国医大师贺普仁 国医大师贺普仁:“一针一得”治百病 1 转睛功 按揉承泣穴 两年前，85岁的贺普仁在中央电视台《中华医药》节目中演穿针引线，令人吃惊，但是很多人却不知道，他在52岁时眼睛差点瞎了。贺普仁回想起来，与自己在非洲的工作有很大关系。贺普仁说:“那地方热，出汗特别多。汗也是血的一部分，‘目得血而能视’，如果这血不充足，就不能供给眼睛，视力就必然下降。经过检查说是有轻度的白内障，白内障也没治，只能是等着以后失明了再做手术，换个晶体就行了。” 贺普仁说:“从那时起我就觉得这眼睛没什么希望了，好多老年白内障都是两三年就不行了，就要手术。我当时压力很大，因为我们针灸就要用眼睛找穴位，没有眼睛，工作就受到很大影响。”贺普仁当时正在研究火针，如果一旦停下来，多年的心血就有可能付之东流。白内障不治，不手术，肯定是要失明的。贺普仁只能自救，练起了中医传统的转睛功。转睛功很简单，双目微闭，全身放松，开始是顺时针转动眼球36次，而后是逆时针转动36次。贺老相信这样长期坚持锻炼，对很多病都有疗效，不仅仅是白内障，老花眼、近视眼都有治疗和预防的作用。如果闭眼转睛不便，也可以睁眼转睛。 这么简单的功法能遏制白内障,很多人都难以相信。 “这种功法使局部的经络通畅，气血运行加快，有些废物随时随地就吸收了，这样白内障就形成不起来。”贺普仁说。 中医认为全身有很多大的络脉分支，分布在眼睛上。眼睛里的络脉如果有“瘀滞”，就会形成白内障，转睛是自古以来就有的养眼方法，古人认为这样可以疏通眼睛中的络脉，化除“瘀滞”。 现代医院也发现，眼睛是我们人体代谢最缓慢的器官，而转睛可以促进眼睛内部微血管扩张和血液循环，从而改善晶状体的新陈代谢，促进病变和渗出物的吸收，有助于早中期白内障的控制。 贺普仁曾幽默地说:“本来我等着失明了，等了几十年，也没有失明，现在也没有手术。” 贺普仁的养眼功还不止转睛，他还有一个秘密就是按揉承泣穴。早在47岁那一年，贺普仁眼睛就发花，视力减退，配过150度的老花镜来看书。为了中止老花眼，贺普仁每天醒来第一件事，就是按揉承泣穴。 承泣穴是胃经的穴位，如下图所示。胃经多气多血，揉这个穴位直接对眼睛供血有帮助。承泣穴的位置就是我们目视前方，眼球正下方的眼眶位置，很容易找到。 2腰胯痛用伏兔穴 method of basic operation; including CT, and MRI various contrast, and Image-guided biopsy, ultrasound, etc. (11) teaching, scientific research and training in clinical teaching, written within three years with some level of review or book reports of not less than 1. A surgical specialist, training goals through training, trainees to achieve surgical specialist level, with more skilled surgical skills, can guide the teaching of 得了腰胯痛，病人不仅疼痛不堪，生活很不方便，而且很难用单一的原因来说明患者为什么得了腰胯痛。腰胯痛是一种病症，就是腰痛连及胯(髋、股)部，多为双侧，也可能是单侧，可由多种病变引起。 得了腰胯痛的病人，一般都会出现这些症状:(1)单侧或双侧腰部、臀部及胯部疼痛;(2)遇阴雨寒冷则加重或腰痛如刺，痛有定处;(3)或者是腰部隐隐作痛，神疲乏力，反复发作，遇劳则甚。 发现自己得了上面这些症状的病人，一定要多注意自己的健康，您很可能是得了腰胯痛。按中医的说法，腰胯痛是因为感受风寒湿邪，经络痹阻，导致气血运行不畅;或因跌扑闪挫，以致经络受损，气血阻滞不通，导致了腰胯痛。 用伏兔穴治腰胯痛 针刺伏兔穴治腰胯痛的绝招，排在《一针一得》秘籍中第四秘的第24条，贺普仁说:“腰胯痛:针伏兔。” 穴名:伏兔穴之名出自《黄帝明堂经》，别名“外勾”。 类属:足阳明胃经穴。 适应症:主治下肢病症。常用于下肢痿痹，膝冷。 操作:直刺1~2寸。 治疗腰胯痛最好的办法，是请专业医生针灸，非专业人士请勿施针。如果不便施针，患者可以在自己家里，通过贺普仁的独穴原理进行辅助治疗或保健。 伏兔穴简易取法:医生用手掌根部放在患者膝盖骨最高处，然后整个手掌放平，中指尖所在位就是伏兔穴。如上页图所示。《黄帝明堂经》上说伏兔穴“在膝上六寸起肉”。 砭石保健法 伏兔穴是足阳明经穴位，这个胃经上的穴位治疗腰胯痛和骨头相关的疾病等看上去有点远。