火车跑得快 全靠车头带 (党课讲稿) 宜昌永鑫第一记 毛万梅 今年是中国共产党建党90周年。90年来，中国共产党团结和带领中国人民，为了实现宏伟目标，用自己的坚忍不拔书写了一卷波澜壮阔的历史，书写了革命与建设的辉煌。根据各级党委的总体要求，每个党组织都要以不同的形式开展活动，所以今天把大家集中起来召开会议。今天，我借此机会，一是代表党支部向在各自的岗位上，积极落实党支部决策部署，支持公司工作，为发展和稳定作出贡献的各位党员表示衷心的感谢～二是，当前全党上下正在开展创先争优活动暨建设学习型党组织活动，本来大家希望我能给党员们讲一堂党课，这对我来讲难度很大,所以下面就结合如何开展好创先争优活动这一课题与大家互相学习，共同交流。不足之处，希望大家批评指正。 当前社会存在的问题很多、很复杂，而且交错纠缠在一起，有的是历史遗留的问题，有的是在新形势下面临的现实问题，解决起来很困难，需要花费很长时间和很多精力。但一个国家、一个地方不可能把发展的脚步停下来，专门去解决这些问题，我们只能往前走，在发展过程中出现的问题，只能通过更好更快地发展来加以解决。发展了，富裕了，各种矛盾就减少了，各类问题就能够得到有效解决。我们必须妥善处理改革、发展、稳定的关系，我们所做的工作，不可能让每个群体、每个人都满意，需要求大同，存小异，只要是代表绝大多数群众的根本利益，就应当义无反顾的做下去，坚持下去。在这个过程中会面临很多矛盾，需要每名共产党员发挥先锋模范作用.我们作为党员更要站在大局上考虑问题，有大局意识，有服务奉献意识，更要有创先争优意识。接下来我要讲的第一个问题就是 一、深刻认识开展创先争优活动的重大意义 green space to drain that: (1), to drain the slopes meet the design requirements, pipe elevation deviation shall not exceed ? 10MM. (2) spray ? sprays in this context, refers to 三、在活动中认真抓好每个阶段的重点工作。创先争优活动要有、有节奏地持续推进，既要围绕总体目标经常抓，也要明确阶段性任务集中抓。首先是动员部署阶段。搞好宣传发动，切实解决好思想认识问题。党支部要结合自身实际，制定创先争优活动实施，召开党员大会，公开承诺争创目标和具体办法，动员和组织广大党员积极投身到创先争优活动中来。第二阶段为全面推进阶段。主要是围绕迎接中国共产党成立90周年开展创先争优活动，这一阶段要坚持不懈地抓好学习实践活动整改落实后续工作，切实兑现向群众作出的承诺，并认真落实公开承诺的事项。建立健全深入学习实践科学发展观的长效机制;基层党组织要切实履行职责，共产党员要立足本职岗位争创一流业绩。比如说公司的建设文化的建设、环境卫生的治理等都是党组织对群众的承诺，有的正在实施当中，即是一种兑现。第三阶段为深化提升阶段，要深入开展新一轮的创先争优承诺活动。主要是围绕迎接党的十八大开展创先争优活动，我们基层党组织和广大党员开展创先争优承诺活动，要以昂扬向上的精神风貌，更加出色的工作业绩，向党献礼。最后一阶段总结完善阶段，要积极建立健全创先争优的长效机制。主要是围绕向党的十八大献礼，系统总结回顾创先争优活动开展情况，集中展示创先争优活动成果，对活动中行之有效的做法用制度的形式固定下来，形成创先争优的长效机制，进一步巩固活动成果。 各位党员，从我公司发展形势来看，既面临着难得的发展机遇，也面对着许多困难和问题。发展的关键在党、关键在人、关键在班子、关键在我们的全体党员。这就要求我们必须继续把公司领导班子建设好，把广大党员的先锋模范作用发挥好。真正贯彻落实创先争优。党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。在座的每一位同志都是创先争优活动的参与者，因此，对全体党员如何切实开展好创先争优活动讲二点意见，也与大家共勉。 一、党支部要充分发挥领导核心作用。党支部是公司各项工作的领导核心。“火车跑得快，全靠车头带”。公司每个员工的工作绩效如何，要靠我们书记、各位经理带。我们公司的生产效益如何，要green space to drain that: (1), to drain the slopes meet the design requirements, pipe elevation deviation shall not exceed ? 10MM. (2) spray ? sprays in this context, refers to 靠党政工团妇集体带。公司员工的思想觉悟如何，要靠我们在坐的每一位共产党员来带，靠我们党员的先锋模范作用来引导。我们都要自觉维护党的团结和统一，都要有高度负责的责任意识，民主决策的科学态度，心系群众的宗旨观念，求实创新的工作作风，心齐气顺的团结氛围，充分发挥整体功能。做到布置工作、落实任务不走样，坚持实干不争论。只有这样，才能团结和带领广大群众大胆探索、大胆创新、大胆实践，努力实现新的突破。 二、对于广大党员来说要争做优秀共产党员，为公司发展作表率。 作为新时期的一名共产党员，我们每一位同志既要胸怀远大的理想，更要脚踏实地、立足岗位、埋头苦干，扎扎实实地做好和配合做好当前的每一项工作。 共产党员应当不断提升自己的精神境界。一个党员要做到与群众不一样，能够“平时看得出、关键时刻站得出、危难关头豁得出”，关键在于要从点点滴滴做起，不断锤炼自己的思想品德，提升自己的精神境界。每一名党员都应当牢记自己的政治身份，自觉加强党性修养、提升精神境界。 一是要辨是非。共产党员实际上每天都在经受着各种观念的渗透和影响，每天都在承受着社会变革、利益调整带来的思想震撼和冲击。一些别有用心的人，往往利用人们一时的思想迷惑，造谣惑众，颠倒黑白，混淆是非，来搞乱人们的思想，以达到他们的目的。所以作为党员，一定要坚决相信党，相信组织，加强学习，提高明辨是非的能力。要真正做到有悖于组织和上级精神的坚决不做，不利于党的形象的话坚决不说，有损党的事业的事坚决不参与，做到不随波逐流。 二是要知荣辱。党的利益与党员的利益、党的荣辱与党员的荣辱，从来都是紧密相关的。“国家兴亡，匹夫有责”，党的兴衰，每一个党员都有责任。我们今天一再强调党是“光荣、伟大、正确的”，并大力宣传沈浩等优秀共产党员的事迹，就是要让全体党员都明白，共产党员的称号是光荣、神圣的，共产党员应当无愧于这个光荣称号，时时处处提醒自己要维护党的形象。如果党员都能够认识到我们与党green space to drain that: (1), to drain the slopes meet the design requirements, pipe elevation deviation shall not exceed ? 10MM.
