香港大学深圳医院英文介绍[管理资料] The Introduction of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital’s Clinical Specialty Nursing By Migar and Zengderong The nursing department has 907 staff in total. Among them, 94% are college diploma holders and 30% with senior title. Since 2003, the ISO9001 nursing quality management system has been brought in and achieved continuous improvements of nursing quality through scientific management methods. Our hospital has been acquiring the first prize of nursing quality evaluation organized by the Municipal Bureau of Health for many consecutive years. To specialize and refine nursing, the nursing department has established 7 specialized teams, including the intravenous treatment team, and has gradually opened the nursing specialty clinic such as PICC, colostomy of wound clinic, which provide the continuity of patient care. The amount of nursing out-patients exceeded 6000 in 2012. The nursing system constantly strengthens the exchange and cooperation with foreign countries. It has received many visiting foreign experts from America and Malaysia, among many others. Meanwhile, 11 nurses have received training in Hong Kong for 10 months, and from 2012 on, 15 to 20 nursing professionals will have been sent to Peking University medical system for additional training each year. In scientific research on nursing, we have undertaken more than 50 provincial and municipal research projects and two technical inventions were awarded national patents. Every year, nearly one hundred academic papers have been published， and we undertake a number of national, provincial and municipal continuing medical education programs. In 2011, we were named as the key discipline of clinical nursing in Shenzhen.
