初中作文教学课研究计划 一、指导思想 在当前素质教育的研讨下，发展学生创造思维的过程，显得尤为重要。教育家叶圣陶先生曾经说过:“教师教任何功课，教都是为了达到不教。”作文教学同样如此。我们教学生作文是为了达到将来即使没人教，他们自己也能写文章。几年来，我们在作文教学中培养写作兴趣，开拓写作思路，让学生在多种题材的写作过程中锻炼写作兴趣，发展写作的创造力。结合教改的新思路，扩大好作文的范围，张扬学生个性，培养学生的写作兴趣。 二、工作要点 1、深入学习新课标、学习本课题有关方面的理论，在其指导下，通过研究，形成有利于培养学生语文综合素养的作文教学新观点、新理念及生活化的作文教学目标体系和模式。 2、在进行理论研究的同时，加强作文教学改革的实践，使理论研究和实践探索密切结合，更新观念，形成新的生活化的作文教学模式，激发学生的写作热情、写作兴趣，让学生的个性在作文中张扬，不断提高学生习作的水平。 三、研究内容 本年度我们着力于习作课堂的教学研究: 1、着力于学生习作兴趣的培养，养成习作习惯。 (1)兴趣是最好的老师，兴趣是最直接的学习动力，兴趣是健康美好的情感。学生对写作训练有浓厚的兴趣是教学的最大成功。 教师要带领学生走出课堂，亲近大自然、亲近生活和活动的场所，增加作文的素材，发挥潜能，陶冶情操，增进学识，锻炼能力。 教师要注重课堂教学的研究， 在课堂作文训练中，教师根据各年级学生的主导活动，找准学生生活的热点、焦点，创设一定的生活情景，缩小作文和生活的距离，实现“生活向作文的转化”，让作文成为学生生活的有趣部分。作文内容要让学生想表达，要让学生写他们感兴趣的作文，让学生渐渐喜欢习作。 教师要改变传统的习作评价方式，如取消不及格分，作文实在不行的暂不打分等方式，实行自批互批，家长批，社会批，面批，重批等。让所有的学生在各自的基础上都不同程度地获得成功，这是我们的习作教学所要追求的。 (2)在培养良好的读写习惯上下功夫。良好的习惯有赖于长时间的培养，但一旦习惯养成就会接响一生。为了学生一生的发展着想，在我们的作文教学改革的实践过程中，要把培养良好的读写习惯作为一个重要的教学策略。着重培养下列习惯:独立主动地读书看报，听广播看电视的习惯;重谈、跳读、精读、猜读的习惯;将观察到的情况用一句话记录，作素attention to the relationship between plants and soil, as well as the skilled technician jobs to be chosen. (4), should be carried out after the pipeline trench and soil compaction in layers. 《初中作文教学》专题研究计划 一、专题确立的背景 《语文课程标准》明确提出:“作文教学应贴近学生实际，让学生易于动笔，乐于表达，应引导学生关注现实、热爱生活、表达真情实感。”但新课改下的初中作文教学仍表现为:考什么就教什么，学生被迫放弃了对生活的感受、思考和感悟，失去了具有可持续发展的原始创新力;受“文以载道”的思想影响，教师要求学生作文思想不仅正确，而且深刻，学生只好编故事、套情节，去渲染自己内心一点也没有的高尚情操，导致作文文非真文，言非真言，人非真人，情非真情;作文教学中教师偏重于讲方法技巧，学生也偏重于学方法技巧，学生掌握了作文的方法技巧，却不能写出好文章。 二、我校的作文教学现状分析: (1)走马观花。即写作训练跟阅读教学亦步亦趋，学什么课文，写什么作文。例如:七年级上册第一单元的主题是理想，学完课文之后便让学生以抒写自己的理想为内容。这样为了配合阅读教学而置学生的写作现状而不顾，则劳而无功。这样的作文训练使学生写什么丢什么，走马观花，过目即忘。 (2)没有过渡。作文训练之初教师便把全套本领、对作文的要求全方位下放，学生根本未曾达到应有水平时却以高标准、严要求来强化作文教学，以期学生一步登天，写出十全十美的作文来。例如:七年级第一学期，根据教学实际，作文教学应从基本功练起，即书写规范，标点、格式正确，完整地记叙一件事等。而我们的第一次作文课便将审题、立意、选材、构思一股脑地灌输给学生。一次考场作文便将“生动形象”、“议论抒情”、“点题扣题”作为评分标准，此情况下，学生对写作的畏难情绪与日俱增，这与小学作文要求大相径庭。这种没有过渡的作文教学，大大挫伤学生的写作信心，造成七年级讲审题、立意选材，到了八年级九年级还是讲这套，学生听烦了，老师讲腻了，而收效甚微。 (3)作文教学与学生实际脱节。教师本身因为对作文教学缺乏应有的热情而怕批改作文，自然也使得学生缺乏写作的热情而怕写作文。这种情况表现在作文教学的四环节中(命题、指导、批改、讲评)。由于无计划，常常出现这种情况:该上作文课，临去教室的前几分钟还没想出个合适的作文题目，直到走进教室才确立出个题目来。这样的命题根本谈不上符合学生实际、真情实感。结果是，或老调重弹，或曲高和寡，学生望题生厌，望题生畏，从而失去了写作的兴趣。。 (4)作文与阅读、生活脱节。生活是写作的源泉，离开了生活，写作就成了无源之水，无本之木。我们的写作教学常常与生活脱节，作文不能真实地反映生活，生活也不能化为作文题材，学生既没丰富的词汇，又不熟悉多样的题材，写作时文思枯竭，硬挤强凑，自然文不成篇。其次，读写分离，阅读教学与作文教学脱节，读不能很好地为写服务，写作无法促进阅读。 (5)再说批改:教师习惯于精批细改，劳而无功，多数学生根本不关心评语，只看眼分数便罢。讲评随便，无针对性，尽管学生作文写的不少，但写作水平提高却不快。 二、主题确立的目标 1、建立作文指导的序列计划——教师做到有的放矢，从七年级到九年级有明确的训练目标和训练计划。解决教师上课前想作文题，七年到九年同一个要求，作文与现实脱等现实问题。 2、建立作文序列教学的操作系统——帮助学生逐步掌握作文的写作方法和技巧，明确每个阶段的训练目标，解决学生怕写作文—-不敢写作文—-胡编乱造的心理障碍，养成良好的写作习惯，激发学生写作的热情，培养学生限时写作的能力。 3、建立学生作文的评价系统——注重采用多种方式对学生作文进行评价，激发学生内在的潜力，让学生有写好作文的激情。 attention to the relationship between plants and soil, as well as the skilled technician jobs to be chosen.