可是从中医原理上讲，这看似骨头的问题，根源却在胃，胃经能为骨骼提供滋养，所以，砭石或者点按伏兔穴对于治疗腰胯痛、腰痛，有一定的辅助治疗和保健效果。 操作方法:如下图所示，顺着自己的大腿和膝盖找到伏兔穴之后，用砭石点刺，缓缓施力，然后慢慢松开，以皮肤微微泛红为度。 艾灸保健法 method of basic operation; including CT, and MRI various contrast, and Image-guided biopsy, ultrasound, etc. (11) teaching, scientific research and training in clinical teaching, written within three years with some level of review or book reports of not less than 1. A surgical specialist, training goals through training, trainees to achieve surgical specialist level, with more skilled surgical skills, can guide the teaching of 用艾条温和灸，让艾条燃着的一端接近施灸部位的皮肤，保持一定距离，患者只觉温热而无灼痛感，每次10~15分钟，每天1~2次。对缓解疼痛有较好疗效。 3膝痛用风府穴 人到中年以后，很容易沦为“膝痛一族”，中医认为，膝痛是因为风寒湿邪乘虚而入，侵袭膝部并留驻关节之内而引发疼痛。现代医学所指的各类型膝部关节炎，都可能引发膝关节疼痛。膝关节炎的病因比较复杂，包括慢性损伤、肥胖、老化、超负荷运动、饮食、性别、种族、环境、细胞因子以及免疫因素等等。目前现代医学治疗只能改善症状，减轻痛苦，并且必须坚持治疗才能达到较理想的效果，症情严重者，则可考虑西医手术治疗，而中医针灸较为简单有效。 中医文献说风府穴 穴名:风府穴之名出自《素问》、《灵枢》，别名“舌本”、“鬼穴”、“鬼枕”。类属:督脉穴。 适应症:主治脑病及相关目、鼻、舌部病症。常用于中风不语癫狂，颈项强痛;咽喉肿，眩晕，鼻衄。 操作:针尖朝向下颌或喉结方向缓慢刺入0.5~1寸，不可向上深刺，以免伤脊髓。缓慢进针，严禁提插和大幅度捻转。 治疗膝痛最好的办法，是请专业医生针灸，非专业人士请勿施针。如果是在家里，可以通过贺普仁的独穴原理进行辅助治疗或自我保健。 寻找风府穴 风府穴，在后发际正中以上一横指的凹陷中，顺着脖子后面正中间向上摸，到脖子和头交接的地方有个凹陷的“坑儿”，就是了。《针灸学》说:“正坐，头微前倾，后正中线上，入后发际上1寸。” 指按疗法 找到风府穴后，如下图所示，可选用:?用双手中指点按;?用拇指点按。每天点按2次，每次3~5分钟。风府穴解风的衙门口——风府风是最普遍的一种自然现象。在长期的摸索当中，人们发现，在人体当中有很多地方很容易遭受风的袭击，所以在这些地方的名字中加了一个“风”字，如风府、风池、风门、翳风等等，这些地方基本都是风邪容易藏身之处。尤其是在北方的春天和冬天，风邪最为猖狂，我们就更要注意保暖。 method of basic operation; including CT, and MRI various contrast, and Image-guided biopsy, ultrasound, etc. (11) teaching, scientific research and training in clinical teaching, written within three years with some level of review or book reports of not less than 1. A surgical specialist, training goals through training, trainees to achieve surgical specialist level, with more skilled surgical skills, can guide the teaching of 在这些风穴当中，风府最为重要。风，是指风邪;府，就是过去的衙门口。风府穴就是统领风穴的衙门。对国家来说，政府的地位尤其重要，而在人体中风府也是这样。当风邪侵袭人体，风府是首先被攻击的地方。风府是人体督脉上重要的穴道之一。按摩此穴道对于治疗多种颈部疾病、头部疾病都很有疗效。 4肩背痛用听宫穴 很多人都得过肩背痛，对肩背痛带来的痛苦深有感触。病人一旦得上了肩背痛，一般都会出现下面这些症状:(1)肩膀和后背的肌肉酸痛难忍，拉伸不开;(2)脖子僵硬，不能回头看人;(3)肩胛骨疼，出冷汗; (4)连带着后脊梁疼，腰伸不直。