Continue to deepen the reform of the cadre and personnel system, always adhere to correct direction of personnel, implement regulations on cadre selection 补办且承担相关费用并担负所造成的法律责任。 ,七,第三方责任险费用由双方共同承担～甲乙双方各担负50%。由于承租方的原 因造成的保险公司拒赔及免赔的所有损失及相关费用由承租人承担。车辆 发生保险事故～承租方应交付车辆加速折旧费及保险公司免赔额。加速折 旧费相当于本次事故总维修费的20%～如承租方不能取得保险公司理赔必须 的有关手续～则由承租方负担全部维修费用及加速折旧费～并承担保险事 件不能赔付的责任。期满如果乙方不在继续租用出租车(牌照号:E)从 事出租运营～乙方支付甲方车辆折旧磨损费用人民币 元整。 责任与免责 一、本协议履行期间～甲乙双方不得擅自解除本协议。如有违反～违约方应向对方支付保证金总价款20%的违约金。 二、依据本协议的约定～乙方应按时、足额向甲方交付约定的租金。本合同规定承包期满一月前～乙方必须告知甲方是否要延长承包时间～或者承包期满后解除合同。 三、乙方有下列行为的～甲方有权解除本协议～乙方并应向甲方支付本协议总价款50%的违约金～甲方的其他直接损失～乙方另行赔偿。 1、承租方将所租赁车辆转让、转租、出售、抵押、质押。 2、乙方和乙方同意驾驶出租车的人员～酒后驾车、无证驾车、发生交通事故后逃逸的。 3、乙方拖欠租金累计30日的。 4、利用租赁车辆进行犯罪活动的。 5、从事其它有损出租方车辆合法权益的活动。 四、本协议履行期间～如国家政策调整等不能预见并不能克服不可抗力原因导致 mass line of the party construction of education system, improve scientific and systematization and standardization level of the party building.
