(2) in the rain at the time of construction, check all the rain 附属卡所有交易款项及相应的利息、费用等均记入主卡账户～由主卡持卡人承担全部还款责任,主卡持卡人与具有完全民事行为能力的附属卡持卡人对所欠银行款项互相承担连带清偿责任～具有限制民事行为能力的附属卡持卡人只对其所持附属卡发生的债务承担清偿责任。 第七条 在中国境内金融机构开立基本存款账户并具有偿还能力的机关、团体、部队、企业、事业单位和其他组织,以下统称单位,～可凭经中国人民银行核准的基本存款账户开户登记证和相关证明文件申领单位卡。单位卡持卡人须由单位法定代表人,负责人,或其授权代理人面指定。各持卡人的所有交易款项均记入该单位龙卡信用卡账户内～由单位承担还款责任。单位可随时申请注销持卡人用卡资格或变更持卡人。 第八条 申请人申领龙卡信用卡须同意遵守本章程～正确、完整地填写～提供本行要求的有关证明材料～交本行审核。申请人应对申请表填写内容及证明材料的真实性负责。 第九条 本行根据申请人提交的申请表及证明材料等对申请人的资信情况进行审查。本行也可要求申请人提供保证人担保、质押担保或交存一定数量的保证金。采用质押担保方式的～质物仅限凭证式国库券或本行开具的定期存款权利凭证等本行认可的质物。 第十条 对申领单位卡的～本行根据申请单位的资信情况等核定其总信用额度～各持卡人的信用额度由申请单位在其总信用额度内确定～本行核批,对申领个人卡的～本行根据主卡申请人的资信情况等核定其信用额度～如申领附属卡～附属卡持卡人共用此信用额度或由主卡持卡人在本人信用额度内单独确定其信用额度。本行为持卡人设立人民币及/或外币账户～可供持卡人选择的外币账户种类由本行指定。 ith. 3, fill embankment before base and completed the inspection and acceptance of works. 4, before the requirement level elevation sign layout according to the drawing, every nail on the level of a certain distance, elevation of forklift parts according to the design requirements set. 5, according to the site conditions determine the routes of earth-moving machinery, vehicles, and prior checks, reinforce and widen if necessary and other preparatory work. (2) in the rain at the time of construction, check all the rain 第三章 使 用 第十一条 为了保护自己的合法用卡权益不受侵犯～持卡人在收到龙卡信用卡卡片后～应及时办理开卡～立即在卡片背面的签名栏内签署与申请表上相同的常用签名～并在用卡交易时使用此签名。因卡片未按本规定签名导致的交易责任及损失由持卡人承担。 第十二条 持卡人在境内外的消费、取现、转账等交易须遵守国家法律、法规和规章～以及本行、特约单位及信用卡组织或公司等的相关规定。 第十三条 持卡人凭卡面上信用卡组织或公司的标识,包括但不限于VISA、万事达卡、银联,～可在境内外带有该受理标识的特约单位以及本行指定的其他特约单位消费～在境内外该信用卡组织或公司、本行指定的取现网点或带有其受理标识的ATM上取现～并享受本行提供的其他服务。单位卡在境内不能提取现金。 第十四条 持卡人在境外带有VISA、万事达卡等信用卡组织或公司受理标识的特约单位消费时无须输入密码或出示身份证件～在境外带有银联受理标识的特约单位消费或境内联机消费时须按预先与本行的约定输入或无须输入密码～在境内压单消费时须出示身份证件,在境外取现网点提取现金时须根据要求出示身份证件～在境内取现网点联机提取人民币现金时须输入密码～压单提取人民币现金时须出示身份证件,在ATM上提取现金须输入密码。交易成功后～应在相关单据上签署与卡片背面相同的签名。 第十五条 使用密码进行的交易～相应产生的电子信息记录为该项交易完成的有效凭证,不凭密码进行的交易～则记载有持卡人姓名的交易凭证为该项交易完成的有效凭证～互联网,INTERNET,上交易、电话/传真交易及邮购交易除外。 ith. 3, fill embankment before base and completed the inspection and acceptance of works. 4, before the requirement level elevation sign layout according to the drawing, every nail on the level of a certain distance, elevation of forklift parts according to the design requirements set. 5, according to the site conditions determine the routes of earth-moving machinery, vehicles, and prior checks, reinforce and widen if necessary and other preparatory work. (2) in the rain at the time of construction, check all the rain 第十六条 持卡人取现产生的欠款金额不得超过本行为其核定的信用额度的一定比例。 第十七条 持卡人如遇信用卡遗失、被窃或遭他人占用～应立即通过本行提供的客户服务电话或网上银行等方式办理挂失～挂失经本行确认后即时生效。自挂失生效后发生的非持卡人所为而造成的债务和损失不再由持卡人承担～但因以下情形之一造成的债务和损失除外:持卡人未办妥挂失手续前发生的交易～持卡人有欺诈或其他不诚实行为～本行调查情况遭持卡人拒绝～遗失或被窃信用卡无持卡人签名。 第十八条 本行对龙卡信用卡设定有效期～过期后卡片不能继续使用～但其账户下尚未结清的债权债务关系仍然有效。本行为持卡人提供到期自动换卡服务～在有效期届满前将新卡直接邮寄至持卡人的账单地址。若持卡人到期不再换卡～应于卡片有效期到期一个月前通过本行提供的客户服务电话或本行认可的其他形式通知本行。如因特定原因包括但不限于本行与合作单位、信用卡组织/公司终止合作～导致无法用卡的～本行将视情况发放其他同信用等级卡片。 第四章 计息、还款及账户管理 第十九条 持卡人在带有银联受理标识的特约单位、ATM及本行指定的营业网点进行消费或取现交易时～交易款项及相应的费用、利息记入人民币账户,在带有VISA、万事达卡等信用卡组织或公司受理标识的特约单位、取现网点或ATM进行消费或取现交易时～交易款项及相应的费用、利息记入外币账户。 