Guard monthly check-fire extinguishers and fire-fighting equipment. ? once every quarter, inspections and tests of a fire hydrant in good condition. 2), plans to develop (1) casualties occurred in construction, such as accidents or accidents of the direct economic 在购买水泵时常有这样的问题,就是买多大的水泵好。一般水泵的生产厂商都会在水泵上的标签中注明水泵的流量和扬程,流量的单位是公升/每小时(L/H或L/Hr),就是每小时水泵的排水量;扬程的符号是HMAX,单位是米(m),即水泵可以把水提升的最大高度,要注意的是这个高度是从水源的水面开始计算的,而不是从水泵的出水口。如果水泵是用来制造循环水流或带动除滴流式和上部式以外的过滤器的,那么一般只要考虑流量就可以了(具体见曹立的相关文章);而要带动上述两种过滤器的话还要考虑水泵的扬程,因为水流量相应水被提升的高度而减小。 除了上述的,水族学还用到相当多的概念,如比重、渗透压、电导度等等,不过应用到这些东西的器材一般都可以很方便的读数或完全自动化,不需要另外的操作和换算,这里就不多说了。 (3)、外形的选择:要根据物理压强的原理,美学(8:5的黄金分割率并不适合DIY鱼缸)的原理来设计鱼缸的尺寸。宽大的水体适合所有鱼类的活动需要,根据压强的原理也要尽量制成浅而宽的槽式鱼缸。但是,这种鱼缸的外形并不符合人们日常的审美习惯,也不适合现代的家居陈设。那么你可以参照:长=1:宽=0.35,0.4:高=0.45,0.5的公式进行缩放加工。上表是我已经定型的标准规格,你也可以直接拿来使用。(4)、玻璃的切割:我是按照1.5×2.0米标准玻璃规格来设计鱼缸的,长度只有50、75、100、125、150厘米几个固定的规格。这样有两个好处:不会浪费材料、降低成本。二是可以减少玻璃切割时的误差。鱼缸加工的规律一般都是底包边,边包横头。这样能使鱼缸玻璃受力均匀。建议你也这样做。拿着你精心设计好的下料图到玻璃店去买玻璃,他们一般都会免费为你切割。最好要先用钢笔在要切割的地方做出准确的标记。这样,你就可以很方便地把玻璃买到家了。 (5)、玻璃的校准:玻璃都是在原厂切割后包装的,规格尺寸都会有一些差异,切割时由于技术原因也会产生误差,很难做到绝对的准确.,所以在正式粘接以前要把前后壁相对的两块玻璃重叠在一起,检查边缘倾斜情况。要让前后壁的两块玻璃向同一个方向倾斜,这样可以在视觉上消除变形。还要检查准备和底面粘接的玻璃边缘是否平直。确定之后在两块重叠玻璃的上下两面接近上口的部位粘一个纸的胶带。(粘结的时候有标记的地方为鱼缸外侧的上端)两个横头的玻璃也要这样做,这是决定鱼缸形状方正的一个关键措施。 (6)、玻璃胶的选用:现在市场上玻璃胶品种很多,但绝大多是起填充作用的低档胶,并不适合粘接鱼缸。我一直使用的是555枫叶胶(有好多种555××叶的仿冒产品,要注意鉴别)。好的胶固化速度快,胶条固化后长度可以抻拉到原来的一倍以上。透明度较高、表面坚韧,用指甲不能抠动。完全可以胜任粘接普通鱼缸的要求。由于条件限制,我现在还没买到更好的胶,以后会进行深入的实验。 二、鱼缸的加工: (1)、鱼缸粘接:先用一块大于鱼缸底面的玻璃做工作台,把一块鱼缸壁玻璃(构成鱼缸长的面、也叫大面)的横向两端连接横头的部位打胶。然后拿一个横头(构成鱼缸的宽的面) 玻璃和他对接,之后要检查接缝的平直,下端也要与底面平合,确定之后用胶带固定好。继续粘接另一个横头,同样固定好。最后粘接另一面的缸壁。这样,一个无底的缸壁四框就完成了。把做底面的那块玻璃四边均匀挤上胶,再把这个无底的缸壁四框移到底面玻璃上,轻轻按压一下,确定与底面四周吻合后用胶带固定下来,这时一个完整鱼缸就形状已经确定了。胶带能帮你保持形状的完整了(除非有较大的外力破坏)。之后你就可以放心地进行下一步了:在缸内玻璃的夹角处全部均匀打胶,随即用手指向深处按压,挤出残留的空气,使玻璃胶与玻璃紧密结合并能形成光滑的胶痕。半小时后再打一次胶。一米以上的鱼缸要连打三次胶。