幼儿园一日活动常规 一日活动是幼儿园工作的重心，是促进幼儿全面和谐发展的基本途径。为了全面贯彻《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》，切实提高幼儿园保教质量，科学有效地推进我县幼儿教育持续、健康发展，结合我园实际，制定《幼儿园一日活动常规》。 一、总要求 深入贯彻《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》，坚持保教结合，科学、合理的安排一日活动。全面营造与教育内容相适应的安全、稳定、和谐的育人环境，探索和选择符合本园实际的课程，指导幼儿积极、主动、愉快地参加各项活动，培养良好的生活习惯和自理能力，克服幼儿园的小学化倾向，确保幼儿园内部运转规范有序，保教水平进一步提高。 二、幼儿园一日活动常规要求 (一)来园、离园活动 1、热情接待幼儿。了解幼儿健康状况，安定情绪，建立良好的师生、同伴关系，让幼儿感受到集体生活的愉快和温暖。形成安全感和信赖感。 2、创设良好的生活、学习环境，整理活动室，使室内空气流通、光线充足、环境整洁、安全、卫生。准备充足的教玩具，鼓励幼儿自由、愉快地参与游戏，并做好个别幼儿的教育指导。 3、鼓励幼儿尝试自理、自立。指导幼儿整理自带物品，建立初步的秩序感，对有困难的幼儿进行适当的帮助，提高生活自理能力。 4、充分利用来园、离园时间主动与家长交流沟通，及时反馈幼儿情况。 (二)户外活动 1、开展丰富多彩的户外游戏和体育活动。保证户外活动时间。充分利用自然条件(水、空气、阳光)，让幼儿进行适当的锻炼，增强幼儿体质，提高对环境的适应能力，保证2小时的户外活动时间(其中1小时户外体育活动，1小时自选活动及区角活动)。 2、合理安排早操和体育活动内容，结合本班幼儿的年龄特点和发展水平，提供丰富的器械材料、开展形式多样的体格锻炼，发展基本动作。注重激发幼儿兴趣，吸引幼儿主动参与，并达到一定的练习密度和运动量。培养幼儿勇敢坚强的意志品质和乐观合作的态度。 the construction site, and coordinated the implementation of protective measures. 2、培养幼儿定时大小便的习惯，允许幼儿按需要入厕，指导幼儿使用便纸。帮助幼儿便后整理好服装。 3、随机进行生活常识与生存技能教育，重视实际操作，个别指导，在真实地情境中学会生活。 进餐: 1、营造安静、愉快的进餐环境，向幼儿介绍每餐菜肴，激发幼儿的食欲。鼓励幼儿合理用餐，不偏食，用餐前后不进行剧烈活动。 2、培养幼儿良好的饮食卫生习惯，饮食进餐时细嚼慢咽。不喧哗、不走动，关心食欲不振和体弱幼儿，保证幼儿的进食量。 3、指导幼儿正确使用餐具、收拾餐具、清理桌椅，学习用正确的方法漱口。建立科学合理的用餐常规。 午睡: 1、创设安静舒适的睡眠环境，促使幼儿迅速入睡，巡回观察幼儿睡眠情况，发现异常及时处理并做好记录，保证午睡时间。 2、关注幼儿睡姿，及时纠正不正确的姿势，提醒幼儿穿着适宜，并正确有序的穿脱衣服，整理床铺。做好中午检查工作。 (四)游戏活动 1、创设适宜的游戏环境。准备丰富的游戏材料和玩具，指导家长和幼儿利用废旧物品自制玩具。保障每一个幼儿的参与操作。 the construction site, and coordinated the implementation of protective 4、培养幼儿良好的游戏习惯，在游戏中能遵守规则，与同伴友好相处，促进幼儿社会性发展。 (五)区角活动 1、引导幼儿积极参与区角活动，并进行个别指导。 2、观察、了解幼儿活动情况，适时提供材料，创设、调控活动环境，引导幼儿遵守活动规则。 3、评价、分享幼儿活动，指导幼儿整理教玩具。 (六)教育活动 1、注重幼儿身心发展规律和学习特点， 以游戏为基本活动，寓教育于一日生活之中。使教育活动内容既贴近幼儿的生活，又有利于拓展幼儿的经验和视野。 2、创设与教育相适宜的环境，充分发挥环境的教育功能，使幼儿在主动参与和动态变化的环境中，获得全面发展。 3、在教育活动中关注个体差异，因人施教，分层指导，及时反馈、调适教育行为，使之适宜有效。努力使每一个幼儿获得满足和成功的机会。 4、引导幼儿调动多种感官主动参与活动。在活动中直接感知、体验和进行操作，亲历解决问题的探究过程，获得真实的认知和经验。 5、充分利用家长、社区资源，开展丰富多彩的教学活动，在家园社区的互动中，多渠道的丰富幼儿信息，拓展幼儿视野。不断提高家长的科学育儿的水平。
