《为未知而教-为未来而学》读后感 读《为未知而教，为未来而学》有感 戴维?珀金斯是美国著名教育心理学家，哈佛大学资深教授，“零点项目”创始人。他从事的是教育心理研究，他的作品当然是理论性很强的。阅读这类作品，一般需要静下心去慢慢品味。教育理念是无形的，但它们对教育发展的影响却是实在的。清除陈腐的教育理念，是时代的呼唤，是教育理论和实际工作者的重要使命，也是教育现代化的必由之路。 本围绕“什么才是有价值的学习”展开四个方面的探索:辨别具有生活价值的学习;选择具有生活价值的学习;为具有生活价值的学习而教;建构具有生活价值的课程。 正是“具有生活价值的学习”一说吸引了我。使我好奇许久朦朦胧胧，欲说还羞的教育理念豁然开朗，从此昂首挺胸起来。戴维?珀金斯认为，知识必须能够在某些场合实际运用，才值得学习。作者多次提到“二次方程”的问题，每个人在学生时代都学过二次方程，可是，成人之后，除了专业的教师，很少有人用过二次方程。类似的例子多着呢，还有人调侃过高数，说你买菜需要高数吗,试问我们大人们，有几个人在生活中用到了中小学时花了很多功夫学习的知识呢,我们是不是也有人抱怨，有些人没读过什么书，如今混得比我们好得多。是没读过书的人能力不如我们吗,不是。很多人失去了我们所谓的常规学习，却学到了很多意外的知识。过去，我们做了许多没有生活价值的学习，今天，我们是教师，同样教授了许多没有学习价值的，更忽略了大量极有价值的知识～长期不用的知识渐渐会被大脑遗忘，它们会逐渐消失，无论知识本身具有多么重要的内在价值，只要它被大脑遗忘，就不可能再具有生活价值。我们今天的传统教育大多是“了解性教育”，背、练、重复，使我们失去了宝贵的时间和精力。 面对这一说法，我们老师，家长，管理者都会很无奈地说:“不学，可是要考试啊。必须学～”这也许就是戴维在中国尚还受冷遇的缘故吧。我们国家还是处于一试定终身的阶段，还没有找到打破比目前高考更合理的升学方法。于是，学生们还得面对自己毫无兴趣的课程死死去读，去记，去练习。甚至，为了出人头地，不惜花大价钱去补习。为了上个名初中，光补习费就是好几万～就说我所了解的小升初名校招生吧，把大量初中甚至高中学习内容拿到即将毕业的小the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on. (3) Note 学生面前，故弄玄虚，吸引家长把孩子送来，非培训不可。不光是家长，学校、教育局、各级教育主管，为了很快出政绩，不惜置学生终身不顾，为一纸考试花大力气补课，做许多重复性机械训练，拿考试分数排名。可是，这样的劳苦结果是什么呢,厌学～逃避～自杀～比比皆是。就算勉强上了个名校，不少人到了社会，仍然一事无成。 反观当下，我们的学生想象力差，生活能力差，动手能力差，不是我们没有努力，是我们努力做了无效的工作。诺贝尔物理学家获得者伊西多?拉比说，大部分母亲在孩子放学回家后都会问“你今天学到了什么吗,”而他的妈妈当年问的却是“拉比，你今天有没有提出一个好问题,”瞧，这就是人才，是真正的学习，是未来智慧所需要的潜质。本书作者多次科学调查统计，发现“思维能力，自我理解，同情，伦理道德，交流，学会学习”等是未来人才最重要的素质。未来在等待的人才是什么,在生活的各个方面，都具有普遍重要的个人能力和人际交往能力，也就是综合能力。学校教育是否足以帮助学生发展这些能力呢, 反思我们的学校教育，除了应付各类行政检查，得来一项项荣誉的光环，是否拿出精力和物力来思考研究过“为未知而教，为未来而学”的问题,是否重心放在实现“知识——智慧”的深远目标上，放在能够通达智慧的知识上,是否建构了合理的具有生活价值的课程，整合学科，交叉学科，重构学科，更新学科,是否在学习的过程中包含思考、运用、注意、感兴趣的体验，点燃创造力的开放性问题,是否鼓励孩子有打开潘多拉魔盒的好奇心,是否仍然教授大量没有任何意义的了解性信息，忽略了许多有价值的，回报率较高的知识,是否为学习者未来的生活而重新调整传统课程, 我们不能只看到拿个什么第一名，进名校的大门，要看到进社会的大门。为生活价值而学，为未来而学。戴维的理念是超前的科学的教育理念。这种教育才是受益终身的。我们要以一种“未来智慧”的新视角来看待教育，在教育中既关注已知，也关注未知。在今天这个复杂而多变的世界中，努力培养孩子的好奇心、启发智慧、增进自主性和责任感，引导他们积极、广泛、有远见地追寻有意义的学习。培养将来“闯荡未来社会必备的能力”。这才是教育的真谛。 为未知而教，为未来而学。社会，学校，家庭，把眼光放远，赢得未来，才是真正的成功。真希望从上至下的教育工作者都读过这本书，都怀揣这种理念， attention to the safe use of electricity.
