温州医科大学附属育英儿童医院住院儿童10年死亡 温州医科大学附属育英儿童医院住院儿童10年死亡 摘要:目的 分析温州医科大学附属育英儿童医院2016年1月 至2016年12月住院儿童死亡病例的年龄分布、总费用和不同疾病平 均费用、住院天数,病死率与季节分布、死亡原因及不同疾病死亡率 等变化趋势.方法 对温州医科大学附属育英儿童医院2016年1月至 2016年12月共9 429例0,18岁住院儿童中1例死亡病例进行统计 分析.结果 2016年1月至2016年12月住院儿童总死亡率为0.24% (1/9 429例),其中0 ,28 d年龄段死亡率最高,为0.77%(138/17 922 例).死亡病例平均住院费用是平均住院费用的3.4倍,其中花费最高 的3种疾病依为先天性畸形、变形和染色体异常;呼吸系统疾病及肿 瘤.死亡病例中位住院天数为5.8d.前5位死因:围生期疾病,先天性 畸形,变形和染色体异常,外伤、中毒和其他外因,传染病和寄生虫病, 呼吸系统疾病.2016年1月至2016年12月,住院儿童死亡率从0.% 下降到0.12%,差异有统计学意义(x2=67.138,P 0.001),总体呈下降 趋势.结论 相关政府部门应当加强围生期保健管理,推动先天性疾病 筛查干预的发展,预防呼吸道感染,提高医务人员急诊抢救水平, 减少中毒、交通意外事故发生.根据不同年龄组死亡原因的特点,采取 不同的疾病防治措施.
