Overview a. 产品特点 a. Product features 用杠杆或操作手把打开扇形闸门,即可自动卸下混凝土,可显著的提高立井砌壁施工中输运混凝土的速度,操作简便,在出料口的弧形板面设有橡胶板,保证了出料口部的密封性和浆液不泄露。 The concreted can be automatically unloaded by opening the fan-shaped gate by lever or operating handle, which can significantly improve the speed of concrete transport in the construction of shaft puzzle wall, easy to operate. Adjustment and use 5．1本底卸式吊桶整机运到用户不需拆卸安装即可就地使用，但在使用前必须检查本机某些零件是否在运输途中发生弯曲变形或损坏。拔下插销，开启操作手把（杠杆）打开扇形闸门，反复操作数次，无憋劲现象。各铰链、销轴处加机油润滑，搬动桶梁，看是否转动灵活，检查扇形闸门的滚柱是否转动灵活，滚动轴承挡圈有否脱落，确认使用无误时，才能开始使用，使用要定期检查所有销轴的螺母及开口销是否松动，损坏脱落要及时更换新的。 5.1 This bottom-dump bucket can be used in situ without dismantling and installation after arrival; however, it is necessary to check whether some parts of this machine have bending, deformation or damage in transit. Remove the pin, open the fan-shaped gate by operating handle (lever) for repeated operation, and make sure there is no choking phenomenon. Add oil lubrication in each hinge and pin, move bucket beam to see whether it rotates flexibly. Check whether the roller of the fan-shaped gate rotate flexibly, whether the rolling bearing retaining ring is off. Start using after confirming all the above points. During the use, make regularly inspection of whether the pin nuts and cotter pins are loose, timely replace these damaged and falling off.  5．2如想调整扇形闸门的松紧程度时，应先关闭扇形闸门，松开固定闸门底板的螺栓，调整调节螺母，然后再拧紧固定闸门底板的螺栓。 5.2 If you want to adjust the tightness of the fan-shaped gate, firstly close the gate, loosen the bolts that fixing the gate base plate, adjust the adjusting nut and then tighten the gate base plate fixing bolts.  5．3桶梁挂钩圆弧处磨损量达到下列情况时必须更换： 5.3 It is necessary to replace the bucket beam hook when the arc wearing reaches the following circumstances: 容积在3m3以下的吊桶桶梁磨损量小于垂直方向设计直径12%时， When the beam wearing amount of bucket with the volume below 3m3 is less than 12% of the vertical direction design diameter;  容积在4m3以上的吊桶桶梁磨损量小于垂直方向设计直径15mm时。 When the beam wearing amount of bucket with the volume above 4m3 is less than 15mm of the vertical direction design diameter; 5．4底卸式吊桶是立放在平板车上，用电机车或其他牵引方式往返于井口棚与混凝土集中搅拌站之间，因而要求： 5.4 The bottom-dump bucket is vertically placed on a flatbed truck, which travels to and fro between the wellhead shed and concrete mixing station by electric locomotive or other mode of traction, so the following requirements must be met: 继续阅读
