As a matter of fact, I knew you all, you were simply in love. 好不容易等到你放假回家，饭刚上桌，你就跑出去，你以为我们不知道你干什么 去了, 我都看到了。 It was a long wait for your coming home, but when the dinner table was just set, you ran out. I knew you all, I saw it all. 我知道，你不会再这么粘着我了 And I knew, you would never be sticking to me. 你走以后啊，我就坐在你房间里想啊想 After you went out, I sit in your room thinking, 我觉得啊，我得为你做点什么 I thought I should do something for you. 怎么样，我练了好久哦 How does it look?(hair combed well or not), I practiced it for long time. 时间真快，我还没抱够你，你就长大了;我还没跟你说够话，你就要嫁人了 How time flies, you grew up before I hugged you enough; you are going to marry before I talked enough with you. 我希望你的他，能够比我更爱你;但我多希望，这一天能晚一点，再晚一点来， 爸爸要在这一天，给你盘一次发，盘一个最漂亮的头发。 I hope he can love you more than I do; but I hope that day could come later, a little later again, because papa wants to comb the hair for you, and make a good coiled hair for you. NOTE: 1) in Chinese tradition, the coiled hair has sort of hint of “married”. For example, who coiled your hair up? it actually means “to whom you married?” 2) to tell you the truth, I could not hold my tears when I translated the last paragraph, it simply kept rushing out my eyes.