肩背痛一般都是由气血不通、经脉不畅造成的，要治疗肩背疼痛，就得想办法调顺气血，打通经脉。 在西医看来，肩背痛最常见的原因，是由肩背局部骨或软组织疾病引起的。还有可能是脏器疾病反射至肩背部，或是其他部位肿瘤转移至肩背部，都会引起肩胛骨疼痛。在中医看来，病人之所以得了风寒肩背痛，是因为感受了外邪，风寒侵扰了外部肌肤导致的。内伤肩背痛，则是因为肺气不足、肺气不通、劳力损伤、积热上熏而最后导致的。 中医文献说听宫穴 穴名:听宫穴之名出自《素问》、《灵枢》，别名“多所闻”。 类属:手太阳小肠经穴。 适应症:主治耳部病症。常用于耳鸣，耳聋，耳亭耳;癫、狂、痫。 操作:张口，直刺1.5 寸，不宜深刺。 治疗肩背痛最好的办法是采用专业医生针灸的方法，非专业人士请勿施针。如果不便扎针，患者自己在家可以通过贺普仁的独穴原理，进行辅助治疗或自我保健寻找听宫穴。听宫穴就在脸部两侧面耳屏前部，耳珠平行缺口的凹陷里面，耳门穴的稍下方。当我们张开口时在耳屏前会出现一个凹陷就是听宫穴。《针灸学》说:“耳屏前，下颌骨髁状突的后缘，张口呈凹陷处。” 指按保健法 取穴时，采用正坐或仰卧、仰靠的姿势，然后用食指按摩听宫穴3~5分钟，每天1~2次。 method of basic operation; including CT, and MRI various contrast, and Image-guided biopsy, ultrasound, etc. (11) teaching, scientific research and training in clinical teaching, written within three years with some level of review or book reports of not less than 1. A surgical specialist, training goals through training, trainees to achieve surgical specialist level, with more skilled surgical skills, can guide the teaching of 艾灸保健法 艾灸为补法，主要可去除风邪。用艾条温和灸，15~20分钟，每天1~2次。对缓解疼痛有较好疗效。另外，艾灸听宫穴也可以预防听力下降。 听宫穴解 听宫穴的“听宫”，是什么意思呢,听，就是闻声。宫，就是宫殿。这个穴位名字的含义，是指小肠经体表经脉的气血由本穴内走向体内经脉。另外，穴名的意思还指气血经此穴流入空洞之处，产生的回声既响又长。 听宫穴是手足少阳与手太阳之会。本穴中的气血物质既有手少阳经耳门穴流来的经水，又有足少阳经瞳子髎穴流来的经水，所以扎了听宫穴，可以治疗中风、肢体震颤、落枕、肢端肿胀、耳鸣耳聋等一系列的病。 完 5子宫肌瘤灸痞根 子宫肌瘤，又叫子宫平滑肌瘤，是女性生殖器最常见的一种良性肿瘤。一般来说没有什么特别症状，少数人会有阴道出血，或腹部触按有肿物等压迫症状。按中医的说法，这个病叫“石瘕”，30岁以上的妇女更容易得这种病，是妇科多发病。西医又把子宫肌瘤叫做子宫纤维肌瘤，是子宫的实性、良性肿瘤，女性得这个病，可能与雌激素的刺激有关。 得了子宫肌瘤的女性，一般来说会有这样的症状:(1)子宫逐渐长大，较坚硬，多于下腹触及肿块，一般无触痛;(2)时感腹痛，月经量多，或带经时间长，或有带下;(3)腰酸痛，身倦乏力，头晕、心慌、五心烦热;(4)舌淡，脉缓而细弱。 女性一旦发现自己的身体有这些情况出现，千万不要掉以轻心，要赶快到医院去检查确诊。 中医文献说痞根穴 穴位:痞根穴之名出自《医经入门》，又名“积聚痞块”。 类属:足少阳胆经输穴。八脉交汇穴。 适应症:痞块。 操作:多用艾灸。用针，斜刺0.3~0.8寸，不宜深刺，宜向脊椎方向斜刺。 子宫肌瘤的家庭保健 子宫肌瘤一旦发病，治疗起来就很麻烦，所以平时就应该多保养、勤观察。真的得了子宫肌瘤，最好找医生看看。同时可进行家庭的辅助疗法，在家用砭针或艾灸对痞根穴进行保method of basic operation; including CT, and MRI various contrast, and Image-guided biopsy, ultrasound, etc. (11) teaching, scientific research and training in clinical teaching, written within three years with some level of review or book reports of not less than 1.
