婚姻家庭咨询师 婚姻家庭咨询师是为在恋爱、婚姻、家庭生活中遇到各种问题的求助者提供咨询服务的人员。 职业历程 婚姻家庭咨询师，是中国国家人力资源和社会保障部于2007年4月批准的职业，是目前中国婚姻家庭咨询领域唯一的国家级职业。2009年6月21日，在北京举行了国内首次国家“婚姻家庭咨询师”职业资格考试;同年7月，行业论坛“婚姻家庭咨询师之家”成立并向外开放;同年12月19日，北京成功举行了首届婚姻家庭咨询师行业年会;2010年11月21日，第二次婚姻家庭咨询师年会在山东济南举行，并通过《中国婚姻咨询行业促进宣言》;2011年会议再选北京，于该年8月14日召开第三届婚姻家庭咨询师年会。 职业守则 根据《婚姻家庭咨询师国家职业》的要求，婚姻家庭咨询师的职业道德守则包括六个方面: 一、尊重服务对象，满足服务需求; 二、保护个人隐私，严守咨询秘密; 三、坚持诚实守信，禁止滥用信用; 四、语言举止文明，素质能力相宜; 五、遵循公序良俗，遵守法律法规; 六、弘扬家庭美德，促进社会和谐。 保护个人隐私，严守咨询秘密是婚姻家庭咨询师职业道德中一项非常重要的内容。隐私又称个人生活秘密，一般是指仅与特定人的利益或人身发生联系且权利人不愿为他人知晓的私人生活和私人信息。 婚姻家庭领域属于私人领域，不愿为他人所知的个人生活秘密比比皆是。婚姻家庭咨询师必须恪守职业道德，注意保护求助者的个隐私，严守咨询秘密，绝不允许实施下列侵犯求助者隐私权的行为: 1、对求助者夫妻性生活进行不必要的调查、公布; 2、将求助者婚外性生活向社会公布; 3、泄露求助者的个人材料或公之于众或扩大公开范围; 4、收集求助者不愿向社会公开的纯属个人的情况; 5、其他侵犯求助者隐私的行为。 坚持诚实守信，就是要求婚姻家庭咨询在服务过程中诚实，不做假，不欺诈，不损害求助者的利益;信守承诺，严格、全面地履行自己的和义务，当履行职责和义务有缺陷时，要自觉承担责任。 语言举止文明是婚姻家庭咨询师内在职业道德的外在形象。对于婚姻家庭咨询师来说，在工作场合一定要做到以下几个方面: 1、着装整洁、大方，可以穿西装，也可以穿休闲装，但不要奇装异服。尤其是女性，不可以穿过于吐露的服装。 2、在语言上，要礼貌、客气、周到、声音不要过大。 3、不可与求助者发生正面冲突。 素质能力相宜是一个十分关键的问题。素质能力相宜要求婚姻家庭咨询师在咨询服务中具备相应的素质和能力，不同级别的咨询师应当在职业标准所确定的本级咨询师服务范围内进行工作，不能超范围iodine lamp fixed set up to ensure security. Inspection records, and to (7)对离婚与再婚者提供咨询与辅导; (8)提供家庭健康、安全方面的咨询与辅导; (9)通过专业测试，给予心里疏导; (10)帮助新婚夫妇解决双方出现的一些小问题、小矛盾; (11)化解夫妻容易因厌倦而产生的感情危机。 职业概况 家庭是社会的细胞，和谐家庭建设是和谐社会建设的重要基础。目前我国有13亿人口，绝大多数人都要经历恋爱、择偶、组织家庭、养育子女的过程。当前，人们对生活质量、幸福指数的要求在不断提升。但是，面对恋爱挫折、婚姻动荡、离婚率攀升、家庭暴力、青少年成长危机等等现象，许多人产生了困惑，出现了种种忧虑。不少遇到婚姻家庭问题 困扰的当事人却求助无门，甚至为此酿成个人生活悲剧。这些问题如不及时解决，必将危及个人成长、家庭幸福，进而影响社会安定。 在西方发达国家和我国港、澳、台地区都有各种专业的婚姻家庭咨询与辅导机构，为在恋爱、婚姻、家庭生活中遇到各种问题的求助者及时提供咨询服务，有效地帮助人们解除各种困扰。而在我国内地，大部分婚姻家庭咨询与救助的工作不得不由各级妇联、工会、共青团组织以及计生委等非专业机构和其他社会工作者来承担;部分律师事务所负责离婚官司的律师、一些职业心理咨询师也在开展婚姻家庭方面的咨询业务。这些人员加在一起已经有上百万人。其中，在已经获得心理咨询师资格的4万人中，也有三分之一的人在做婚姻家庭咨询工作。但是，上述各类人员都未经过专门的婚姻家庭咨询业务的规范化培训，缺乏统一的从业标准和服务规范，咨询服务的效果难以得到保证。同时，社会上还有个别非法机构单纯以赢利为目的，也在开展婚姻家庭方面的培训和指导，不仅培训效果差，还可能对服务对象产生误导和危害。 婚姻家庭咨询师这一新职业的设立，对于提高从业人员的素质，建立健全行业规范，提高婚姻家庭咨询服务水平，促进和谐家庭的建设，具有十分重要的意义。我国约有3.7亿个家庭，随着社会的发展，人们更加追求婚姻家庭生活的质量，对婚姻家庭咨询的需求将会越来越大，因此，婚姻家庭咨询师这一职业有着良好的发展前景。 职业标准 2008年1月2日，国家劳动与社会保障部向各省、自治区、直辖市劳动与社会保障厅(局)，以及国务院有关部门劳动保障工作机构，印发了“婚姻家庭咨询师”等26个国家职业标准。其中，婚姻家庭咨询师国家职业标准是由全国妇联中国婚姻家庭研究会组织有关专家历时7个月编写、制定完成的。 职业特点 (1)双向性。婚姻咨询是由咨询对象和咨询员两方面组成的。其中，咨询员在整个过程中起主导作用，但咨询对象是婚恋咨询过程中的主体。双方必须互相配合，又互相影响。其中主要以咨询员以自己正常的心理和丰富的婚恋咨询方面的知识去影响、转变咨询对象的心理紧张状态或异常心理，使之向积极健康的方向转变。 (2)多端性。人的心理状态和心理结构是由多方面所组成，主要包括认识、情感、意志和人格等几个方面。人的心理问题也常表现在这几个方面，其表现形式又因个人的差异而有区别。在婚恋咨询中，咨询员应从咨询对象的薄弱环节入手，最先予以解决，由点到面，这样才能使婚恋咨询收到良好的效果。 iodine lamp fixed set up to ensure security.
