Bearing and journal of exposure should be good, contacts within the contact should be uniform, no square centimeter 2~4 a point, contact point shall conform to the technical documents of, such as technical documentation not required, you should comply with the following requirements: when diluted oil lubrication, the tile on contact angle of 130 ?, contact 按钮信号、电磁离合器已打开),均正常力表读取空调压力,实际值也正常。空调出风口温度为5-6?; ,出风口温度也正常。读取变频压缩机流以阀的实际值也在正常范围之内.故障点3被排除。 升起车辆后检查发动机与变速器的胶墩,没有漏油现象,胶套也没有破裂,胶墩的高度也没有发生太人变化,用发动机托架支起发动机,钧空调打开的时候嗒嗒的声音和抖动依然存在。检查胶墩和发动机其他支拌架的螺丝没有发现松动,故障点2被排除。车辆熄灭后,拆卸了发动机传动皮带,检查发动机皮带,没有发现异常,用手转动压缩机轮、水泵轮、过桥轮、张紧轮、助力泵轮,均没有发现异常,检查以上部件的螺栓.紧固扭矩均正常。这个时候问看起来复杂了。重新整理了一遍维修思路.发现忽视了一件事情,没有观察发动机驱动皮带的运动状态安设发动机的驱动皮带,打着车观察发动机驱动皮带,在打开空调的时候,发动机皮带张紧器跳动幅度加大,这个部件的跳动是正常的。同时也发现扭转减振器也有轻微跳动。这个部件的跳动是不正常的,随着发动机的转速逐渐增大跳动也看不到了,故障现象也没有了。在空调关闭的时候扭转减振器的跳动也没有了。问题到此应该明朗了,把问题锁定在扭转减振器上。再一次拆卸发动机驱动皮带,转动扭转减振器的胶盘没有脱落,拆掉扭转诚振器检查时发现有3个轮辐断裂,扭转减振器如图所示。 故障排除:更换扭转减振器。经反复测试,故障现象没有出现,故障排除。 故障总结:因为扭转减振器的损坏,在动力传输的过程中.动力损失过大,造成动力不足,导致开空调的时候产生共振。所以在维修共振和异响的故障时思路一定要开阔.要善于抓住细节。 Vertically split casing pump body should not be removable and washable. 3.8.1.4 pumps shall conform to the technical level of vertical and horizontal documents. Bearing and journal of exposure should be good, contacts within the contact should be uniform, no square centimeter 2~4 a point, contact point shall conform to the technical documents of, such as technical documentation not required, you should comply with the following requirements: when diluted oil lubrication, the tile on contact angle of 130 ?, contact 正常还报故障码呢?由于很难找到与本车型号一致的A/C控制面板总成,把本车型号为-的A/C控制面板总成,安装在同一车型A/C控制面板总成型号为-的车辆上,故障码全部可以清除,各伺服电机工作正常,只是压缩机不能工作。通过两种不同型号的A/C控制面板总成电路图可以看出,两者唯一的区别就是压缩机控制条件不同。虽然压缩机不能工作,但其它功能可以恢复正常,故障代码可以清除,至少不能确定故障车辆的A/C控制面板总成就已经损坏。 将故障车辆仪表台拆下,对空调系统线束进行检查。根据电路图2,检测到传感器及伺服电机共用接地端子SG(C17)端子时,发现在关闭点火开关的情况下,SG端子与车身接地导通,电阻只为0.8Ω;打开点火开关,SG(C17)端子与车身接地导通,电阻却为40Ω。那为什么电阻会有如此大变化呢?从A/C控制面板总成电路板上可以测得SG(C17)端子与GND(A23-6)车身接地端子直接连接在一起,是电脑内部搭铁点。直接给SG端子跨接搭铁线,打开点火开关电阻变为6Ω,说明是A/C面板控制器与其连接插头虚接不实。对该端子进行处理,打开空调开关,伺服电机工作正常,压缩机也能正常运转。 故障端子处理后,重新安装仪表台,再次打开空调开关,压缩机又不运转了,故障为何又重现了呢?不安装仪表台时,压缩机工作正常,安装仪表台后,压缩机就不工作。拆装仪表台哪里有和空调系统有联系的呢?经分析,只有日光传感器在拆下仪表台后是没有与A/C控制面板总成连接的,再次拔下日光传感器连接线,“啪”的一声,压缩机电磁离合器吸合了。用万用表检测日光传感器端子侧5号端子有12.5V电压(如图3),4号端子接地,1号端子1.11V电压,都在正常范围内;测得2号端Vertically split casing pump body should not be removable and washable. 3.8.1.4 pumps shall conform to the technical level of vertical and horizontal documents.