第二十条 持卡人在到期还款日,含,前偿还全部应还款额的～其当期对账单上本期发生的消费交易款项享受自银行记账日至还款日期间的免息待遇。免息还款期最长为50天。 ith. 3, fill embankment before base and completed the inspection and acceptance of works. 4, before the requirement level elevation sign layout according to the drawing, every nail on the level of a certain distance, elevation of forklift parts according to the design requirements set. 5, according to the site conditions determine the routes of earth-moving machinery, vehicles, and prior checks, reinforce and widen if necessary and other preparatory work. (2) in the rain at the time of construction, check all the rain 第二十一条 持卡人在到期还款日,含,前不能或不愿偿还全部应还款额的～可按不低于最低还款额的任意金额还款～但应还款中的消费交易款项不再享受免息还款待遇。持卡人在信用额度内提取现金不享受免息还款待遇。本行对持卡人不符合免息还款条件的交易款项、费用等从银行记账日开始计算利息～按月计收复利。 第二十二条 本行对持卡人信用卡账户中的存款不计付利息。 第二十三条 单位卡持卡单位偿还外汇欠款的～须从其单位外汇账户转账存入～该外汇账户的开立应符合中国人民银行的有关规定并在其收支范围内具有相应的支付内容,偿还人民币欠款的～须从其基本存款账户转账存入～不得从基本存款账户之外的银行结算账户转账存入～不得直接以销货收入或现金存入。 第二十四条 个人卡持卡人偿还外汇欠款的～须以其持有或按规定购买的外币现钞存入或从其在本行开立的外汇账户转账存入,偿还人民币欠款的～须以其持有的现金存入或从其在本行开立的个人银行结算账户转账存入～若从单位存款账户转入应符合《人民币银行结算账户管理办法》的有关规定。 第二十五条 持卡人选择约定账户还款方式的～本行将于到期还款日从其指定的在本行开立的存款账户中扣收相应的款项～用于归还其龙卡信用卡账户欠款。 第二十六条 持卡人偿还账单所列明的款项时～按照费用、利息、取现交易,含转账交易,本金、消费交易本金的顺序逐项抵偿其欠款。 第二十七条 单位法定代表人,负责人,或其授权代理人申请注销该单位部分单位卡或个人卡主卡持卡人申请注销附属卡～应预先通知本行并将申请注销的卡片剪断磁条销毁处理。 ith. 3, fill embankment before base and completed the inspection and acceptance of works. 4, before the requirement level elevation sign layout according to the drawing, every nail on the level of a certain distance, elevation of forklift parts according to the design requirements set. 5, according to the site conditions determine the routes of earth-moving machinery, vehicles, and prior checks, reinforce and widen if necessary and other preparatory work. (2) in the rain at the time of construction, check all the rain 第二十八条 主卡持卡人或持卡单位在信用卡卡片有效期内或到期后不再使用卡片的～应在偿还账户所有欠款后向本行提出账户结清申请并将同一账户下所有卡片剪断磁条销毁处理～本行在受理账户结清申请45天后为其办理正式结清手续,卡片到期已超过45天的除外,。单位卡结清账户时～账户内剩余的人民币资金转回其基本存款账户～外汇资金转回相应的外汇账户～不得提取现金。 第五章 本行的权利和义务 第二十九条 本行有权审查申请人的资信情况、向任何有关方面查核申请人的有关资料～有权根据申请人的资信状况确定是否要求其提供担保～并决定是否向申请人发卡、发卡的种类及信用额度。对未批准的申请～本行无须向申请人说明理由～并有权保留有关申请材料不予退还。 第三十条 本行有权按照公布的收费项目及收取费用～有权根据适用法律调整龙卡信用卡的收费项目及其收取标准和收取方式～如有变动～以本行最新公告为准。 第三十一条 本行有权根据持卡单位或持卡人的资信变动情况、用卡情况或其他因素～对单位卡持卡单位的总信用额度或个人卡持卡人的信用额度或卡片等级进行调整。 第三十二条 卡片注销或账户结清后～本行保留对该卡片在此后发生的、因非本行原因而导致的有效交易款项及相应的利息、费用等的追索权。 第三十三条 若持卡人未依约还款或者有违规、欺诈行为～本行有权选择采取如下一种或几种措施:自行或委托第三方通过信函、短信、电子邮件、电话、上门、公告等方式向其催收欠款,停止该卡使用,停止持卡人所有龙卡信用卡使用,要求其保证人承担保证责任,处臵其保证金或质物,从持卡人在本行任何分支机构开立的任何账户中直接扣收～ith. 3, fill embankment before base and completed the inspection and acceptance of works. 4, before the requirement level elevation sign layout according to the drawing, every nail on the level of a certain distance, elevation of forklift parts according to the design requirements set. 5, according to the site conditions determine the routes of earth-moving machinery, vehicles, and prior checks, reinforce and widen if necessary and other preparatory work.
