Basic skills requirements: disease/operation name cases (times) number (?) actual demonstrates Ray protection principles 5 times radionuclide generator leaching drug operation 5 times shows trace agent of Mark 5 times 131I sucking iodine rate determination 5 times kidney function (kidney figure) determination and the report writing 政府批准设置的批发、零售市场，交易点，早、夜市。 第三条 集贸市场的管理，应坚持促进流通，繁荣经济，方便群众和依法管理的原则。 第四条 在本市市区集贸市场活动的单位和个人，均应遵守本办法。 第五条 鼓励有关单位和个人，以各种形式建设集贸市场。 第六条 工商行政管理部门是集贸市场的主管部门，负责对集贸市场的统一监督管理。税务、物价、卫生、技术监督、文化、公安等有关部门，依据法定职责，在主管部门的统一协调下，对集贸市场内的有关活动进行管理。 第二章 规划与建设 第七条 集贸市场的设置，须纳入城市建设总体规划，统筹安排，合理布局，不得影响交通和市容。 第八条 集贸市场的设置，由主办单位提出，经规划和工商行政管理等部门审核后制定，报市政府批准。开办的市场由工商行政管理部门登记注册。 第九条 集贸市场须设置标志牌、行市牌、公平尺、公平秤、宣传栏、监督台、垃圾箱、公厕。 固定经营者在一百户，流动摊贩在五百户以上的大型集贸市场，须设市场管理所。同时，根据需要可设公安派出所、税务所、金融服务所、市场服务部等管理服务机构和安全消防设施。 第十条 集贸市场内的公用设施和经营服务设施，任何单位和个人不准损坏和擅自占用。 ultrasound 3 months; superficial vascular Sonography 1 month; Interventional Ultrasound 1 month. Basic skills requirements: disease/operation name cases (times) number (?) actual demonstrates Ray protection principles 5 times radionuclide generator leaching drug operation 5 times shows trace agent of Mark 5 times 131I sucking iodine rate determination 5 times kidney function (kidney figure) determination and the report writing 第十一条 单位和个人经批准在集贸市场内自建的永久性经营设施，只准用于经营，不准改做它用;需要改建、拆除的，由工商行政管理部门审查同意，报有关部门批准。 第三章 经营与贸易 第十二条 进入集贸市场经营的单位或者个人，须持有关证件，到工商行政管理、税务部门登记，按指定地点、核定的经营范围和经营方式，亮照经营，并固定摊位，只挂摊位证，佩戴统一标志。 第十三条 农副产品、工业产品，除国家、省规定不允许上市的，均可上市。 第十四条 出售大牲畜，须持村民委员会证明，并遵守国家关于牲畜检疫的有关规定。 第十五条 出售计量器具，须持技术监督部门的证明。 第十六条 在集贸市场行医，须持县级或者县级以上卫生行政管理部门证明。 第十七条 单位和个人的旧农机，旧自行车、旧机动车或者贵重的旧物资，须持有关证件，到指定市场出售。 第十八条 从事食品、饮食的经营者，须持食品卫生许可证、身体健康合格证，按规定着工作服。 经营食品，必须按照《中华人民共和国食品卫生法(试行)》和《河北省城乡集市贸易食品卫生管理条例(试行)》的有关规定执行。 第十九条 上市商品应按规定明码标价。国家和省、市有规定牌价的商品，执行规定牌价;规定实行浮动价和最高限价的商品，不准超ultrasound 3 months; superficial vascular Sonography 1 month; Interventional Ultrasound 1 month. Basic skills requirements: disease/operation name cases (times) number (?) actual demonstrates Ray protection principles 5 times radionuclide generator leaching drug operation 5 times shows trace agent of Mark 5 times 131I sucking iodine rate determination 5 times kidney function (kidney figure) determination and the report writing 第二十八条 集贸市场的商品交易，由工商行政管理部门按成交额收取市场管理费，大牲畜、工业品不超过百分之一，其它商品不超过百分之二。农民自产自销农副产品价值在二十元以下(含二十元)的，免收市场管理费。 第二十九条 市场摊位使用权可实行公开拍卖，所收费用返还市场主办单位。 第三十条 收取市场费用实行许可证。除持物价管理部门颁发的收费许可证按规定收费外，任何单位和个人不准在集贸市场收取费用。 收取费用必须使用财政部门统一制发的收费票据。 第三十一条 市场管理费实行专款专用。 第三十二条 集贸市场设清洁员，负责环境卫生工作。早、夜市应明确经营场地和经营时间，做到市撤场净。 第三十三条 集贸市场应建立治安、消防组织。经营易燃、易爆物品的市场，必须有专职人员负责消防工作，并备有相应的消防设施。 第三十四条 消防监督部门负责对集贸市场消防安全进行监督、检查和指导。 第三十五条 对合法经营，任何人不得非法干预，不得侵犯经营者的合法权益。 第五章 法律责任 第三十六条 对违反本办法的行为，由工商行政管理部门依法进行查处，依照法律、法规由有关部门处理的，工商行政管理部门应当予ultrasound 3 months; superficial vascular Sonography 1 month; Interventional Ultrasound 1 month. Basic skills requirements: disease/operation name cases (times) number (?) actual demonstrates Ray protection principles 5 times radionuclide generator leaching drug operation 5 times shows trace agent of Mark 5 times 131I sucking iodine rate determination 5 times kidney function (kidney figure) determination and the report writing 千元以下罚款;情节严重的，吊销营业执照;情节特别严重的，处五万元以下罚款。 (十八)出售假冒伪劣商品的，按有关法律、法规规定处罚。 (十九)制造、销售、使用不合格计量器具的，按有关规定处理。 (二十)对不按国家和省、市规定限价或牌价出售商品的，没收非法所得，挂牌警告，可处非法所得五倍以下罚款;超出国家和省、市政府规定浮动价格或者最高限价幅度出售商品的，没收非法所得，挂牌警告，可并处非法所得三倍以下罚款。 (二十一)不照章纳税，偷税漏税的，由税务机关处理。偷漏市场管理费的，除限期补交外，可处应交费额二倍至十倍罚款。 (二十二)违反第三十五条规定，造成损失的，应予以赔偿;违反法律、法规和政策规定，乱收费、乱摊派、乱罚款的，工商行政管理部门有权制止，经营者有权拒缴。 第三十七条 无收费许可证，在集贸市场乱收费的，没收非法收取的款项，可并处所收金额五倍以下罚款。非法收取的费用，返还给经营者，无法返还的，上缴财政部门。 第三十八条 市场管理人员依照本办法处二百元以下罚款的，由市场管理所决定;处二百元(含二百元)以上罚款或者扣缴、吊销营业执照的，由县级以上工商行政管理部门决定。依照法律、法规规定，由其他有关部门处罚的，从其规定。 第三十九条 对违法违章行为的处罚，要事实清楚，定性准确，罚没有据，手续齐全。 ultrasound 3 months; superficial vascular Sonography 1 month; Interventional Ultrasound 1 month.
