1. Teaching contents: PEP 2 Unit 5 (A) Let’s learn & Let’s chant
2. Teaching objectives
(1) Ss are able to master the 3-skilled words: pear, apple, banana and orange. And
can read, listen, recognize them.
(2) Ss are able to know their plural forms and can use them properly. (3) Ss are able to use the following sentence patterns to ask and answer correctly
and freely: Do you like…? Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
3. Teaching focus
Enable Ss to master the 3-skilled words and can use them in the right sentence and
proper situations.
4. Anticipated difficulties
Enable Ss to use the learned language when they are shopping or in their daily
life.
5. Teaching process
Step 1 Greetings
T: Good morning, boys and girls.
Ss: Good morning, Miss Lin.
T: How are you today?
Ss: I’m fine, thank you.
Step 2 Warm-up
Quick show: Show the phrases on the PPT: “Have some eggs. Eat some bread…”
quickly. Ss speak them out and do the actions at once. Step 3 Presentation
(1).Learn fruit and a fruit bowl.
PPT shows apictureof Lan Yangyang. Talk about what Lan Yangyang has in
the restaurant.
L: I’m full. Guess what Lan Yangyang has.
Ss: Do you like…?
L: Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.
L: I’m full. But I want some fruit. (Teach fruit and a fruit bowl)
(2).Teach:apple,orange,banana,pear
Lan Yangyang goes to a fruits market
Show some colors to teach the words apple, orange and banana.
Do some practice of these words,use sentence:I like…I eat …
L:I like pears.I eat pears.Yummy.
Ss imitate the sentence and learn Yummy.
Step 4 Practice
(1).Lan Yangyang likes apples. He want to eat apples .So, he goes to the
fruit houses .On the way ,he meets a fox.
L: Do you like apples?
F: No, I don’t. But I should.
L: Let’s go to the fruit houses.
F: OK.
(2).They come to the houses, but they have some problems.
L: I want to eat apples.
F: I want to eat bananas.
They can’t eat the fruit until pass the challenges.
Ss pass them one by one.
Step 5 Homework
(1) Read after the video at least five times.

教学反思:
在本课教学中,注重新旧知识的融合,例如,将三年级上册Let‘s eat单元的chant与本课时巧妙结合,如:Taste the pear. Smell the orange.在复习的同时巩固新知识,让学生灵活运用语言。同时,通过让学生闭眼闻闻是什么水果——品尝小蜜桔——说说味道,自然真切地引出It tastes good.教学设计环环相扣。此外,我对教材做了灵活处理。由于很多水果单词,学生已接触,于是结合下节内容,渗透句型Do you like……,Yes,I do./No,I don’t.的教学。让学生联系生活实际,谈谈自己的喜好,实现不仅能说,而且能运用语言的目的。
在教学活动中,我的评价过于单调 。
三年级的小学生还比较幼稚,他们还很喜欢听到一些表扬、称赞的话,那样他们就会更积极的投入课堂中的每一个环节。这一点,做的还是不够。比如,我让学生说说时,大部分学生都积极开动了脑筋,有的说的非常的好,
我为了不浪费时间,只是轻描淡写的重复一遍,或者以good, great带过,显
然学生对于这样的评价不够满意。如果我能拎住一些突出的回答,加以更好
的评价的话,学生应该还可以更活跃。
