Regular Fees常规费用 1.1 Inspection Services检查服务 Daily fee (these "field days" include inspection time and time for report writing; for travel time please see below): 200,- to 350,- ? (depending on the respective country. Additional standards will usually be invoiced at a rate of 50% of the basic certification fee. In addition, a fee for administration and communication will be included.基本的认证费用是针对一个标准的，另加 标准通常是基本认证费用的50%。另外，还会包括行政管理和沟通费用。 1.4 Price Offer报价 A price offer is composed of the inspection fee plus the certification fee (see above) and will be given as a lump sum. The rest (meaning the remaining 50 % of the offer price plus the above listed items that are not included in the offer price) will have to be charged after the announcement of the final certification decision but prior to the issue of the certificate. Travel expenses, food, accommodation as well as the costs of possibly necessary laboratory analyses will be charged 1:1 (meaning without any further charges). CERES will try to minimize all kind of travel expenses, e.g. by combining several inspections into one inspection trip; in such cases the costs will be split on a pro-rata basis among the involved parties. List of Non-regular Fees非常规费用 2.1 Additional inspections for special reasons特定原因产生的额外检查 If the operator is responsible for a necessary additional inspection due to major deficiencies (e.g. use of illicit means), CERES will ask for additional payments.
