Bangkun will implement "on the in-depth development of the grassroots, the people to worry, notification on the normalization of promoting harmony activities, making the double work innovation system, the demands of the masses reflect back channels, help enterprises to solve practical problems as much as possible. 3, visit 二、施工准备 1.做好图纸会审工作和施工质量技术交底工作。 2.做好施工平面布置，合理安排好材料堆放、机械安置、临时设施搭 设。 3.做好施工用水、生活用水以及消防用水的布线以及安装工作。 4.做好施工用电、生活用电的布线以及牵引工作，做到安全可靠，符 合规范要求。 5.做好施工管理人员以及劳动力的组织调配入场，且满足要求。 6.做好材料采购进场准备工作，使材料顺利进场到位，避免二次搬运。 7.组织技术人员和班组长认真学习图纸和规范，领会设计意图，检查 图纸尺寸和结构构造及细部做法，做到对图纸心中有数。 8.组织施工人员对特殊工种进行人员培训。 三、施工方法 1、施工顺序: 本工程采用DZ60KS型中孔双电机振动打桩机，桩机的技术参数以及优点见(四)，打桩的具体顺序为: (1)、采取两边往中间打法:A2、A3、B2、B3、26号楼桩机行走路线 是先从?轴开始退打至中间轴，再从最后轴开始退打至中间to correcting misunderstandings advocate good cadre style. 2, to carry out the "double" of human activities. (3)、埋设预制桩尖 根据放线定出的桩位,埋设预制桩尖. (4)、桩机就位 根据已埋设的桩尖位置,桩机连同桩管移近桩尖位置上,让桩管套正,用废麻袋衬垫桩尖与桩管的位置上,压着桩尖一同沉入土中,以桩位准确. (5)、沉管 沉管时应检查桩尖、桩管、桩帽、桩锤构成同一垂直线后方可起锤打桩.桩管的垂直度应控制在不大于1,以内，锤击沉管进先采用低锤慢击，观察桩管无偏移后才正常施打，打桩过程中经常检查桩管的垂直度,发现偏移及时纠正，桩管打至设计要求和最后贯入度,满足设计要求后,并经甲方监理签证后,方可进行下一道工序. (6)、放置钢筋笼 把桩帽拿起,将钢筋笼放入桩管内,用钢丝绳系着钢筋笼的笼身,使其在拨管时确保钢筋笼在设计的高度处. (7)、灌注砼、拨管 钢筋笼放妥后，再经桩管内灌注砼,每次灌入砼量必须满足管内的储存量(桩管内至少应保持约2米高的砼储存量)来产生足够的压力,以保持桩体砼有足够的密实度。拨管速度应保持均匀，第一次拨管高度应控制在能容纳第二所需灌入的砼量为限，不宜拨得过高,拨管时倒打。 to correcting misunderstandings advocate good cadre style. 2, to carry out the "double" of human activities. Bangkun will implement "on the in-depth development of the grassroots, the people to worry, notification on the normalization of promoting harmony activities, making the double work innovation system, the demands of the masses reflect back channels, help enterprises to solve practical problems as much as possible. 3, visit 要求,按照现行《地基与基础工程施工及验收规范》 (GBJ-202-83)，《工业与民用建筑灌注桩基础设计与施工规 范》(JGJ 4-80)进行施工、验收。施工前，施工员必须认真 阅读并熟悉设计图纸和有关资料。施工前必须对工人进行技术 交底。 2、测量放线、定桩位，测量人员必须有强烈的责任心，认真反复地 识图和计算，如有疑问及时向上反映，测量人员根据设计图纸 和甲方提供的导线点、坐标点准确地引线完毕后，应会同甲方 代表复核验收，并办好签证手续。每桩沉管前，一定要将轴线 和桩位复核准确。 3、钢筋、水泥、焊条除要有出厂合格证外，必须先取样经质检站试 验合格后方可使用。砂采用中粗河砂，碎石粒径2-4CM，并经检 验，质量符合要求方可使用。 4、砂、石料要经过过磅。严格控制水灰比，砼搅拌时间不少于90 秒。灌注砼前要用坍落筒测定坍落度是否符合要求，砼试块要 按要求预留，并按龄期试压，以准确地评定砼强度。 