Teams are increasingly being used as the foundation of work. In this way, in order to be more likely to be successful, my priority goes to working in companies. First of all, teamwork is a number of people working towards a common target. A team working correctly is more likely to reach the goal quicker and more efficient because of the different strengths of people. Meanwhile, it will enhance our ability of working and give us motivation to try for highest progress. What’s more, cooperation is also eventually being helpful in sharing experience and resource in order to be comprehensive. As a matter of fact, it is in this way that the society has achieved today’s prosperity. Moreover, work in company means spending time interacting with a large number of people. This does help you raise the awareness of communication skills. As a student in high school, we learn to share and get used to other people’s temperaments to gain a satisfied environment of learning and living, therefore, you can tolerant people of all kinds. It has fewer opportunities to get along well with others when you work at home. Finally, in today’s world, most works are team jobs. To do these jobs, one must not be selfish. Instead, he should consider the views of different people. He should be dutiful, hard working and sincere to do his part in the whole job properly. In this situation, we cannot avoid making decisions; the best way is to consult with colleagues because no one has good skills in every field. With no doubt, this advantage cannot be realized when working at home. In fact, the much time you spend at home and do not communicate with people, the worse decisions you will make. In conclusion, although it takes you more time on the way to the companies and trapped in the heavy traffic, it still has more advantages than working at home.
