Project inspection, measuring 三、施工工期、进度计划及保证措施 1、施工工期 本工程计划于2009年 月 日前完工，根据建设方进度安排，我方保证按期完工。 2、施工进度计划保证措施: 为了保证工程如期完工交付使用单位，我单位在本项目上组织施工经验丰富的项目部进行施工，派强有力的工程技术、工程管理人员进驻施工现场。 施工总体布署上采用分段计划法组织施工，以充分展开施工作业，提高劳动效率。施工过程中严密组织合理调配使工程合理有序。在施工过程中控制关键工序保证最终工期。 四、质量目标及保证措施 质量目标:优良 质量保证措施:严格执行各施工段、工种、专业的及时交底工作、避免返工。严格执行自检，互检，严格按设计和规范作业。 五、施工方案及主要技术措施 5.1施工方案的确定 施工方法做法是由下而上依次为绝热层,加热盘管。在卫生间施工时，卫生间过门处应设置止水墙，在止水墙内侧应配合土建专业做 防水。加热管穿止水墙处采取防水措施。具体措施如下所述: 1) 施工前应具备的条件:设计施工图纸和技术文件，完善的施 工方案、施工组织计划，具备水电施工条件，厨房、卫生间的闭 f submission time sampling, test results have not come out before, not released.
