OT fee (work day ) for the driver is RMB20/hour (holiday is RMB40/hour),which is inclusive of tax . other expenses such as parking fees, toll fees will be born by party B’s driver as per the value of the actual fapiaos 第六条:甲方司机每周固定工作日为六天，每周休息一天(根据具体工作安排而定，双方可 协调 任何一天为休息日)。每天的工作时间为早上7:00至晚上7:00。超过时间，将由乙 方按记录支付加班费， 工作日为每小时20元，节假日为每小时40元(甲方司机需承担个 调税)。其他费用，如临时停车费、过路费等由甲方凭有效发票向 乙方直报直销。 Party A shall provide Party B with a good and qualified car as well as an experienced driver. 第七条:甲方为乙方提供设备齐全、技术状况良好、各种机件安全可靠、经公安交通管理部 门检验合格的车辆，并提供经验丰富的驾驶员。 Party A is responsible for the petrol fee ,the car maintenance fee as well as daily cleaning smoking in the car is forbidden Any damage cost occurred due to party A’s fault shall be borne by party A 第八条:甲方负责车辆的油费，车辆常规保养，车辆每日清洁，车辆中严禁吸烟，保证乙方 安全可靠卫生租用该车。因甲方责任造成对乙方的损害，由甲方负责。 Party A must provide same level car for party B if Party A is in period for the car maintenance fee as well as daily cleaning and happening accident . 第九条:甲方在车辆常规保养，车辆每日清洁及发生事故期间，甲方确保能提供同等的车供 乙方使用。 Party A must be in proper attire and ensure safe driving. 第十条:上班应着规范整洁服装，保持良好个人好生习惯并安全行车。 Party A is required to provide a valid fapiao together with a payment notice to party B on the 1 of each month. Party B will pay the rental fee on the 25 of every month 第十一条:甲方每月1日向乙方出具当月付款通知及有效发票，乙方收到付款通知和发票后 于每月25日安排付款。 The written confirmation by both parties is required for this contract renewal if any of the parties would like to terminate this contract one should written inform the other party two weeks in advance of the expiration date.