在常温下一天之内再不要去碰它,以免松动或影响固化效果。一米及一米以上的鱼缸应该直接在底面上粘接缸壁的四框。由于大型缸体较重,直立接缝的容易移位,还要使用压力装置进行加固。玻璃胶会刺激呼吸道,注意尽量在室外或通风良好的地方操作。加工时还要戴上医用的乳胶手套,这样可以避免玻璃胶对皮肤的伤害。 (2)、鱼缸的加固:长度在75厘米以上的鱼缸因为容水量较大,所以需要在一些部位进行加固,常见的方式有: 1、上拉条:在鱼缸上口中间位置横向水平粘接的一个或几个宽约5厘米的玻璃条,目的是固定前后缸壁,防止鱼缸的爆裂和上口的变形。在鱼缸上口看去很象“日”或“目”字的样子。 2、上条:在鱼缸四壁距上口约10厘米处水平粘接的约5厘米的玻璃条,与缸壁构成垂直关系,形成一个稳定的三角结构,目的是防止上口变形。上贴条的上面也常用来粘接上拉条。 3、内加固:用于大型鱼缸。在两块玻璃结合处夹角内粘接的约4厘米的玻璃条,目的是加大结合面,增 lies, maintenance and testing m of those responsible. Fire hydrants identified person responsible for regularfighting equipm-day management of the various fire fighting equipment fire-to- strengthening the day?2 强拉力。 4、外加固:在鱼缸前后壁与横头接缝外部粘接的玻璃条,宽度通常由装饰用的金属角的宽度所决定。 5、沿口粘接:一米以上的鱼缸通常要在上口的外侧另外粘接10,15厘米同等厚度的玻璃。(小型鱼缸也可以选用磨砂玻璃、压花玻璃)。透明的玻璃可以用半透明薄膜或有色不干胶粘贴。目的一是美化,二是为了遮挡内设的水管,滤水盒。 三、附属设施的制作 (1)、玻璃上滤的制作:用4厘米的玻璃粘接一个敞口方形盒子,底面要钻6,8个直径2厘米的排水孔, 30厘米之间。水平放置在上贴条上。位置可以移动,这时的上贴长度由鱼缸的宽度所决定,宽度在10, 条就是滤水盒的滑道。玻璃上滤的高度要求低于鱼缸上口1厘米,这样可以避免白棉堵塞时发生向鱼缸外溢水的后果。 (2)、下滤的制作:下滤盒可以用4厘米玻璃制成,高度在40厘米,长度宽度不限。但是要保证能容水20公斤。在侧壁(横头)上端正常水位水面处按照PVC管材的直径钻孔,粘溢水管,下端连接下滤盒。内设海绵,生化棉,白棉、陶瓷环等,具体用法可参考外滤桶的结构。工作原理是利用水泵把下滤盒里的水从鱼缸另一端送到鱼缸里,鱼缸里水位增高后经PVC管上口溢出的水流经由下滤后再循环流动。由于下滤盒里的水是有限的,所以不会在停电时外溢。安装时尽量不要在底面上钻孔,那样会破坏鱼缸整体的结构,可能会导致鱼缸爆裂。由于制作较麻烦,建议只采用上滤。 (3)、外角的处理:鱼缸粘接不可避免地要形成接缝和胶痕。这就需要进行美化处理,即在外角处粘贴金属装饰角。常用的有铝角和不锈钢角,宽度从1厘米到5厘米的都可以使用。按照鱼缸所需的长度剪断后斜剪成45度角后粘贴,同时还具有一些加固作用。 (4)、底座加工:75厘米以下的鱼缸可以在底面粘接5,7厘米高的玻璃底座。这样可以使鱼缸的形状更加美观。但要求玻璃条的切割一定要准确,以确保鱼缸使用时的稳定性。大型鱼缸可以在家具店购买一个底柜。我使用的都是用钢管和角钢焊接的底座,鱼缸和底座的结合面要垫较厚的密度板。底座的立柱不要放在鱼缸的四角,要在距两端各1/ 3处,也就是在受力点上。 鱼缸拉筋 鱼缸装上水后,在水压作用下,会产生一定的变形。一米长的鱼缸,水深半米时,可能能往外突出2-3毫米,相对的两边加起来总共能突出5毫米左右。变形程度受鱼缸长度、玻璃厚度、水深以及玻璃是平面还是弧面影响而有所不同。一般一米以下长度的平面鱼缸,变形不会太厉害,可以不用考虑。一米以上鱼缸,特别是弧面鱼缸,为防止玻璃变形而导致爆裂,需要增加拉筋。 拉筋是粘在鱼缸顶部的几条竖玻璃条,起到增加粘贴面积、加固鱼缸的作用。成品缸的盖子也能起到一定的拉筋作用。对于大的鱼缸,在拉筋时还需要考虑如何放置过滤器,可能需要在拉筋上打孔以穿过水管和电线。 he cause of the accident and the person responsible.
