学，一般市民也许贡献不出多么有价值的意见，但集思广益总是好的，岂不闻“智者千虑，必有一失;愚者千虑，必有一得”, 若论目前这个“杭州地铁LOGO”之得失，其“得”在构图简洁，意思浅白;其“失”则首先在于创意不足，h(杭)+m(metro)这样的构思，与上海地铁标志S(上海)+M(见附图)，差相仿佛;而且也毋庸讳言，这种“英文字母组合”式的标志设计，在中国随处可见，几乎到了泛滥成灾的地步。 而此一作品更为严重的缺憾，是其中看不到杭州元素。有人可能会说“H”不就是杭州元素吗,对此我想换一个方式回答这个问题——假设湖州市建设地铁在先，那么这件作品是不是同样适用于湖州地铁, 作为杭州“生活品质”发展进程中的一个标志性工程，“杭州地铁标志”理应体现杭州元素;目前杭州的城标(附图)，内涵的杭州元素就极其丰富。当然，LOGO设计当以简洁明快为上，不能只为追求“元素”而牺牲简明，但二者是否就真的不可兼得呢,也未一定。广州地铁的标志(见附图)够简洁了吧，只廖廖两笔，但稍对广州有所了解者都会一望而生联想，联想到广州的别号——“羊城”，甚至联想到那个美丽的“五羊”传说;想想看，如果广州地铁的标志只是G与M的组合，那该多么的无趣。我在网上还百度到一幅“宁波地铁标志”(见附图)，巧妙地将“甬”、“通”二字嵌入其中，“甬”作为宁波元素的意义可谓鲜明;河南的郑州、陕西的西安也都在建设地铁，它们已确定的地铁标志(见附图)无不将本地的历史、文化等元素融入其中。至于北京、上海的地铁标志如何如何，须知它们是中国最早建设地铁的城市，包括工程设计在内的所有设计都是因陋就简，作为后来者，理当超越京、沪，而不是以京、沪为榜样。 杭州地铁尚在建设中，亡羊补牢，未为晚也。如果扩大征稿的范畴(不局限于少数几所高校)，加强宣传力度，鼓励广大市民贡献观点，我们一定会得到一个能够体现丰富杭州元素的地铁LOGO。 key to enhance the competitiveness of the city, the scientific and technological progress and innovation As the main thrust of economic and social development, to change the mode of economic development as the goal, to promote the comprehensive construction of national innovative city.
