健康中国行-健康教育进家庭项目 **县**镇干预工作小结 2011年，**县**镇被浙江省疾病控制中心确定为开展“健康中国行——健康教育进家庭”活动的项目镇，共选取2个经济水平中等的干预村(湖滨村、汾南村)和2个经济水平中等的对照村(陶中村、翔胜村)进行此项活动。 为扎实开展好此项活动，并通过此项活动的开展，推进全镇居民健康意识，健康水平。我镇特邀加善县疾病控制中心健康教育科科长李烈，在6月1日和6月2日分别为湖滨村、汾南村的村民进行《爱家爱健康 生活更美好》(健康中国行)的知识培训，李科通过多媒体演示文稿，图文并茂，通俗易懂，贴近生活的方式方法详细讲述:养成良好的个人卫生习惯、倡导健康的生活方式、预防常见传染病及家庭环境卫生要点。湖滨村、汾南村的会议室均坐满村民，连会议室外的走廊上也围满村民，湖滨村共签到120人，实际到160多人，培训后共发放礼品160份，汾南村签到104人，发放礼品104份。两村对到会的村民发放每人20元工资作奖励。 湖滨村在向全村村民发放健康家庭评选告知书时，同时向村民发放《爱家爱健康,享受美好生活》800份，汾南村发动片区人员发放《爱家爱健康,享受美好生活》700份。 浙江省**县**镇健康中国行 2011-6-8 strict implementation of the principle of double handling. Personal credit business relates to arrive (MS) charge registratio “健康中国行——健康教育进家庭”项目 2011年，**省**县陶庄镇有幸被浙江省疾病控制中心确定为开展“健康中国行——健康教育进家庭”活动的项目镇，我们在浙江省疾病控制中心、嘉善县疾病控制中心、陶庄镇镇政府、陶庄卫生院及相关项目村领导的支持下，完满完成了“健康中国行——健康教育进家庭”活动。现将具体工作总结如下: 一、基线调查 3月底前完成基线调查。调查人员固定，由3月17日参加浙江省“健康中国行——健康教育进家庭”项目启动暨技术培训会会议人员5人(每村1人加医院健教人员1名)，加医院领导及公共卫生科人员共9名组成，每村另有村干部帮助协调组织，调查从3月22日开始到3月27日结束，共调查湖滨村、汾南村、陶中村及翔胜村，每村调查村民50户，每户随机抽取1名18~60周岁的居民，共50人进行问卷调查，且每个村、每个性别、每个年龄段都按要求抽取。主要调查了解我省城乡居民个人卫生、家庭卫生、健康知识及合理用药的现状。并每村抽取10户，共40户进行入户观察，考察家庭卫生状况。第一天翔胜村，组织到位，居民参与现场调查顺利，分二组进行入户调查。卫生部及省疾控、县疾控领导都参加了翔胜村的基线调查，所以我们借鉴翔胜村的经验，顺利完成其他村的基线调查及入户调查工作。被调查人员每人发放礼品及《健康家园》1份。 二、现场干预 strict implementation of the principle of double handling.