5、正式打桩前，必须进行试成孔、试灌注，按照规范要求，试成孔 数不得少于两个，以便核对地质资料，检验所选设备，施工工 艺以及技术要求是否适宜，如不能满足设计要求，应拟定补救 措施。试成孔、试灌注时必须同甲方、设计院形成纪要，以后 桩的施工技术参数以试成孔、试灌注取得的数据为依据。 6、钢筋笼的加工。制作必须按图纸设计要求进行加工、制作，螺旋to correcting misunderstandings advocate good cadre style. 2, to carry out the "double" of human activities. Bangkun will implement "on the in-depth development of the grassroots, the people to worry, notification on the normalization of promoting harmony activities, making the double work innovation system, the demands of the masses reflect back channels, help enterprises to solve practical problems as much as possible. 3, visit 箍与主筋应点焊连接，保证整个钢筋笼的整体刚度。 7、在施工过程中，由于部分群桩基础的桩心距小于1600，为保证质 量，防止出现挤段桩的现象，采用跳打的施工方法，并且要先 施打中间位置的桩。 8、严格检查砼桩尖的强度和规格，在桩尖上必须放置麻(草)绳垫， 以做缓冲层。沉管过程中要经常用吊砣检察桩尖是否损坏缩入 管内，如发现有，应及时拔出纠正。将孔回填砂后再重新沉管。 刚开始拔管时一定要检查砼是否扩散到管外，当砼已扩散到管 外时，才能继续拔管。沉管结束，开始灌注砼前，一定要检查 管内有无泥沙和水。 9、拔管时要严格控制拔管速度，拔管速度控制在0.6-0.8米/分，拔 管过程中，应派专人经常测定砼下落情况。 10、严格控制砼的坍落度，控制在6-8CM之间。 11、沉管时应连续进行，不宜停歇过久，否则会增大土层与桩管外壁 的磨擦力，导致下沉困难，并要经常注意“低锤密击”，拔管 时应注意慢抽管。 12、打桩前应在桩管上画出控制深度以及垂直度的标尺及竖向基准 线，以便准确观测，记录并控制桩身垂直度与贯入度。 13、针对施工过程中出现的缩径、断桩、吊脚桩等问题中应编制 出详细的可行施工措施。 14、施工中要加强技术管理，做好技术交底，认真做好施工自检，做 好各项原始记录和隐蔽工程记录。 to correcting misunderstandings advocate good cadre style. 2, to carry out the "double" of human activities. Bangkun will implement "on the in-depth development of the grassroots, the people to worry, notification on the normalization of promoting harmony activities, making the double work innovation system, the demands of the masses reflect back channels, help enterprises to solve practical problems as much as possible. 3, visit 八、安全生产措施 1、作业区应有明显标志或围栏,严禁闭人进入,作业人员必须戴好安 全帽,穿安全鞋.高空作业一定戴好安全带,以防附落事故的发 生. 2、施工现场要平整密实,坡度不得大于1,,地耐力不83kPa,以保证 桩机的平稳作业. 3、安装桩机时,应将桩运到正前方2米以内,不得远距离斜吊. 4、施工作业时,要由专人指挥,统一步调,以免发生事故. 5、打桩时,桩帽垫料不准用手拨正,不能在桩锤未打到桩帽即起锤和 刹事,以免负荷过大,损坏机械设备. 6、各种机械,电气设备应由持有证人员专人操作,使用前,要先检查并 试运转,操作时要精力集中,机械运转时不能离开岗位,要时刻 注意机械,发现故障隐患要及时处理. 7、现场用电要符合现临时用电的有关规定,用电设备要接地及安装漏 电开关,实行一机一闸一漏电开关. 8、作业中,停机时间较长时,应将桩落下垫好,桩机不得悬吊桩进行检 修. 9、遇到大雨、六级以上大风等恶劣气候,应立即停止作业,当风速超 过七级或有强台风报时, 应将桩机顺负向停置,并增加风缆绳, 必要时,将桩架放下. to correcting misunderstandings advocate good cadre style. 2, to carry out the "double" of human activities.
